Seena looked down at the boy as she unlocked the car. "Me to Jayden." So she couldn't be completely heartless. She had had fun with him. Jayden had proven to be a fun date, though she shouldn't have let the date go that far."

George stopped and looked at the other man. "You've got to be kidding me." Shaking his head grabbing pasta boxes he moved down to get different sauces. George made sure he grabbed bread along the way, since he was buying he would make sure Carey had all the food he could need. "What all do you need in the house?"

Kaylin rolled his eyes. "Give me mango then!" Snatching the bread bag away from Nuada he pulled out two slices of bread then took the peanut butter jar. "Where are your knives?"

Mathew finally looked at Craig. "You threw me out. I didn't want to quite. I think I said that enough times."
Jeff smirked to himself. If he kept pushing Mathew he knew he could get him to argue with Craig again. And if that happened, he would have complete control over Mathew. "Mattie. Calm down no need to get upset."

Jayden climbed in quietly, buckled his seat belt and sighed, staring out the window until Seena could get the car started up. Still he was quiet a bit longer before he finally broke the silence, "I hope you know that there's nothing wrong with being happy every now and then."

"Chill it, Mousey." Carey looked down at everything in the cart, "I do my grocery shopping on Sundays, you're only buying for dinner tonight, remember?"

Nuada shrugged, "Wherever mom put them this week." He nodded toward one of the drawers, "She's a bit scatterbrained, so sometimes she moves s**t around and it takes forever to find. Anyway they're usually over there."

"I think we've established that the only thing that comes before the club, for a club member, is family. When you put something else first, you're begging to quit, aren't you? Ergo, you quit. And I for one, don't give a ******** about what you think, because I only listen to my friends, and as of about two hours ago, you are no longer one. Now, if you'll excuse me, I'm busy with my family which totally isn't important to me, as you so clearly noted earlier." He turned back to his daughter, all of his anger escaping quickly so he could smile at her.
Valerie gave the two a weak smile and shrugged her shoulders lightly, "I'm sorry, but, maybe we should talk some other time."

Seena climbed in and started the car, pulling out of the drive way she stayed quite for a little bit. "Jayden. I'm sorry. Really. But you're way too young for me. I had fun. But this can't happen again."

"Eh what ever. I could change my mind on what to make might as well get everything." George grabbed some cheese, and milk as they walked by. "But the stuff is on my parents, better take advantage of it."

Kaylin rummaged through the drawers till he found a knife. "Awesome." Turning back to the peanut butter he knifed some out and spread it over his bread. "I haven't had a sandwich in forever."

Mathew was steaming. "Fine Craig have it your way." Turning on his heels Mathew left the shop, not waiting on Jeff to come out. He planed to walk off the whole day.
Jeff stood by the table a few seconds longer. "I'm sorry this happened between you two. Mathew can be so temperamental some times."

"Why not?" Jayden turnedx back to her, he had a rather mischievous smirk on his lips, "Everything that I do that's fun is totally illegal. What's one more guilty pleasure?"

"I'm not like that." Carey replied, "Seriously, just grab what you need for tonight, I can take care of myself."

"What the hell do you normally eat?" Nuada turned back to his studying, but continued to speak, "You don't ever pack that s**t for lunch?"

Craig didn't look up, but he did address the man still standing there, "I'm not as naive as Matthew is, but he doesn;t want me to stand up for him anymore, so I won't. I find it pathetic that you're so self-conscious about yourself that you won't let Matthew live the way he wants to. But go ahead, be whoever you choose, as long as you don't come near me, we shouldn't have any problems."
Valerie was quiet. She knew exactly what he was talking about. She had seen the boy only a week ago and his hair was all sorts of colors. She kept her head down so she wouldn't have to be dragged into this too.

Seena found herself smiling again. Quickly whipping the smile off her face her voice became serious "Because I could go to jail, then both my kids would have to love with their father. That alone is enough reason for me to say no."

"I'm trying to piss them off Night, you're just the means of doing so." George grabbed some junk food. If he was going to be at Night's place for a little, he wanted to chow down. "Any ways. It's off my family's account. So it's not like we are going to run out any time soon."

Kaylin laughed "Nah, I always ate lunchables or left overs, mom cooks every night." He grabbed the jelly and slathered some on after the peanut butter. "Mom always said she had to pack food made with love and a sandwich just wouldn't cut it."

Jeffrina's pleasant smile and disposition faded quickly. Like an ice cub melting on a hot summer side walk. "He doesn't need friends any more, he has me. I'm sorry you'll no longer fit into his life Craig. But I will make him grow up, no more of this going out to party s**t. He'll be focusing on a real career soon enough." Jeff smiled. "Getting rid of his stupid hair style was just the start." Patting Craig roughly on the back he turned and left to go home and wait for Mathew to come home.

