Question about Tartaros --

There have been no new posts in the Tartaros threads (except for Shaz's recent updates!) for two weeks. Is this an official hiatus for the event? I might have missed an official announcement, but I know myself and others have been wondering about the sudden halt. Originally, the event was going to last a month. How has that changed? Will later phases be shortened or sped up? Or will it just take longer?

I was looking for a little clarification on what is going on with the time line of the event.

Concerning injuries:

Let's say a powered character manages to break his/her arm/leg/limb of choice.

Are they still able to turn into their powered form?
Would they still have their cast in their powered form?
Or would it be whisked away like along with civilian clothes?
If it is removed, would the bone hold its place or would it be "temporary" healed in that the bone won't move/need to be reset, but it would be more tender than usual?
If I threw a penny off of the tallest building in Destiny City and providing that the wind doesn't blow it back into the building, is it possible to kill someone with it? O:
