Lo put her glasses back on and, for once, gladly gave her full attnetion to the Human who was speaking. "It was sarcasm. I've been around Ad long enough to know if someone is anti-social or just the quite type." she saidand brushed some dirt off the front of her dress. "Athough I must admit. She is being more soical than I can remember." Lo said looking back at her guard.
She looked back at Kain the Reaper with a look curiosity and small amount of amusment. While she did want to learn a new spell she wasn't sure about being tuaght by a Reaper. History had taught her that Reapers would swoop in and destroy anything that grew to powerful. Lo had no desire to become powerful in that sense. She was just looking for more information to fill her parents library and unfortunatly learning a new spell fell into her list of things to do for that.
No answer came from Lo as Adiel came back over to them to speak her mind. Lo moved back behind the Dawn Elf like before, but this time more out of reflex. Like a child hiding behind an older sibling. She said nothing while considering any and all possible outcomes. She ahd lived long enough to know things weren't always as they seemed. Though Kain didn't seem like he had something up his sleeve. Lo kept slient as she continued to stare at the Reaper. "I'm not going anywhere until I know what the mission is." She said. To her that was a very resonable statement. Only a fool would go after a potentional treasure without having all the knowlodge of what was inbettwen yourself and that tempting gold.
Lo went stiff as a board when Adiel spoke in the most uncharratistic voice that Lo had ever heard. She looked up at the taller woman like she was some kind of blond devil. Lo didn't even know that Adiel knew how to speak like that. For a split second Lo actually considered to step away from her bodyguard for fear she had gone insane. However, she did and said nothing because it could have been something else. She just turned her attention back to Kain and kept her ears open to anything and everything.
Her sharp yellow eyes turned to look at a new voice that spoke. This one came from a form covered in head to toe with a thick and dark looking set of armor. The man, creature, demon, whatever he was, was much bigger than Lo herself. However, she felt a little comfort in knowing that Adiel was still taller than this man. She didn't answer in fear of the man for a moment. Actually she wasn't even looking at him. Something moving on the ground beneath his feet had caught her eyes. Flowers and grass were blooming where he had stepped. Odd thing about it was the fact that they were stading on solid wood, not the ground itself. However, that was nothing compared to what the trees around them were doing.
She frowned at the man after she looked back up at him. "Who are you?" out of the many things she wanted to ask that one seemed as good as any to start with.

"I know... I can tell what sarcasm is Miss Lo..." Exceed told her as she soon moved to Miss Ad as he looked to both of them, hearing Adiel's response. Exceed crossed his arms to think for a moment, that was until their king arrived. He got worried before he soon turned towards the man and saluted towards him. "King Korok... I apologize for not letting the elvenfolk know of the new change in leadership." He soon bowed before he looked to the Trio of Kain, Lo, and Ad. "I believe I have gotten an idea for a mission for you three to do... in these dark times we require assistance in maintaining the balance of good and evil here... for you three, I want you to go and try to calm down the two Golem Brothers: Riot Steel and Blasting Rock. I will not stress this enough, do NOT destroy them, they are great allies for when good and evil come together... but they have been out of hand lately with some of the other forest creatures... including your kinds that live here Ad and Lo..."

Nai nodded to Ad's second invitation just like she had nodded to the first, her hood slightly bobbing forwards and back with the movement of her head. She also walked towards the group, stopping about a meter away from them, close enough to make her intentions to follow clear but also far enough that she couldn't really be said to be a part of the group. She was willing to work with strangers, but that did not mean that she would be all chummy with them. Chummy wasn't a thing Nai ever remembered doing.
The gunslinger's focus expanded from just the blonde elf to everyone in the newly formed party as she awaited final permission from the assumed leader, the blonde male with goggles, to join the group. Classes were noted as were names, or rather. The shortest names used for each individual was quickly registered as the name to use. Races were largely ignored because Nai couldn't identify anything of use. She recognized the elves, but she knew little about their kind beyond a vague idea that Ad and Lo were of different types of elves. The gauntleted mage was registered as a possible reaper, but like the elves, Nai knew little of his kind. Finally, there was the mechanist, who showed no abnormal traits that she could conclude his race from.
Her observations ended with those shallow details, attention drawn to heavy thudding and a sudden change in the area's… feel, for Nai's lack of enthusiasm to list a better word. The gunslinger stared at an unfamiliar figure with armor she classified as frightening even as she stared at it impassively. The piercing eyes of the stranger landed on her and the gunslinger didn't bother to meet them, instead observing his armor and other equipment until her peripheral vision caught onto suspicious movement in his hands. The eyes focused onto the suspect body part as the armored figure uttered words that were promptly followed by a movement of the trees. As her eyes darted to the shifting trees, she tried to figure out what was happening.
Whatever it was that the second-tallest humanoid in the clearing was doing, Nai at least got an answer to his identity. She didn't turn to face Exceed as he explained that the person who was manipulating nature was the new king of the nation. Instead, her eyes darted back from the trees onto Korok. Nai had remembered Kora as the Queen of Kusana, but the changing of leaders did not throw her off balance. She merely gave King Korok a brief bow, almost a nod if it wasn't for a slight bend in her back, as she listened to the mission Exceed gave to the others. The girl knew from experience that it was better to be safe and show respect to a figure of authority than to be sorry. After the bow, she continued to look at Korok even as she mentally readied herself to leave with Ad if no one objected to her joining the group being sent to deal with golems.

