^ Spelling is pretty easy in a syllabary, except that his nam eis FAI, despite what CLAMP tries to convince us about Fay or Dell Ray convinces us about Fye. As for pronounciation... NO ONE in America can say Syaoran properly. ...Which is pretty funny to watch. lol
[So, CLAMP took a 2-week vacation from Holic and Tsubasa. What are they REALLY doing right now?]

((Not sure what to reply to... Anyway, so how DO you pronounce Fai? I'm confoozled. And I'm pretty sure I can pronounce Syaoran...my friend told me how. She's always lecturing us in pronounciation. "It's not all slury! That's not how you pronounce Sakura!!!"))

((lol....I'm probably wrong...but Syaoran...isn't it something like the way the Chinese say it? Shao/Show (as in "OW" or "cow") Ran (as in lawn?) I think... And in Sakura= Sa (extended "a" like baa) Ku-Rah...except if you say it properly the Ku and Rah sound run together...so it should be something like Saa-kra...I think... So wrong am I? ))

okay, syoarn-kuns name first:
as someone who speaks and learns chinese, im pretty sure im right.
syaoran's name is pronounced as "xiao-lang" in chinese. however, the japanese people would pronounce it as "xiao-lahn"
now for sakura's name:
(in chinese: "xiao-iing" it means, "little cherry(as in cherry blossom)")
basically, it'd be "sah-kuu-rah", with the "kuu" shorter than the "rah". by the way, the "rah" sounds like "la" most of the time.))

Fai can be basically said as Fai but if you try saying it syllable at a time, it comes out sort of FE-I.

((Listening to the anime, I think it's Fah-iiiiiii kinda thing. Like it looks. But then again, they pronounce Syaoran like it has an h. Sha-o-rahn... so weird. xd ))

I think the way the Japanese voice actors say it has to be right. I mean they're Japanese, not us. Even if I got goose bumps every time Syaoran said: "Seiii shiroou- sahn" in episodes 24, 25
