(I love it when a strategy comes together. Thanks, Darsh.) Both teams stopped. Both team leaders grinned- that was the ballgame right there. Whoever was attacking had just given them their ticket in. Of course, they had no idea that something else would be joining them, but they'd handle it- They always did.
With that said, they kept moving, putting their infrared goggles on and pressing on. It wasn't too long before they made it towards the point in question...

Eri paused, in darkness... Then they shuffled on, And she learned to adjust, Black eyes garnering light as she smoothly Moved with them all, Somewhat in the middle. She was useless now, and somewhat enjoyed the respite, Sweat bristling beneath feathers... "Evan.... No Feel Right..."

There would be no sound, the body of the young woman in a pitch black kimono walked forward, her bare feet barely touching the ground. Resonating from the back of her neck was a mole, glowing purple. Tar colored streaks warped a once pretty face, coming to points that gathered at the tip of her nose. Her incisers were longer, like those of a vampire, her hands were severely burnt, charred black skin dropping to the floor. There was power flowing through her, intertwined with her nervous system, her blood stream, her heart, her mind, nothing was left untouched. A twisted expression gave signs of a long losing struggle, if this girl still had a soul, it had been placed in heavy chains that would almost certainly destroy it if broken. She walked slowly, calculating each step, what appeared to be a simple Katana blade at the ready. Her eyes glowed a dark violet, full of pain, hatred, feelings of betrayal as she raised the katana and rushed forward without hesitation at inhuman speeds, if unchecked, a clean slice would behead the one leading the main group. Her blade hissing as it cut.

Omega beat against the shield with it's wristblades, after slamming into it first, of course. The pilot was slowly beginning to lose control, evident in Omega's actions, furiously beating against the shields with it's blades, kicking at it with it's feet, performing combination attacks. Finally, Omega swooped back up into the air, retracting it's wristblades. It opened it's hand and charged up another ball of crimson energy, launching it at the shield.

KillerSumo Her eyes glowed a dark violet, full of pain, hatred, feelings of betrayal as she raised the katana and rushed forward without hesitation at inhuman speeds... Which could be matched.
Now for the problem about a rush at that speed, which was quite simple- one couldn't change the trajectory of their incoming attack without some serious brakeage. That said, as she raised her blade to cut Evan's head from his body, he ducked low and allowed it to pass over before he pulled out... Quote: Rising Divide- A heavy Gyakukesa (diagonal cut upwards, starting from the hip and ending at the shoulder) done while jumping in the air from a low forward crouch-step, using air pressure to further elevate the jump. An effective way to slide under an attack and counter. Can be done twice to keep the opponent airborne, and open up possibilites for mid-air tactics. But wait- his sword was sheathed. So that would mean...
Yes. He withdrew his blade as the jump started, turning the standard attack into a high-speed version that would flash-cleave her in two. From this range, it wasn't looking too good for the would-be assailant.

Eri took a moment of shock, before the host assessed the body, And down-shifted, Immediately shrinking. To reveal....
Yes. Total, Uncensored, Hardcore Boobage. Four foot creature appeared from the previous mass of that behemoth before, chest exposed due to lack of stretch, as her baggy pants had offered. Holding these up to maintain atleast some mode of decency, She'd rifle through a pocket for a belt, hastily lashing it through it's respective loops. She didn't worry about a shirt, too much. If she came into this game at this point, It would probably be cut from her in an instant. As she observed her employer and her opponent, Fingers fetched body for something, Anything... And found solace in a pocket, Producing a bundle of tubes, roughly a foot in length.
Yes, her pants were that baggy. Cutting the bands that held the tubes together, She slid back into the group, nimbly assembling what-have you.

((^PG-13 site, keep it diplomatic at least.)) Hugin the Raven KillerSumo Her eyes glowed a dark violet, full of pain, hatred, feelings of betrayal as she raised the katana and rushed forward without hesitation at inhuman speeds... Which could be matched.
Now for the problem about a rush at that speed, which was quite simple- one couldn't change the trajectory of their incoming attack without some serious brakeage....... Problem was, she had no intention of breaking, or even slowing down, she went straight through the hall, dealing with whomever was in her way at the time only. By the time Evan was in mid-air for his counter, she would already be about three meters behind him, slicing through anyone and anything that sood in her way as she passed. Her sword moved back and forth between either hand, going only where it was needed, passing through any flesh that opposed it as if it were fluid. If it met another blade, it would parry with calculated force, usually enough to wrench the blade from the opponants hand and possibly break their wrist in the process. She would disappear into the darkness to the back of the hall. A few minutes later, they would hear the screams of a few infantry that the team had missed and were pursuing from behind. The intercoms clicked to life for multiple areas, a voice would fill the halls, from his office in the center of the fourth Ring he would push his glasses up the slope of his nose with a twisted grin. Dr. Iskugawa: "Evan White and company, I presume, I'm Dr. Iskugawa. It's my pleasure to welcome to the capital of Ymiristan. I hope you've found your stay quite interesting. Unfortunately, I believe I have an idea of what you are here for, and that is simply, unacceptable. Did you recognize that face Evan? You should, the boss was quite taken with her during her stay here, and took the liberty of improving her abilities quite a bit. We like to call her...... Stephanie, quite a lovely name, don't you think. The poor girl is in quite a bit of pain, and it's all your fault, poor baby. See if you can put her out of her misery."The intercom clicked off, from the back there was a presence, silent yet ominous.

