Rena pretended she didn't hear the question, but took note of what Zestitnik said. She flew over to him and upside down and stared at him.
" But I'm the best partner you've had right?" She asked him, popping him on the nose with her finger and then flew up right, pointing to a house.
" AY! Straight ahead!" She cheered, throwing her hands in the air, making her playful bouncy-golden hair bounce up and back down.

"Sure you're the best...after Myth that is, She's like a little sister to me! Hard to beat that, ya' know!" Zestitnik grinned as they walked up to his house.
Sabutaro looked up at the house with his mouth wide open. "Wow..." he said... Zestitnik's house really was 'wow.' When most of the houses on the street were more of a gloomy sort, with darker, though still well kept, flowers, his was bright blue, standing out among the unhappy shades. A bunch of bright multi-colored flowers where planted along the base, and the door... well, nothing much about the door... But all together, the house really was amazing...

OOC: I'm very interested in joining this RP... The thing is, I have no idea what's going on. And I'm way too lazy to read all the pages in this RP. If it isn't too much trouble, could someone provide me with a brief summary of what's happened? Unless, you don't want anymore new people in this RP. Which is perfectly acceptable. xP A lot has happened, ne?
Oh! And I apologize if I wasn't supposed to post this OOC remark in the RP thread! But I really wasn't sure where else I should post it... ^^;

OCC: No, no! Welcome. Well first there are two shinigamis named Ryuho and Rei, and Rei started to become a ghost and she disapeared and Ryuho sacrificed himself for her because they had fallen in love while they were humans. So she became a human girl. But then, it turned out he was an angel and came back to Earth and made Rei an angel too, so now they are both guardian angels over Myth and Sabutaru. Nadia told Sabutaru of the pass, where all 6 of the shinigami ( Ryuho, Rei, Myth, Sabutaru, Nadia, and Joshua.) had became friends and decided that they wanted to be angels, which started the Shinigami War. Because of this, Nadia and Joshua cut off their animal features. But 6 shinigami against the whole Underworld didn't work, and in the end it only led to everyone except Nadia and Joshua getting their memories erased. During Sabutaru and Nadia's duscusion, Myth was being carried away, but then Nadia cme back to the Underworld and her and Zestitnik woulden't let the boss carry her away, and while he was trying to pull her away, Nadia used the last bit of her life to save Myth and she disapeared. Joshua then made a deal with the boss that in excahange for Nadia back he or she would never make contact with another shinigami, except themselves. Myth is currently knocked out from exhastion, but she was suppose to be locked away for helping a human, or Rei. Saubutaru too. Then two shinigami came down, Joshua and Nadia, who are kinda like bad shinigami that no one really likes because they work directly for the boss, and their reason for this is unknow bet from time to time they mention: " I don't want to go back." Which is a hint. XD Right now, Sabutaru and Zestitnik are carrying Myth back to his house and Rena, or Rennie, is there with them. Rennie is Zestitnik's partner. And right now Joshua and Nadia are in the human world, sitting in the lake where Nadia died. The boss wants to find Myth and Sabutaru, but his wearabouts are unknown at the moment. That's about all. Any Questions?
These are the partners:
Nadia + Joshua ( Kasey Star). Evil.
Myth+ Sabutaru ( Nevolji). Good.
Rena + Zestitnik ( Rena: Kasey Star, Zestitnik: Nevolji.) Good.
Ryuho + Rei ( Kasey Star.) Good/Angels.

Rennie sat outside the house. ' Of course... Myth first." She sighed out of jealousy and then gaining her thought back, opened the door and entered. " So what exactly happened in your mission that made her pass out?" She asked them, floating in the room's air.
Meanwhile:
Nadia's blue eyes opened as she looked aorund to see where she was. " Joshua?" She asked, seeing the familiar face of her lover. He smiled at her, and held her sickly body close. " What happened? Why-- Why are we here?" She asked terrified of her surroundings. It was the river, the bridge, and the last inputed place in Nadia's memory of her life.