However, the energy will be such a mixed up mess that they will be unable to extract any information out of it. At most, they will know that something is unusual with the user. However, what this abnormality is will be unknown as the messed-up patterns of energy hint at nothing. XXTemporal Accuracy: Those who can control time naturally have a keen sense of time that is capable of accurately keeping the time without any form of outside help. This sense of time is even maintained during the usage of bloodline skills for both the time passed by the user and the time passed by those unaffected by the bloodline skills. Unlike most of the Tempus Inexstinctus's skills, this ability does not break down when within a meter of another significant energy source.

Kain nodded to Adiel and Losidrenthennwen "I will respect your wishes" he said respectfully. Though he felt that atleast one of them was cautious over the history between Elves and Reapers. At that time Korok Makar made his way into the Dojo. Kain turned towards him and bowed "greetings my King " he said then turned his attention to Exceed. He spoke of two golems whom were apparently very angry "sounds interesting" he said to him.
So there was to be a task, interestingly enough anyways. From the intention of simple orc hunting had changed to golem tending. But she was bugged by the man's use of 'your kinds' as if it had been used like a derogatory form. Although Adiel didn't think he had meant it in such a way but yet it still bugged her to which she felt it was appropriate to speak up on it.
"Don't refer to elves as our kind. We may be of different race, but we are all of one and the same under Kranilla -- are we not?" She had said simply after the directions. "It would be the same if I was to say 'your kind' or 'you human', I am of House Aldaval, as I am sure you're different than many of your own race." she added, noting the arm on this man as well and retreating back to her usual secluded self now that those matters were... settled.
Everyone had given the one man whom just arrived regal attention, honoring him in some ways that were foreign to her as such she had mostly ignored it and kept to herself when he had arrived. Again, the unnatural air settled around and she was very much sensitive to this as her blood was of a holy line and her conclusion of this energy that she had thought once emanated from Nai was actually from this man -- whom happened to be king of the nation.
She had no proper schooling and her knowledge of some trivial things were limited to say the least. From a royal house or not, Adiel never had the treatment of such from old superstitions that literally decided how she lived her life -- an outcast and disowned from said family. It was to no surprise she had barely kept up with who led and who swept the streets, none of it mattered to the elf. Protection of her sister-in-name was what mattered and to protect what little remained of those that mattered to her.
The man was an impressive height to say the least, easily towering everyone but Adiel herself as she were just a few inches taller. In ways she cursed her height as her unorthodox ways of combat were taught by humans, height, distance and all the little things mattered and to her they were certainly a disadvantage. He had spoken to her first but that immediate response she had intentionally waited upon before answering -- it again struck her on how open she felt.
Tire... How are my emotions being seen, am I showing them so? Or is he an empath? I know not but.. She visibly cringed and clenched her jaw tight but shook her head solemnly as such. There was no denying her depression.
"A few personal matters, kind sir, nothing more that I care to say." She would say at last and looked at the knight-like figure, still feeling a chill in her blood but knowing (now) that he were king did a little to ignore such a feeling -- it was her own racial blood that feared it so. "Forgive my ignorance on you being king, but I care little for who runs and who doesn't. I only care for that what matters to me and what I vowed to protect even at the expense of my life."
She closed her eyes at that last sentence and turned her head to the side as she were unaware of Lo' near her. Her eyes opened and she noted her discomfort in a way that how a blood-sister would realize as such. The task she would leave for her to worry over anyhow and it would leave her to only worry one thing, to whom may her blades sheath their cold, deadly, fangs within? Patting the mage's shoulder with reassurance, she spoke in their elvish tongue.
The fingers around his left hand opened and his wrist twisted slightly inwards. New Entish escaped his tongue, and then the forest grew quiet. Stillness consumed the area filled with his people. He began a a lowly life as a bum, thus not liking any of the bowing. He prefered the military salute, or even a good hand shake. The ethereal powers of Arduinna protruded with his very breath, when his lips closed and all that's existed was wind tickling the fickle leaves. He felt no need to answer Lo. Her question was already answered.
Even when they hid nervousness easily, they were all rather tense for his tastes, thus removing his helmet before them. His hands lifted up and pushed the heavy armor from his head when his brown hair crashed down around his forehead and the green eyes showed their full splendor. His right hand grasped the helmet tightly to his side, while his left reached within a pocket. The hand reached out, and something was thrown upon the floor like rice.
"Ahn ganna'an gala."
He focused his energy within the earth below the the wooden platforms, and his eyes shifted up towards Adiel. His mind wandered off for a mere second. She reminded him of himself in past times. This hostility was met with an offering of peace nonetheless. A welcoming worthy of his nation, his people, his duty! From his lips grew a small smile at Adiel, when he finally turned his body to his left to start walking towards the other end of the stairs. While walking, he spoke their language once more.
"It soothes my eyes to see my people. Pick up the seeds of my forest, and they shall ease any pain to come. Let this day be known when I say all who do not harm my forest are welcome in this nation. I require no pleasantries. Those are Mikmik seeds, and they will aid you in the battle ahead.
His steps stopped and the armor stopped clinking against each piece, when finally his face turned towards Adiel directly.
"It is true. We are all one, and all to be treated equally. You remind me of myself, young miss. Go and subdue the golems with the least damage they can receive. The forest is ever watchful. Whenever you need help, all of you, even if personal, just speak to the forest and I will be there for you."
At the end of his statement, he looked at everyone in general. His neck then twisted frontwards again, and his eyes kept a vigilant look forwards as the heavy steps thundered over crackling leaves. From the entries within each wooden platform, plants arose with the seeds he spoke of. They were good for anything having to do with health, and even wounds by ingesting them. The King had empathy for all who surrounded him, as he had been in far worse shoes than most of them. His kindness and wisdom held no bounds.

