[I jumped up, startled.]
"Wait, what?" I squeaked, surprised, "why? Was it something I said?"
[I peered at the demon. He seemed to be hiding his chest. I narrowed my eyes curiously. OH! He's hiding something! But what would he want to hide from me...?
I called out after him, hoping he wouldn't catch my bluff.]
"Come back, Forsaken. I know what's wrong and it's okay. You don't have to go."

_____________________________________[Nervously, it listened to the sound, a disgusted look on it's face as if the heart was a horrible parasite, which as far as Forsaken was concerned, it was. It clawed into its chest to find that there was something there! Forsaken let out a terrified cry! It was NOT supposed to be there!!! Forsaken heard Purepaw cry out to it. Fear filed it's mind when she said she knew what what was wrong. Forsaken, falling for her bluff, let out a pained roar!] "NO! Its NOT ok! It may be ok for you, but its unnatural for me!! Its supposed to be DEAD!!! dead...dead....dead..." [Forsaken began to curl up on the floor, shivering. it hated the thumping sound, it hated the warmth coming from it's ghost like body, it hated the feelings it's heart felt! it HATED!!! HATE! Forsaken let out a demonic roar that pirced the night sky like a needle to skin!] _____________________________________ ...can cure me of this curse.

[I flinched, watching him mutter on the floor. I have to figure out what he's talking about before he hurts himself! I thought worriedly.]
"No, it IS okay," I commanded softly, padding up to him.
[I prodded him with my paw, seemingly oblivious to his dangerous state of mind.]
"Just don't freak out or anything. It's obviously not gonna go away."
[I was taking a swat in the dark. I had no idea WHAT it was, but whatever it was, it was supposed to be dead...
I pricked my ears, hearing something muffled coming from him. What was that? I wondered, trying harder to hear, but his muttering was blocking out the sound. I sat down, pretending to know what was going on.]

_____________________________________((lol before he hurts himself! XD Forsaken dose have a tenancy to ripe itself apart! like self destruct! D: )) [Fosaken's eyes were closed tightly. it's claws extended to its fullest! She was right! it wasnt going to go away. every time it clawed it out it was always there the next time it saw her! HER! THATS IT! She was it's hiding place! The demons eyes shot open with malice filling them! the demon's eyes were several shades of crazy!] She is why it lives on! I f i want to kill it... i .. i i...have to kill her! [The demon lifted itself from the ground an murderous look on it's face as it watched the injured Purepaw. Slowly it approached her. its claws twitching with anticipation, practically crying out for her blood! its heart beat faster as it readied itself. but something was haunting it. the look on Fathom's face as Blood ripped Leopardstorm apart. The demon hissed.] "No! no! i wount end up like you!" [Forsaken cried as it retreated back into its fettle position.] "Curse you Purekit! You will be the death of me i know it!!" _____________________________________ ...can cure me of this curse.

[I blinked, stepping back as he menacingly came forward. Suddenly he retreated, spouting something about Fathom. What in the name of StarClan was that?! I thought. I looked at him, deperately trying to hear the noise.]
"It's not like I'm trying to or anything," I muttered.
[I heard it again-the soft thumping noise.
It sounds like a heartbeat...but why would Forsaken be freakin out about his heart? Don't demons know what hearts are? He had one when he was alive...
I decided to take another swat in the dark.]
"Didn't you have one when you were a living cat, anyway?" I asked.

_____________________________________[Forsaken's muttering swelled into crazy laughter.] "kekekeke yes, i had one. but i killed it along time ago... I sent it to starclan. My heart had bounded me to the torment i experienced during my life, one i was rid of it i was free! but now, now it is back! there is no escape! I am doomed to forever suffer this way." [The demon shook its head.] " i dont know what they want from me! i dont know what is going to happen. i feel like i am dieing! it hurts! the heart is like a timebomb, eventually it will stop beating and everything will come to an end, i never had to face that fate, but i dont know now..." [the demon began to growl, diging it's claws into its open chest.] _____________________________________ ...can cure me of this curse.

[I looked at him, my gaze softening. It is his heart! But...I wonder...
I shook my head at him, sighing.]
"Stupid," I said, then softened my voice and continued, "you don't store your bad memories in your heart! Otherwise you would've never remembered them when you didn't have your heart.
"Your heart serves a special purpose. You give pieces of it to those you love. Big pieces, and little pieces. And if they love you back, they'll give you a piece of theirs too! That way your heart stays whole, but it's made up of little pieces of your friends! If they destroy a piece because they're a bad cat, well, it's sad, but it's not always the end of the world. You'd be surprised at how resilient your heart can be, even after most of the pieces you gave away were destroyed.
"I keep my frieds in my heart. My mommy holds a big piece, and my clanmates have little pieces. And you..."
[At this part, I stopped myself. I looked away bashfully for a moment, then straightened myself.]
"I'll give you a piece of my heart soooo big that it'll fix up all the parts that your clanmates hurt!" I squeaked cheerfully. "And then you can be happy again! That would make me happy too!"
(( BAAW PUREKIT. *sobsob* I LOVE YOU SO. ;;;W;;;
I have no idea what you wanted me to say after what Forsaken said, so I just made up this bit about the hearts. >3 I hope it works well with Forsaken. ;n; ))