(To put what Kasinator said short, Rei turned into a human, Myth/Sabutaro helped her out, had to be punished, Rei/Ryuho turned angel, Myth went to the underworld with Joshua, talked to the boss for a while, was being taken away, but stopped by Nadia, who had explained the whole shinigami war idea to Sabutaro just moments ago, and Zestitnik, then Nadia collasped and dissappeared and Joshua agreed to not talk to anyone but her and the boss (And same with Nadia) if she could come back, Myth fell asleep in Sab's arms, Sabutaro, Zestitnik, and Rena are taking her to Z's (Zestitnik's) house, which looks friggen' awesome, man! And I suppose it's not much shorter... is it?)
"Well we just had too many assignments today, we were trying to break a record... She just collasped when we came to see Z here for a while..." Sabutaro lied easily. He seemed a natural at it... Was that good or bad?
Zestitnik nodded as they carried Myth inside and placed her gently on the couch. "I'll be right back, I need to get a blanket..." he said, heading up the stairs to his room, leaving Rena and Sabutaro alone.
(It would be just a strange cuadinki-dink if someone brought in a character named Shugo... (Shugo and Rena are the main characters of .hack ^^)

OOC: .hack is awesome. xP I really liked that manga..
Anyways thanks so much guys for the summary, I really appreciate it! Now I just need to figure out some characters to play. I actually have a decent idea for a shinigami. Now I just need to figure out how to get her in...
So, basically, let me get this straight... this is practically a shinigami Roleplay? Hardly any humans, correct? There are some angels which are Ryuho and Rei.
I could play an angel. xP
And at the moment, I'm thinking it's probably best for a new character to show up where Nadia and Joshua are? Since it's in a somewhat public area.
As opposed to Zestinik's house? Unless if it was all right that a character of mine knew Zestinik? Or maybe a character of mine had a message for one of the character's from the boss... or something like that.
I really don't want to mess up the status quo of the RP. >.<;

OCC: You can play any role. Or heck! You could play three, one angle, one where Nadia and Joshua are, and one at Z's house. XD I have 5 characters here, and Nevolji has 3 if I'm thinking straight. Just jump in! You're good to go! I got the name from .Hack. XD
Rena looked at him in confusment. " I think there's something you're hiding from me." She said to no one in paticular, under her breath. She sighed and flew down to Myth, examing her closely.
" By the way has anyone seen Nadia or Joshua?" She asked, folding her arms behind her neck as she floated pass Myth, done examining the lifeless Myth. " I had something to tell Nadia. Or actually, ask her for some help." She said, as Zestitnik went upstairs, she watched him carefully, but not making it too obvious.

(Heh... Zestitnik was one of the first shinigami, so he knows almost everyone in the shinigami world, and he's usually partnered up with a lot of them when they're new... And Z's a wolf-guy and Sab's a monkey-dude)
"I think they're talking to the boss..." said Zestitnik who was heading back down the stairs with a blanket. He gently covered Myth with it and brushed some hair off her face. He had easily noticed her watching him. He could usually just NOTICE stuff like that, but he didn't pay any mind.
Sabutaro sat down next to Myth, on the floor by the couch. He then remembered something that he was told never to do by Myth, which was be near her while she slept. He had found out why a while ago... it was because she talked in her sleep, and it was usually about her human life. He metally kicked himself as he pulled a scarf-like pieck of cloth from his jacket pocket and tied it gently around her head.

(( Nadia and Joshua cut of their animal parts, so they look like humans, and Rena is a panda chick. Haha, the question is: Who is this guy? And is Rena good or evil? You shall never know... or well not now.))
Rena saw him come down the stairs full of blankets. She turned around. " I-- I uh, I've got something to do." She said, as she saw him wipe her hair from her face. She flew out of the house before anyone could stop her. She stood at the end of the street, as a dark figure appeared, resting his body behind her as he tied his hands around her neck, as he pulled her close. Rena shut her eyes.
" Did you find anything out?" He whisphered in her ear. Rena shook her head, holding back her tears. " Remember dear, only a little time left. What's the matter? Why start crying?" He asked her, as he spun her around. She stood there, fist clenched, as he pulled her head up and kissed her on the lips. She didn't resist nor did she like it. After a few seconds, he pulled back and smiled. " Be a good girl now and find out, or time will run out." He smiled and then he vanished leaving Rena there crying.

(And Myth's a bat... stressed No fluffy wings for her... she get's bat wings!)
Zestitnik turned around and looked at the door. "I better go find her..." he said softly, more to himself than to Sabutaro. He stepped outside and flew around a bit, looking for Rena. He saw her crying... "Rena?" he asked softly after stepping on the ground a few feet away. "Are... Are you okay?" He never saw the dark figure leave or come...
Taylor... Taylor where'd you go? Where are you, Taylor...? He's not a vampire... I swear he's not... I...swear... A few tears fell down Myth's cheek as her horrible nightmare of her human life came back to her. "No..." she mumbled, despite the cloth tied around her head.
Sabutaro watched Myth cry carefully. Sighing, he bent down and kissed her lightly on the cheek as he left the room to prepare something in the kitchen for when she woke up, Z probably wouldn't mind anyway...
(My, My! What's this? A hint of Myth's past? I'll explain her past in the next post... it's way too late for me...)

