Despite the female falling on top of him, John quickly squirmed out from underneath her and pounced on top of her.
"I win!"
Tail wagging, John sat proudly on top of his opponent.

Jane glared up at her mate. Whipping her tail around, she threw a blow at John's head. "I'm not out of the game yet John..."

John whimpered at the impact of tail to his head, but quickly countered with his own furiously wagging tail.
"Well, to me, it looks like I've won!"
Cypher growled, uncurling out of his ball to watch the two with a scowl.

Fending John's tail off with her own, Jane set about trying to push him off in other ways. Coiling her feet up, she kicked at her mate semi-gently, not wishing to hurt him but wanting him off.

John stumbled back from the kicking, finally falling off his mate.
"OOF!"
Growling playfully, the pup attempted to leap back onto her.

Quickly standing, Jane through her body at John with full force, hoping to stop his flight path and bring him to the ground.

John yelped as their bodies collided. The pup soon found himself on the ground, struggling to get back to his paws.

Tumbling to the floor alongside her mate, Jane quickly jumped to her paws and leapt for John, hoping she would be able to pin him before he rose.

Jane did her best to hold him to the ground. As she did, a small smirk flickered over her maw. "Who's the winner now, John?"

"Get off Jane!"
The male whined, squirming underneath her.
"It hurts!!"
And indeed it did, the cactus wounds becoming irritated from all his squirming on the ground.

Suddenly coming to her senses after momentarily forgetting the injuries, Jane leapt off her mate. "Sorry," she apologized soundung only semi-sincere. He had brought it upon himself afterall.

John crawled back to his paws, shaking slightly from the pain.
"Erf...."
Over in his corner, Cypher growled. Why couldn't everyone just shut the hell up?!

Sighing, the male trudged back to his bed and curled up on it.
FINALLY! Maybe NOW he could sleep!
