No, I'm not arguing that. All of those Clans/Bloodlines are official from the original Naruto(So, I don't question them.), while the Hatake Clan is purely fan-made, since Kakashi himself is essentially a semi-prodigy, and nothing else.
Those are their clan boosts.
It's unfair for the Speed Ninja type, who are specialized ninja, to be outmatched by another ninja of the same age who's had little to no training. Mostly everyone who has hatake is never ever going to mention that he was trained, or it even existed, so they just get a stupid genetic boost. Not everyone is trained, so the reason "TRAINED FROM BEING ABLE TO WALK" isn't going to work. Speed Ninja should still be faster than anyone else, regardless if they have a bloodline, since they are specialized. Like I said, is the person it the Clan is a speed ninja as well, I won't have a problem.

Now..
To end this discussion I will put it simply.
Speed Ninja
These ninja are faster and more agile then normal ninja. They can use jutsu at such a fast pace that they can do more jutsu at one time then normal. Their speed is also faster then normal ninja.
(+10 Agility, +15 of Agility Parameter Capacity, Can perform two jutsu in one posts, Able to move and dodge as if they were +1 rank faster)
vs...
Rules:
• Able to Transmit their white chakra into weapons, making the weapon have extended cutting range and power.
• White Rasengan: of course one must learn rasengan to be able to use this technique. The white rasengan is no different from a regular one. the change of color is entirely for theatrics.
• White Chidori: of course one must learn chidori to be able to use this technique. The white chidori is no different from a regular one. the change of color is entirely for theatrics.
• Gain a +15 to their agility stat
.....Still gonna complain? The mods have it balanced properly.

Someone please tell Jade, or another crew member, that she made an error in judgment on approving Sosay's profile. Sosay chose two types from the same tier, which isn't allowed.
Edit: Same with Tsubaka's profile, he has two types in the same tier as well.

What kind of malarkey is this? *Sneezes repeadtedly* Hey i'm alergic to BS get that crap outta here!!! *Kicks you in your nose to stop sneezing* That should clear you up buddy. And it is as Fear said its balanced. And like I continue to say, the guild is still underdevelopment and nothing is finalized. We're not even in the BETA stages yet. All of the mods are doing what they can so you all have to be patient. *Stares at Kay* Still need to sneeze? evil