Rena turned around, backing up swiftly. " I-- I'm fine. I don't need any help, I wasen't crying." She said, wiping away her tears and brushing her almond brown eyes. " Hey Z? Will you take something for me? It would mean a lot to me." She said, reaching into her pant pocket and pulling out a small doll. The doll was a ragdoll, with golden hair and two small panda ears sticking out, her clothes were a green, pleaded skirt with a small black belt hanging off, and a green tanktop over a knit black sweater. White knee socks were worn and black boots, and the had black etched s on the side of her eye. Even a matching scar on the throat. " You won't get it now, but soon it'll come to you." She said looking down at the doll, her eyes widen as she dropped it to the ground. " Sorry... I have to go." She cried, flying off to the sky and out of sight.
(( Hmm.. the doll kinda sounds like Rennie! My oh my, what could this mean. Maybe that she is a doll! XD Kinda gave it away... she's a doll with no feelings working for the boss, with fake inputed memories. I'll explain soon. Go on with Myth!))

I was back... back inside my home... Back when I was... alive... Myth's dreams continued to burn through her mind...
I looked at my mother happily as I, a 12 year old named Kirai, ate my breakfast. She, too, smiled. It was a normal day during the 1800's... at least, I thought it was...
Later that day I was walking to my best friend, and soon to be husband,'s house to go on a stroll through the forest. I remember 14 year old Taylor's words exactly.
"Um, sorry, Kiri (That was my nickname back then), but I've been told that I should not go outside for a while... I am not sure why, though..." His voice was perfect english, since he was educated and wealthy, yet still a nice boy. I loved him.
And that night while I was changing to go to bed, I saw fire. The flames weren't just free-flowing, no no no, they were tourches and they were heading towards Taylor's house! I quickly changed back and ran out the door without a word to my mother, and soon met up with Taylor, who was running also. From the gasped out words I caught as we ran through the forest, trying to get away from the tourches, I found out that the whole village suspected him and his whole family of being... VAMPIRES! When we temperarily lost the townsfolk, we hid in a bush to catch our breath, and he said,
"Kirai... If something happens to me... please know one thing... I love you, I always have, and I always will... even after death..." I started to say something, I don't even remember what, but he kissed me once I opened my mouth. It was the greatest kiss I ever got... not counting the fact that it was the only kiss I had ever had back then...
He told me to run, and I did. I ran all the way home, luckily the townsfolk didn't notice that it was me running next to Taylor, and I was off the hook, well, I was still punished slightly for leaving the house so late. But I went to sleep, more or less, or rather I tried to go to sleep, I was too worried to...
I woke up the next morning to find that Taylor had been caught, and was going to be burned today. If he burned, he was a vampire, if he didn't, he wasn't a vampire. To this date, I still don't understand the logic in that... but I couldn't do anything. I begged, I pleaded... I knew for a fact that he was alive, not one of the undead... but it failed. He was burned, but right before he took his last breath, he looked at me... and smiled...
And then the water came... oh, the water... I was standing on a cliff over a river, ready to jump off. I had left nothing to tell anyone of my death, and it was right after the death of my lover. I had run away crying, and nobody had noticed it. I now stood, about 10 feet to my death over the rushing, white water.
"KIRAI!" I heard my mother call behind me. 'How did she find me? Did she know I would kill myself? How...' I never found the answers to those questions out, because I then turned around and smiled at my mother, the way Taylor did to me, and fell backwards over the edge of the cliff. After that, all I remember is water... water everywhere, the blackness...
Myth opened her eyes quickly, bringing her hands up to her eyes to find that she had been crying...
"You're awake..." Sabutaro said, handing her what was her favorite dish.
Myth took the dish and ate one scoop before asking, "What happened to me...?"
"You fell unconcious, nothing much..." Sabutaro said. "You don't get enough sleep, do you?" Myth nodded, then continued to eat in silence. Akward silence.
Zestitnik bent down and picked up the Rena doll. He sighed softly, and mumbled, "You just don't get it, do you? Myth's like a sister... I still love you..." he then turned around and headed back to his house, knowing that Rena probably didn't want to talk to him right now.
(The Rena Doll! Loaded with different actions like: Letting you control her, doing NOTHING! and... *drumroll* flopping to the ground!
And THAT was Hell to type... I told you I'd give out Myth's past... Didn't think it'd be THIS long... just... long... -_- Have fun reading it though... The formulation of the words was made up right on the spot! But I already knew her past by heart, so it was fairly easy! But OH MY ACKING WRISTS!)

