Jarlaxle slid out of bed and instantly changed into his normal clothes. He smiled at her and walked over to her, "How did you sleep?"

Sapphire smiled at him as she curlled up on the couch slightly. "I slept wonderfully." she said smiling.

Sapphire sighed slightly and looked down. "Aunti Nena is not happy with us...." she said softly and looked over at him. "I am 16 years old!" she said softly

Sapphire looked at him. "I see..." she said looking down. But you know...she was happy with what she done, and she didn't care what anyone else thought. "Do you want to know the reason why I grow so fast?" she asked softly still looking down.

Jarlaxle tilted his head a bit but nodded and smiled at her as he wrapped his arms around her waist, "Sure."

Sapphire smiled at him softly. "It goes back to my grandmother. In her village, people mature faster. Their minds do, but their body's stay the same.. Whe my mother was created, thanks to grandfather, her body now grows to match the speed of her mind. That is why I mature and grow so fast.Same as my brother. With my generation, If I have children and my brrother has children, their growth rate will slow down." she said softly.

Jarlaxle nodded and processed what she had said for a moment before smiling at her, "Oh, that makes sense. I suppose you will probably have to explain that to Nena at some point."

Jarlaxle smiled at her and took her over to the bed. He laid her down and his clothes changed to just a black pair of shorts. He laid down next to her and closed his eyes.
