"Yes." the woman replied, deciding that conversating with the woman...even on need-to-know matters, would probably be the safest thing to do right now. "Michael Blackstone. Because of what he did as a hobby, the hall he stayed in gave him the pet name of "Myers". From a horror movie from what I understood. Never was much of a fan of horror movies, so I didn't quite understand it."

Cat blinked. She'd never heard of... but then again, she wasn't really a big horror movie buff, either; also, it was entirely possible that the movie in question hadn't been in existence during her time. She had to keep the 30+ year difference in mind. "Hall... so... you worked at the lab," she said. It wasn't really a question. It made sense for the Exhibit to hire someone who was used to handling Reaper, after all.

"Medical." she replied. "It was my job to tend to the patients after they had been worked on, gotten into a fight, or the doctors who had gotten too close. I usually worked with the more lethal patients. There weren't many on the medical staff that were...comfortable taking care of patients that were overly violent."

She just nodded, not having much of anything to say to that. Reaper definitely was frightening when he wanted to be (as well as sometimes when he DIDN'T want to be), and most doctors weren't gifted with super powers to help level the playing field.

"I didn't stay there the entire time Michel had been there. Took an early retirement about...ten years after he'd been there. By that time they had enough research and resources that the scientists and staff didn't need to fear for their lives around the more dangerous patients. Not after I left anyway. I didn't pay much attention at all to the lab after that. Tried to have some fraction of a normal life." She said, picking up her device from the floor to inspect the damage.

"Oh, yeah?" Cat asked, tone supremely dry. "Whatever happened to that?"

The woman became rather quiet, staring down at the device with a bit of a deadpan look on her face.
"...it was cut short." she replied. "Not long after Michael left the laboratory to begin 'working'."

Felicia recognized the 'subject closed' tone of voice. Fine. It wasn't like she really cared, anyway. Letting out a slow breath, she closed her eyes and settled in to wait. After all, she had tons to look forward to: she was lying on a metal table wearing nothing but a blanket while waiting for someone to come and interrogate her, trying to stay as calm as possible so that a psychopathic doctor wouldn't 'experiment' on her.

She didn't have to wait too incredibly long. The lights flickered, then hummed to life. There was a beeping sound outside the door, and a second later the door slid open. A woman with glasses and brown hair stepped inside with a small clipboard tucked under her arm.
"Sorry for the wait." she said as she walked in. "Hard to get very far in here without some kind of power going."
The other woman nodded and moved over to the corner to pull a chair out to sit and wait.
Charlemagne turned her attention over to Cat as she pulled her clipboard out from under her arm. "I also apologize for your current...situation. With everything that happened, we really don't have a protocol on how to handle such a situation. And many of our holding facilities are extremely hard to get to as of right now. And with your apparent powers...must have seemed easier to treat you like another patient."

Felicia opened her eyes and regarded the woman coolly, apparently uninterested in giving her much of a reaction. She was... sorry? Yeah, right. All of this damage was Felica's fault, anyway; they knew it, she knew it, and there didn't seem to be much point in pretending otherwise. "How else would I have been treated?" she asked quietly.

"I imagine that O'Dell would have had you drawn and quartered on the spot." she replied, then glanced down at her clip board. "But...it seems that they believe you will be of much greater use alive and well. The fact that you caused this much damage to our organization, and do have some sort of power, we need to keep you restrained and ready to be sedated if need be." she replied, then moved to stand beside Felicia. "All of our computers and files are completely unusable right now, so I'll need to ask you questions rather than try to look everything up. You may ask questions yourself provided the answers are not classified."

Felicia quirked an eyebrow, but nodded in acknowledgment. Nothing good could come from mentioning that she'd gotten a pretty good look at most of their information while she'd been setting charges in the data core. Plus, she hadn't promised to answer the questions-- she'd only acknowledged the woman's need to ask them. Although--honestly--she couldn't think of anything that she really had to withhold from these people.

"Alright." Charlot said, pulling out a stick of vine charcoal out of her pocket to write with. It wouldn't be the easiest thing to write with quickly, but...she should still be able to write with it. No worrying about a pen breaking and going all over the page...pencil breaking over and over. If this broke, she could pick up the piece and continue writing with it.
"I suppose we can start with your powers. Doctor Octavious has identified you as Black Cat, and given us some general information about you. But your powers are a different matter. Since they seem to be a danger to both us and you, it would be good to know more about them so we can better prepare. I don't believe anyone wants the entire complex collapsing or anything like that."

Felicia hesitated for a moment, then relaxed slightly. "To oversimplify, it's bad luck," she said, her voice tired, "The severity of it increases in proportion to any anxiety or anger I might be feeling, but it never goes away completely. Doctor Strange locked a while ago, but I guess it's back."

Charlot arched an eyebrow at the girl, then glanced down at her clipboard to jot down the information. "It's an emotional based power...so you have no control over what happens I take it? Could the return of this power have anything to do with Strange's absence? Or...simply from all the stress of today?"