Rena found herself on the same wall, the same wall that she had been early that day. But this time, not wanting to leave or be found. She sat there, wiping the cold tears from her eyes. ' Did I just do something... I know I shoulden't have?' She asked herself over and over again. She looked down at her trembling hands, of course she had. She had just give away he life to Zesititnik. She brought her knees up to her chest, shaking slightly at the thought of giving her life away. She had never had one, and it was nice, in a way. The other way was thinking that anyone could control her, and her life could be taken just as easily as it was given to her. She rested her chin on her knees, sighing as her breath released into mist due to the cold outside. " Why can't I be like everyone else? Do I really have to do... do what he told me to do just to obtain a life? Am I that selfish? Nadia... Sister, I want your help." She cried, as the cold night air shook her back and forth.

Nadia pulled up, as Joshua let go over. She looked up at the sky, as flakes of snow fell to the ground. " Do you remember? This place, I mean." She asked him. To her suprise, he looked away towards the cold river and nodded, a stern look upon his face.
" Nadia, I did something bad. In order to gain your life back, I sacrificed our voices to others. We are no longer allwed to speak freely among the rest, just us." He told her, ashamed of his actions. She smiled, and gently used her hand to pull his face back over to her veiw, as she gently kissed his soft, pink lips. He blushed and then hugged Nadia, her body warmth keeping him warm.
" It's alright, Joshua. I want it that way. I--I don't want to hurt anymore people. I'm done with friends and fantasies, and all that false hope; All I want is us." She whisphered in his ear. He smiled at her remark, glad to feel the same way, as he scooped her up in his arms and took her back home to the Underworld.
(( Myth's life is great! That got me hooked. Have you considered being an author? Also I drew Rennie, just need to scan it now. Wait until you here Joshua's past, it will be one heck of a good one for yah. Since Rennie is a doll, she doesn't have a past. Just inputed memories that she found out were fake. And you still have to wait to find out who the mysterious person is... Bwhahah!))

(Yeah, I have thought... and I've started quite a few stories... whether or not they were finished will stay between me, Taylor, Zestitnik, Bob, and Bobo(Bo-bo) stressed But Roleplaying a lot has REALLY helped, you know! I was never this good at writing before I started roleplaying!)
"Hey, Myth!" Zestitnik said with false happiness as he walked through his door. He smiled.
"Where's... Rela I think her name was?" Sabutaro asked, turning around and smiling back.
"Rena. She went home, I suppose. She didn't feel like talking much..." He held the doll behind his back as he started to head up the stairs. "I'll be back in a second!" he called as he dashed into his room. Sabutaro and Myth looked at eachother curiously...
Z shut his door as he sat on the bed. He looked at the doll closely for the first time... "Re...Rena?" he mumbled silently as he layed backwards and held 'her' above him. He sighed and hugged the doll close to his chest for a second before leaving it on his bed and heading back to Myth and Sab.
(It is WAY too late for me... (11 o' clock... almost midnight... okay, and hour away, but still close! An' my birthday's on FRIDAY!!!)

Rena sat up, startled by the calling of her own name. It was Zestitnik's voice, but his body was no where near her. Whenever someone held the Rena doll and spoke, Rena could always here their words. Sometimes, she wished this wasen't so because she never had time to herself, her mind was full of others' voices. She sighed, jumping from the wall and threw her hands behind her head as she began to walk home.

Nadia and Joshua arrived at the Underworld, in a neighborhood they no longer knew. All the houses were dark and gloomy, but one stood out more then the rest. Only because of it's unique color cordination. Nadia smiled at the sight, as Joshua frowned. " Color." She said, and then looked to him. " It's nice."
He shook his head. " I'd rather be colorblind. It gives me too many emotions, too many I don't want." He said, staring at the house in disgust. She just shook her head at his comment, knew she coulden't change his mind.
