Phillip sat on the hospital bed sniffling like a child. The tears burned the cuts on her face and the hand she used to wipe them away. Her already red eyes became slightly puffy and irritated by the salt in her tears. Scooter scurried onto her shoulder and licked the swirls on her cheek gently. Phillip smiled and petted him behind his ear softly. Scooter squirmed with joy until she stopped. She sat up letting the doctor who had just walked in examine her cuts and bruises.

Shortly after Phillips doctor came in, Kajukiro's did. Kajukiro found her, his doctor, to be slightly attractive, but he wasn't into romance. She examined Kajukiro's body, indicating how the cuts and bruises got there, how deep the cuts were etc., but she knew they weren't fatal wounds, untill Kajukiro took off his Jacket and shirt, then she got surprised at the depth of the wound.
When she calmed down, she took one look at Kajukiro and said aloud, "Boy, you're lucky to be alive, with a wound like that, It's just a good thing that the Kunai didn't get to the heart. But it was close." She then began bandaging Kajukiro's chest area, letting the skin and bone heal, as well as every other area he got cut at.
Kajukiro knew that she was right, he was lucky that the Kunai had just missed his heart, otherwise he might have died. Kajukiro put his shirt and Jacket back on and left the hospital when he was given permission to. Kajukiro waited for Phillip outside the hospital.