General Bakkar: "Bring maximum power to the sheilds over ring four, sector 7, now!" General Bakkar shouted as the thing beat the shields with a blade, going on instinct as to what it would do next. "Sir, the thing is going to attack again right, let's time the attack of interceptor missiles, we might be able to negate a greater degree of attack."100 intercepter missiles were fired directly into the open hand of Omega, if they hit it right, much of the force of the attack would be blunted, if it was timed perfectly, Omegas a portion of Omega's own power would kick back against it, ripping through the arm that was charging for the next attack.

((Ok, don't get me wrong, I don't like Ymiristan, but I've always wanted to try this thing out on someone, and Omega is the perfect target. Sorry Darsh.)) And then, suddenly, without warning, a massive blast of blue-white energy would streak across the field as Omega would be distracted by the missles. The energy blast was big enough to encompass the entirety of the red mech in a searingly hot and powerful beam of roiling positronic energy. After the dust would settle, a shining white mech, floating in the air and held up by two blue jets of energetic flame exiting from below and behind its shoulder pylons would zip into view. Two tiny hatches on the pylons would close as the mech took up a position in front of the massive base. Coming down from its pylons were two large extensions of metal that glowed slightly with the blue energy that had been seen before. Why don't you fight someone a little more your league...

((Whoa. I've gotta edit now.)) KillerSumo 100 intercepter missiles... Only served to slow the ball down as it was still launched from Omega's hand. The explosion, as it hit the Pentagon's shield, would burn out the remainder of Omega's Ether Shield. The pilot screamed. Omega began to go berserk. Ryugi And then, suddenly, without warning, a massive blast of blue-white energy would streak across the field as Omega would be distracted by the missles. Coming down from its pylons were two large extensions of metal that glowed slightly with the blue energy that had been seen before. Omega turned around, smoke curling away from it's armor, setting it's sights on it's new target. It let out what sounded like a metallic roar, the wings glowing out of it's back suddenly flaring strongly. Energy blades igniting from it's wrists, Omega charged at the other mech with a berserk rage, swinging a quick combination of attacks with it's left blade, then it's right, then a palm-strike with it's left. Time stopped.
Suddenly Omega stood still. A section of the gear's central chest was now open, revealing a cockpit inside. Standing on Omega's shoulder was a black-robed figure, holding in his arms the unconscious form of the pilot. They were all engulfed in a shimmering red energy and all of a sudden vanished, leaving only the black-robed figure hovering in the air.
"Are you really willing to sacrifice your entire city, just to protect your secrets?" boomed a voice within the room General Bakkar was observing from. The lights in the room flickered, then cut out, coming back on a moment later.
"What price are you willing to pay to keep your secrets hidden? A hundred-thousand lives? A million?" came the voice of the black-robed figure, now standing behind the general.

As it flipped over Omega, the heel of the mech's foot would come down and around to slam into the back of Omega's head with much force. And the flipping foot wouldn't be all either. Even if the heel missed, the white mech would fire its engines to maximum, the massive blast of blue flames enveloping Omega in its wake before causing the mech to speed upwards into the air. The flames would have the same burning properties as the blue blast of energy that had hit the red mech before.

KillerSumo Problem was, she had no intention of breaking, or even slowing down... ((You have successfully made the same mistake twice.))
Because she'd be cut in half. See, from the close range she had moved so swiftly towards in order to strike, Evan ducked underneath the horizontal slice that was meant to sever his head from his body. That was followed by a strike at the draw while jumping upwards, starting fron that low position. The counter in the air did not come, because of two reasons-
One- she was not knocked into the air. An opponent of a greater size would have been lifted a good ten, perhaps fifteen feet upwards, and Evan would have repeated the attack.
Two- He began the attack from a low position, which consisted of a crouch step. The draw began as his feet pushed off of the ground, and at this close of a range combined with the speed of the attack, the effect would be most obvious. She would be sliced clean in two parts, not neccesarily equal.
Not to mention that the inhuman speed could be... well, matched. To a quite high degree. So yeah... he heard the voice, which was apparently the man who had Melissa captured, and said as he sheathed his sword...
"Now that that part's out of the way, anything else you wanna talk about... Doctor? Like where Melissa Faulkner is, for example?"
((Translation- It's a rising move, not a move after the jump had been made. Which means it is done from a low position, heading upwards into or through the target. How silly it would be for me to jump over the attack that you had executed and counter from mid-air. I hope that you had fun typing that speech.))

The exposure wasn't long enough to melt through the armor plating, since it was already in motion, but smoke still curled from it's back. Spinning around, Omega's wings flared up again. Locking onto the other mech, it fired a small barrage of energy missiles, depleting it's daily charge.

Darshendros the Eternal Omega would get blasted forward, by both the heel kick and the boosters. The exposure wasn't long enough to melt through the armor plating, since it was already in motion, but smoke still curled from it's back. Spinning around, Omega's wings flared up again. Locking onto the other mech, it fired a small barrage of energy missiles, depleting it's daily charge. The white mech sped away as Omega lurched from the heel kick and firey blasts from its engines. The cockpit's sensors blared a warning as multiple projectiles were detected. Twisting itself in midair, the white mech flipped itself around, now upside down and moving away from the missles as it crossed it's arms in front of its chest. As it did so, the missles enveloped the mech, exploding powerfully, however when the dust cleared, an orange distortion faded away from in front of the mech. It appeared that Omega wasn't the only mech with a protective field... As soon as the dust began to clear, Omega's sensors would erupt into a flurry of chaos as a massive white cloud of smoke trails spread from the white mech and towards the opposing red mech. The missles would speed towards their target at frightening speed, and as they drew nearer, the cloud would nearly quadruple in size as the cluster missles separated into more than a thousand projectiles. ((2000 to be exact, one is nothing more than a flea bite to a mech, but the forces combined REALLY hurt.))
