They're trying to lower their target age market, and since they're probably older than me it's just not working as well as it could... And just think. They made sure they announced the REAL winner, and then turned the whole thing into a game. They desperately want people to join in the events, but if you're told that no matter what side wins it's all a game then you're not going to want to play. So from their side, the events really are a form of suicide for them. XD Everyone would have hated them either way. ...but you know what they should have done? They should have let the event carry over until the next holiday so BOO could get revenge. You remember the waterballoon fight a couple of years back? Team Durem won and I believe Barton got last place, right? Well, in the next inter-city fight, didn't the Loser from the first one get first place? If they had reopened the fight at, say, Christmas, then I have no doubt BOO would have kicked SIN's a**. D: ...or am I rambling? D: But yes, the starfish really do blend in. I totally didn't notice them until you said something. XD;
Not really rambling as much as conversing >> but i shortened up the quote tower for it.
Yeah, it's what they always try to do. They think if everything is nice and fluffy they will have less problems. Which would never happen. The are older then You, most of them are 24+. Of course that's what they did, they want everyone to waste their time on their events so that they can get money, and pull this kind of crap over our eyes. Instead of giving you a skin as bad as that, It would have been better to just take it away the skin instead of rubbing it in your face.
They SHOULD have let it carry over. It was an awesome storyline that i was absolutly getting into until the ending. If they would have spent a little extra time on it, they could have made the whole thing historic. Now it's just one big burn on B.O.O. What makes it worse is how they could burn people like you who spent their free time showing their devotion to gaia by being in their event. It just totally sucks

I'm not entirely sure they knew what they were doing with this event this time...
Most of the people actually ON BOOs side are adults who are insulted by this... and I don't think Gaia planned on that. >_>; I'd like very much to think it's unintentional. XD