"Why are you trying so hard to piss them off?" Carey aaught the boy's hand as he was reaching for something else off of a shelf. "What's going on?"

"That's inaccurate. Bitches need to be makin' sammiches in the kitchen." Nuada nodded, "Sho nuff."

Craig shook his head, "Looks like I was wrong, Val. They were made for one another, they're both idiots." He returned his attention to Quinn.
Valerie, on the other hand, sighed. "That's sad. That man is obviously the biggest a*****e to ever walk the planet and you're going to let him change one of your best friends."
"He's not my friend." Craig reminded her. He handed Quinn back to her mother.

Seena sighed and turned down the street to his neighborhood "I would rather not risk getting caught Jayden. It could end horribly wrong. I am also way too old for you."

George stopped to look at the other man. "Because I am mad at them." He didn't bother to try and pull his hand free, he just reached for the chips with his other hand and tossed them into the cart. "They are pushing me to do what they want. They don't care what I want." He sighed and tried to walk to another aisle "I really don't want to get into the whole story here Night."

Kaylin laughed and slapped the two slices of bread together. Jelly jumped out and splattered on the counter. Grabbing a paper towel he whipped it off. "If you're gay you'll never have a women in the kitchen to make you a sandwich."

Mathew was still sitting on the bench in the park, his Ipod was blasting loudly, he couldn't hear anyone around him. Sighing he watched as a group of kids played on the swing set. How he longed to be a kid again, when he didn't have to deal with things like this.
A young girl noticed his sad expression and walked over with a smile and her hands behind her back. "Hey mister. Why you so sad?"
Mathew pulled his headphones out so he could hear her. "Just had a rough day. Thanks for asking though. That's really sweet of you."
The girl's smile brightened as she ran and grabbed his hand pulling him over to her friends at the swings. "Play with us! We need someone to push the swings!"

Jayden exhaled heavily and ran a hand through is hair, messing it up and resting his head back on the seat. "I understand." He turned to look out of the window again, "I won't bother you again."

Seena was quite as they pulled up to his house. Putting the car in park she sighed. Leaning across the she places a small kiss on Jayden's cheek. "I had a good time. Really. Thank you."

George walked on and grabbed a few more things off another shelf. "I'm sorry. But I really don't feel like getting into this right now." George sighed and tried to soften his mood. "It's just a bit overly personal to be sharing out in the middle of a store."

"But what happens when you move out?" Kaylin asked taking the first bite out of his sandwich and enjoying it's simple taste. "You'd have to get a girl to do it."

"You're welcome, Seena." Jayden smiled a weak smile and let himself out of the car, "Good night." He climbed out of the car and pulled out his keys. Closing the car door he headed up toward his front door, without looking back.

Seena watched as the boy headed for the house. The lights on her car illuminated the front door so he could see his keys and where to stick them. Once he was inside Seena backed out and began her drive home. Her heart heavy, feeling like she had broke the young boy's heart.

George loaded more stuff onto the cart in silence. This was not going how he had hoped it would go. "That should be good enough." He said with a sigh, a sudden idea in his head. Stepping up onto the little ledge under the actual cart he looked over his shoulder with a huge grin. "To the check out! Push!" He pointed dramatically like a general leading his army to war.

"That's if you get a boyfriend!" Kaylin took another bite out of his food. "Your women, or what ever only makes sandwiches if you are dating." Kaylin shrugged "It's like a rule dude. And like i don't see anyone from the club settling down, you're no different."

Jayden was home for a few minutes before he heard any activity. He took a seat on the couch and sighed, grabbing the remote to turn on the television. He saw his father enter the room out of the corner of his eye. The man walked in, then turned in the direction in which he had come and shouted, "Honey! Who left a broken condom on the couch?"
Jayden looked around like he might be near an unpleasant sight as he heard his mother approach. The woman simply slapped her face to her palm and sighed, "Please call our son by his name, dear."
Jayden rolled his eyes, "Thanks mom and dad."

"No way, Jasmine. No magic carpet rides in the store." Carey pulled the boy off of the back of the cart, "Let's be adults right now. Maybe in the parking lot."

Nuada shurgged, "I guess you just have to see how it happens."

George didn't say anything, he just hopped back onto the ledge of the cart and used his left foot to push himself and the shopping cart along. "Come on lets get to the check out line." He pushed himself along to the front of the store and to a line.

"I know how it happens." Kaylin walked over to the kitchen table and sat down. "Mom was dad's b***h." He was thrilled with it, but it was true. Kaylin's father had ruled with an iron fist and his mother had simply obeyed.