'He's the King?' Lo just continued to stare at the King with mild interest. She hadn't read anything on current times from her parents library, so her knowledge of who was who currently was a bit limited. Her gaze shifted back to the human Exceed at the mention of 'elven folk'. Exceed had a few things going against him in Lo's eyes. The first thing was obviously that he was human and the second thing was the machines he was obviously very fond of. In Lo's opinion he was walking on thin ice as it was already. Nevertheless, she listened to what he had to say about the mission he wanted the three of them to go on.
Instead on focusing on the human Lo turned attention to what Exceed had said about their mission. It sounded like a simple case of two brothers having a tantrum of sorts. She frowned when he stressed that force wasn't to be used if it could be avoided. "Hmph." Lo scoffed softly and folded her arms while looking off to the side. If she was some kind of blundering meat head who looked for any reason to start a fight the Dojo would be need of repairs again. She said nothing as Kain and Adiel spoke before her. Adiel addressed the issue of Exceed referring to them as he did, so Lo let it slide this time and looked back at the young man.
Lo couldn't help looking up at Adiel as she was given a soft pat on the shoulder and comforting words. It was comforting to hear such a little sentence, so she did relax if only a little bit. "Easy for you to say. You like humans." Lo replied in the elvish tongue, but the tone of her voice was still childish. She turned her attention back to the King who had scatted a number of seeds onto the ground. She had never heard of the name before, so out of curiosity Lo walked to where one had landed and bent down for a closer look at the seed. "A Mikmik seed? I've never heard of it." she said and went to pick one up, but stopped just short of doing so as the King continued to speak.
The King continued to speak about the seeds, explaining them a little more detail. 'So that means it's a kind of healing plant?' Lo thought and looked back up at the King. He had walked away a few steps, but then stopped to address Adiel. He wanted her, or them, to go to stop the Golem Brothers. As he looked at her for a second Lo couldn't help, but feel his own energy was the same as the forest. Kind of dark, but an old kind that had no hidden terror like wolves in the shadows. The kind that you just felt comfortable in while wandering through in the middle of the night.
Lo stood up straight as the good King left the area. Leaving a trail of plants growing from places they would normally wouldn't have. Once he was gone Lo looked back at Exceed with a stern, but almost determined look on her face. "I dislike to beat around the bush, so I will just say this. I am not overly fond of Reapers and I wouldn't trust a human as far as I could throw one." Lo stated if a little harshly. "But I'll go on this mission if it means keeping the rest of Kranilla safe." she attempted a small smile but it was a forced one. "So where are we going?" she asked looking from Exceed to Kain.

"My apologies... I didn't know you and Lo here prefer being called separately instead of together." Exceed said to Ad about his comments of just saying their kinds. He, in his mind, thought it would cover the normal elven blood, Dawn Elven blood, and Dark Elven blood. But it seemed to make things a bit unstable before he soon looked at her once more. "Once more, I apologize..." He soon heard Lo speak about the Golems as he nodded slightly from her sound of scoffing. It seemed that she understood the path of non-violence if it could be attained compared to running in guns ablazing.
Once she mentioned the idea of not trusting a human as far as she could throw one, it caused Exceed to frown a bit before sighing softly. "It is alright... over half the human populace have done unforgiving things to cast shadows over the rest who were kind, polite.... who didn't deserved to die." He whispered the last part as he looked down slowly before raising his left hand up, wanting to punch a table before he took a deep breath in, and exhaled slowly. He lowered his hand and looked back up to low as his white hair bangs covered his left eye as he had a smile on his face. Soon, when Lo asked about the location, Exceed brought his right hand up to stroke his chin for a bit before he soon remembered. "You will all have to travel to the Underground Ruins, you can access them through the Forgotten Graves... be careful, these ruins are also a tomb to those who lost their lives prior to the previous ruler's rule. So expect some strong foes from the past."

Kain watched as the King gave his support to the mission. The seeds seemed interesting maybe he should get them to a biochemist and see what kind of potion they could make with it. Then Losidrenthennwen spoke up and confirmed his thoughts about the retaliations between Reapers and Elves. He shrugged "I will show you that you have nothing to worry about from me" he said and cast out his right hand which was his gauntleted arm. His hand outlined in Vermillion Red and the seeds all began to gather into one pile and then float in the air. They glided over to him where they separated into three each parts. Summoning his racial abilities, he created three pouches out of thin air and loaded the seeds into them. He pulled them each from the air and pulled the stings closed. He held one next to his hip and the gem shone red and the pouch disappeared. He did the same with his staff freeing his other hand. Then picked up the rest and turned his attention to Exceed "as Royal Guard I will assume leadership of the squad" he said respectfully to him. He walked over to Losidrenthennwen and held out one of the pouches "hear you go" he said with a smile looking her in the eye. Once she took it he would then look to Adiel and hold out the other pouch to her.

There was a task a hand and now would not be the time to dawdle any longer for whatever reason. Adiel struck out her emotions as best she could and maintained a stone-like face devoid of her inner emotions while it was like a broiling storm within her mind's eye. Try as she might however, the human's additional words struck true like an arrow from the gods above. For a moment, her composure was lost and she fought back a sob from just the sheer reminder of dreaded memories. Her back was turned to everyone and she rose her hand to her mouth and bit down on the joint of her thumb to forcibly calm herself.
Stop. She thought till pain registered in her hand and warm blood flowed from the fresh wound. After a moment, she had quit and lowered her hand again, the green silk of her sleeve was stained red but she didn't care. The last sentence was the straw that broke the camel's back. She had not accepted the pouch from the reaper as she didn't see it nor pay attention to it as her mind was in all but a daze.
"Kain," she said finally as she began to head off in an opposite direction. "have Nai come as well. I will be waiting, Losi' will know where to find me." It was all she said when her physical body flickered once as the last few words of her sentenced had an echo. Into thin air her body vanished like a mirage in the desert with not movement or magic. A man with knowledge of what dawn elves could do, they would know what she had performed just then as her presence was transferred elsewhere.

A military salute never felt natural to Nai. The raised hand was horribly inefficient. She was left much less vulnerable with both hands down, close to the guns located on her waist. It was a paranoid mindset, yes, but that was Nai. Furthermore, the bow was just far more universal. At least it seemed that way to Nai, but what did she know about formalities and socializing.
The removal of the helmet did little to ease Nai. It was only when his muttering turned out to be harmless and he indirectly granted her permission to remain in Kusana that she relaxed. She also appreciated the added comment that she no longer had to move herself to greet Korok. Having to move less was always nice. Although, the relaxation resulted in no change to her posture. Relaxed or nervous, she always maintained the same, natural posture she had settled into as the easiest form to immediately fight from.
The king left and before he could disappear from her vision, Nai had already turned to face the four members of Kusana. The way she understood her current situation, she was allowed to be in the training grounds, had been extended an invitation to join the Dawn Elf, but had not yet received confirmation on that invitation. If Ad was to be assigned as the leader of the expedition, than the invitation would turn into a confirmation. However, Nai recognized enough of the bond between the two elves to assume that any leadership Ad had would likely be passed on to Lo. Therefore, she would need confirmation from Lo.
Then, all that thinking became useless when Kain announced he would lead. Nai didn't care about her waste of energy, though. What had happened had already happened, after all; no use wasting more energy to fret over the past. Nai's eyes flicked to Ad as her name was mentioned before locking onto Kain as she awaited his final call. This uncertainty was quickly tiring the gunslinger.

