Question: Could I have an NPC give my character a scroll so I could learn some jutsu, or is this essentially teaching myself?

Does Hidden Mist jutsu stop genjutsu? I read on a few sites yes, because it renders the for unable to see the user.
Last of all is it possibly to train a single eye to see through Genjutsu like Deidara?

I'm leaving in an hour to go to (insert name of place here). I'm going to be gone until late Monday night, and the preliminaries for the Chuunin exams are on Monday. What should I do? Just wait for the next exams? crying

Fireball: You need to use the lava creation jutsu
Orchid: Grass will be the taijutsu style of the grass village. When its open, only grass shinobi will learn it.
Deil: Not sure
Demon: Get a crew member to play the NPC. But remember, what they say is what goes, no telling them what specific jutsu to teach you.
Remedy: If they cant see you, they cant hit you with genjutsu. But if they see you, they can. They can still find you within the mist and hit you with a genjutsu, it would just be more difficult. And no, genjutsu resistance is specific to the chakra mouth's bloodline.

B ranked? It should be marked according to rank (Chuunin or Jounin). PM me the Jutsu and I'll give it a rank.

Is there any way one can respec an auto-ranked RPC after they have entered the roleplay? Barring jutsus and types already used within the roleplay of course.

If gaara997 gets accepted for mokuton dose that automatically make him the bloodline head even though he wasn't the first to apply for it?
Iv been for a few weeks now working on the mokuton bloodline with Zane. Such as adding a stage 2 and more jutsus to the kinda small jutsu list. I would like to have the head be reserved for me. No one before me had ever applied for it and to this date im still the only person with mokuton.

Does Mokuton really need a second stage? It's powerful enough.
Besides, that's very selfish. You didn't create the bloodline, only added to it. If he beats you, he beats you.

Only reason he would get the head is cause he was auto ranked. and that was months ago... and if just now making his rpc.
And Anon your forbidden to talk to me anymore anyways. You disagree what what ever i do or say and all you wanna do is kill my rpc.

I'm being a realist. Why do most of these bloodlines need a second stage? Byakugan is good enough, so are most of the bloodlines. I don't like it, which is why I'm asking a question here and not whining.
Why do most bloodlines have two stages, when one is enough? The second one just seems like overkill, and more than a little OP.

Auggy: Depends. What do you want to get rid of/replace/add?
Orchid: Possibly. While he did not apply for mokuton beforehand, he was selected as a Saanin over a month ago. RPwise, it would make sense for a higher up to be a Mokuton user, since a higher up probably wouldnt need to go through an RP situation to unlock the bloodline. But for the moment, I'll put it on hold.
Anon: We have two stages for most bloodlines so that A) people have something to work for, and B) if we didnt, even MORE people would beg for the Sharingan, which has 3 stages
Anon and Orchid: Play nice. Orchid, just because he criticizes you does not mean you should ignore him. Oftentimes, people like that will tell you your faults exactly how they are without sugarcoating it, and then you have the best idea on how to correct them. Anon, being blunt is good, being outright rude is not.