_____________________________________(( uh-oh.... eek )) [Forsaken's eyes shot open as if it was about to be hit by a truck! Forsaken stood to its feet and took a step back. WHAT WAS SHE SAYING!? What could she possibly be thinking!? Wha- Suddenly, and all at once a horrific and unbearable pain shot through Forsaken's entire body, almost as if it had been struck with lightning!! the demon let out a painful cry as it collapsed to the floor! Fear shot through Forsaken's mind, it had no idea what was happening! it could feel Starclan's precance all around it. the stars reached out to the demon, Forsaken hissed at the sky. swiping its claws into the air!] "No! I will never go! You will never take me!" [The demon roar at nothing, it struggled to get back to it's feet. looking up at Purepaw she noticed that one of it's eyes was green and no longer glowing. the demon snarled and fleed desperate to find a place the stars could not find it. it ran back into the hollow tree deep into the darkness, collapsing after smashing into the trees walls, as if it did not see them there!] am.. am i dying?! is this what it feels like? [Forsaken hissed.] "I knew this would happen eventually! Why! What have you done Purekit!? What did you do?" [He cried, beginning to wonder if she was secretly part of starclan. its shadow was swelling and rising, almost engulfing the demon.] (( Forsaken: you'll never catch me coppers!! >: D )) _____________________________________ ...can cure me of this curse.

[I looked at him, confused, and ran back towards the hole ((let's just say she was on a branch. .3. )). I peeked my head in worriedly.]
"I DUNNO what I did, you just started to freak out!" I cried half-angry, half-panicked. "Just calm down a tick here! You're acting as if you're DYING or somethin!"
[I paused, thinking hard. He swiped at the stars...I wonder what that means? Is StarClan doing something?
Peering up at the sky, I cried, "Uh, if anyone can hear me up there, can you please stop that? It's really hurting Forsaken, and uh, I'd like it if you didn't hurt him. So...please stop? Please?"
[I pleaded at the sky, feeling slightly foolish, but I didn't know what else to do. Forsaken was spazzing out, so it looked like matters were in my paws, though I had no idea how to handle the situation.]
(( Oh, the irony, Purepaw. 8D ))

His one green eye watched as Purepaw ran in after it. the demon let out a low snarl. its body grew limp as it began to relax and fall into a slumber. The demon struggled to stay standing. never taking it's eyes of the entrance as if it were expecting something to come in after it.] I will not give up that easily starclan, you will have to do better than that to remove my curse! [Forsaken snarled at the stary sky. the shadows began to swallow the demon up. returning Forsaken's emerald green eye back to glowing crimson.] _____________________________________ ...can cure me of this curse.

[I looked down at Forsaken, and suddenly felt strange. Very strange. Pain shot across my heart as Forsaken was in pain. And then...
Something came over me.
My eyes changed. They were still the same color, but they were different.]
"How can we help you reconcile," I whispered in a voice that was not my own, "if you refuse to be helped?"
[I reeled back, coughing.]
"NO! Get out of me! Forsaken-doesn't-like- StarClan cats!" I hissed angrily.
[I stumbled backwards, suddenly losing my grip. I let out a startled squeak as I slipped out of the hole and out of the tree.
After a long, terrifying drop, and hitting a few tree branches on the way that softened my fall, I hit the ground head-first. A loud crack filled the air as pain exploded in my jaw. I stared horrified at the ground as my body went limp.
Oh no-! I think I've broken my jaw! I wailed inwardly.
Blood trickled from my mouth. I let out a hoarse cough, then whimpered a bit, but it hurt to move, or even make a sound.
Gotta...be careful, Forsaken...if you squeeze my heart too hard, I'll...die... I thought faintly.]
(( NOTHING LIKE FALLING OUT OF A TREE TO GET FORSAKEN'S ATTENTION. 8D ))

_____________________________________[Forsaken eyes widened with hate as the starclan cat spoke.] "I will never go! you hear me! return to you stary prison and leave me-" [Purekit began to stumble and fell, Forsaken let out a scream of shear terror as she fell it lunged at her, just missing her small body.] NO! Are they trying to take her from me!? [Forsaken lept from the tree and drifted it's ghost like body above the ground as it approached Purepaw.] "NO!" [Forsaken felt sick at the sight of her broken jaw. it gently lifted her up. it wanted to return her to the tree but was afraid she would fall again. it didnt want to leave her on the ground in fear that if it left her alone someone or something would kill her in her weakened state. the demon began to growl. it roared it's hatred to the stars above! Feverishly the demon began to work to but her jaw back in place. it built a brace for her, cleaned her blood.] _____________________________________ ...can cure me of this curse.

[I winced as Forsaken picked me up.]
"My...bad," I managed to mutter through my painful mouth.
[Yeesh, I'm so clumsy, I thought softly. Suddenly I felt the strange feeling return, and the StarClan cat gently prodded my jaw. I would've cried out, but somehow the pain lessened. Blinking I thought silently, th-thank you...
I twitched my tail, wondering where Forsaken would take me. Suddenly an idea popped into my head. It was far-fetched, but at this rate, I would die in the rough forest.]
Struggling to speak, I finally managed to desperately whisper to Forsaken, "Twolegsh."
[The twolegs may be stupid and idiotic, but they're the only ones who can keep me safe now. Forsaken can watch over me while they protect me, and then when I'm healed he can come get me...right?]