It causes the energy to relay absolutely no concrete information (ex: class, rank, sins). Energy sensors will still be able to sense the affected person's energy. However, the energy will be such a mixed up mess that they will be unable to extract any information out of it. At most, they will know that something is unusual with the user. However, what this abnormality is will be unknown as the messed-up patterns of energy hint at nothing. XXTemporal Accuracy: Those who can control time naturally have a keen sense of time that is capable of accurately keeping the time without any form of outside help. This sense of time is even maintained during the usage of bloodline skills for both the time passed by the user and the time passed by those unaffected by the bloodline skills. Unlike most of the Tempus Inexstinctus's skills, this ability does not break down when within a meter of another significant energy source.

Lo watched as Exceed spoke of the rest of his race. He didn't seem to happy with the past that his race built themselves upon. Exceed looked about ready to snap at the first person to deserve it. Much like she was feeling at the sight of a human. She only gave Exceed a small nod. While she didn't trust a human, Lo did know that not all were bad as Exceed seemed to be one of the few she could stand to be around. "Places such as those don't scare me away." Lo said with a determined smile appearing on her face. Graveyards were always full of information in some way. Lo found them to be quite enjoyable if she ever needed a quiet place to be.
A familiar red glow made Lo to turn her head to Kain as he spoke to her as well. She said nothing as the seeds on the ground reacted to whatever spell he was casting now and floated towards Kain's hand. Separating into three piles for them. Lo kept on watching as pouches formed out of no where to hold the seeds. "How did..." Lo knew there was no such way a normal mage could have made a pouch appear out of thin air. She didn't mind it when Kain mentioned something about him being the Captain, or rather she was to focused on the magic pouch that he had handed her to care. "T-Thank you." she said while opening the pouch and looking inside at the seeds.
As Kain handed Adiel her pouch of seeds, Lo looked back up to see her companion turn her back on the rest of group. "Ad?" Lo questioned retying the string and closing the pouch again. When Adiel spoke to Kain Lo took a few steps towards her. "Hey, wait a-" Lo reached out to Adiel just as she disappeared into thin air. Lo put her hands on her hips and sighed a little bit. Adiel was being strange all of a sudden and it was really starting to worry her. She turned back to look at the others, but was quiet for a moment. 'I know where Adiel went, but the Golems are in the Graveyard. Hng...' Lo shifted her wait from foot to foot as she thought about what to do.
After a moment she turned around with her mind made up. "I have to get Adiel. I know where she went off to, so it'd be faster if I went alone. We'll meet you at the Graveyard." with that finished, Lo gave a small wave to the others before turning on her heel and leaving the area.

Not only are their casting times reduced by one post, but their spells are increased in size and range (and speed... slightly). This makes their magic harder to dodge, further solidifying them as the most efficient magic-users. The rate at which size/range are increased = add 1/3 of the base. So, 15 feet in length would become 20 feet in length. This means when others cast spells, or emanate high amounts of energy, you can see their aura. This also means you can detect magic in an area, meaning if an area has something magical about it, you can feel it. Exceed watched as everyone was getting things all set, Kain taking the lead of Team Leader as Exceed nodded. "Then if you fail, punishment falls underneath you." He told the man as he noticed Adiel's reaction to what he had said as she lost her composure and was quick to leave, telling Kain to have Nai join. "If you wish to join them Miss Nai, you may go with them to help subdue the golems at the Underground Ruins." He looked to Lo and smiled at her confidence before he soon said, "Then you will know how to control your magic easily in there then." When she spoke of where she had to go, and that she will meet Kain at the Graveyard, Exceed only nodded. "Go take care of what you need to do, Ad will need some support from how she was."

((Since it didn't catch on as of yet, I think its wise for y'all to head on toward the grave area? Or follow Lo', or something, waitin' on us will be a lil' pointless lol, me and Cap are heading there soon unless Kain followed Lo'. I assume Nai would follow Kain depending where he goes, at least I gather from her character -- the type to flow with it alllllll~ Just tappin' this up to let y'all know. o_o The guild's in a slump as it is D: -- Adiel has had a lil' episode from soooo many slaps to the face of being reminded of her past lol I just don't want this to be assumed y'all need to wait on us x_x.. which I'm actually waitin' on Kain to do whatever, will he follow, will he take a crap or just head straight there while I was waiting on Lo's reply e_e. ))
