Tao looked back at the bear Patches and frowned, which was a rare sight to see,"How often does your little friend back here get to leave? I'm sure he'd enjoy some outdoor time with you Queen.",he said looking over to Maria with a soft smile.
It took Dorthy a minute to figure out what he meant,"What I meant when I said you should take Alex instead?",she repeated, blinking. "I just thought that, I don't really know why."

"Oh, okay." Rabbit said with a sad feeling, than his ears perked up a little instead of flopping to different sides, "Well, it looks like a visitor is coming."

This might come as a surprise, but Patches usually didn't walk only due to his laziness. Once he was close enough, Maria picked him up ever so gently with her free arm.  Even then, I still lost to icecream. You

Marcie knocked softly at the rabbit's house "is anyone home?" she then asked in a sing song voice

Dorthy was about to say something but Marcie had knocked on the door, so she closed her mouth.
Tao smiled at Patches and gave him a wink. The feline may like playing tricks, but who said he was all bad? He liked to help to, just not in the most obvious ways. He then guided everyone out of the room and into the garden.

"Yes, come in Marcie." Rabbit shouted, as he stood up and went into the kitchen, She must need something.
Alex smiled when they reached the garden, she loved gardens and the flowers, she remembered how her mother said the flowers here talk, I haven't seen any talking flowers.

"Well hello there!how have you been?" she started as she opened the door, she knew it would be open but found it impolite to come in uninvited, as she was walking inside she spotted Dorthy and a slight shade of pink crossed her cheek "oh, i am sorry, i didn't know you had guests, should i come at a later time?" Marcie said on the house's general direction

"Oh! Don't let my being here bother you Marcie, please.",Dorthy said quickly, waving her hands left and right in fret.
Tao looked out the corner of his eye and smiled at Alex,"I believe they have slept long enough, don't you?",he chuckled, obviously talking about the flowers.

"Good to know, is nice seeing you around, miss Dorthy, has the rabbit taken good care of you?" Marcie said smiling while she entered the house relived she had not interrupted something.

Rabbit peeked his head out from the kitchen doorway, "No, it's not a bad time, did you need something?" he asked with a curious look.
Alex nodded her, "Yes." she replied simply.

Dorthy just looked at her lap, keeping quiet as to not interrupt the two.
Tao clapped his hands loudly,"Alright Ladies! It's time to wake up, let's so those petals~",he chimed in a very strange tone of voice.

Rabbit nodded his head and went and got the butter, he went over to Marcie, "Here you go." he said while handing it to her.

"Why, thank you, would you like some bread and butter?" Marcie said taking a a plate with bread ((wrapped in plastic for your convenience lol)) a pot of tea and 3 cups from under her hat. she looked expectantly at the two of them while she took the butter.

I'm better than icecream. Patches had completely forgot being mad at Tao as he clung to Maria. Though admittably he was attracted to the Queen, he knew he didn't have a chance with her.
Maria's eyes widened in wonder, curious as to why Tao had been telling the 'ladies' to wake up. It's not like the flowers were actually sentient beings...right? Even then, I still lost to icecream. You
