((I officially restarting the practice hall mayhem))
Xeiashi continued reading his books, as was the norm. however, his hand 'got a mind of its own' and was casting Bounce and Break (poweredup Knock) on many objects, causing them to bounce around at breakneck speeds. Strangely enough, none of them whizzed by Xeiashi's head...they DID however congregate near Panda's study.
Amongst cursing and 'WTF's, he pulled a book from the Aeromancy section soon after

Ah, darnit, the rain was getting worse. She really didn't want to get any more wet than she was, practicing her Aeromancy in such weather as this...
She came in from the outside balcony, to the second floor of the Practice Hall, and jumped off the railing to get back down.

Ah, much better; nice and warm in here, from all the magical energy heating the air (despite the Sanctuary's lack of central heating, heck, lack of central heating in ALL the Order!)
Jumping past the flying books (Demigod, Xeiashi was a bit of an absent-minded boy...), she jumped up on top of the bookcases by the window with a beat of her fan.
[Trampoline, once again]
Ah, she'd just have to dry off, so Panda wouldn't get mad at her for water stains on the wood.
Leaning back, she moved her left index finger... strangely. You could practically hear the click of one of the joints across the room. (Quite a startling sound, really, if you weren't used to it) A glowing oval appeared over her body, radiating heat and light into the rather dim room.
[Trigger--Lighter Finger: cast Light!]
Absentmindedly, she flicked her other hand. Austromancy: For Those of You Who Like to Watch the Clouds, a book on what she'd be studying after basic Aeromancy, whizzed into her outstretched hand.
She rolled over and began to read.

An ominous *Click* sounded...and all of Xeiashi's magicked objects fell immediately to the floor. They buried a young man (Bakar xp ) who was asleep at some table, but nobody really noticed that. Xeiashi's face turned a dangerous shade of red usually seen on molten metal as he dove back into his book. Meanwhile, his ever-traitorous hand began telekinetically replacing the books into their shelves whilst gluing sections of floor.

Meta rolled over, grabbed a pair of earplugs out of her pocket, and stuck them in, with a little finagling. Human earplugs were hard use with her own, feline ears, but if you jiggled them just right, they worked perfectly.
Gosh, did Xeiashi have to be so loud? All she wanted was peace...
Ah well, he had to learn too.
She summoned another book, Aeromancy for Idiots, and began to read.

Xeiashi replaced his book and took another from the same shelf, 'bounce on a trampoline without the structure!' by Anonymous Person #2. He noticed Meta in passing, but the odd protrusions from her ears discouraged any conversation.
