yup, also they hate anyone who has animals for pets. I believe if I remember correctly they also have something against eating things even made by animals. No cheese, milk or anyhing of the sort.

I've never actually realized that there are more edits to games I love.
Skies of Arcadia, one of my favorite RPG's EVER. had its fair share:
- Gilder's win pose his bird flys on his shoulder and he says "I wish they were all that easy." originally he lights a cig and says the line.
- in my version, there is a drink called "loqua" its supposed to be some berry juice. Originally, its called "liqour" and its supposed to be liqour.

Actually I've known about editing Tom and Jerry for years...the idea ******** disgusts me. But I knew about them editing the maids voice and getting rid of any jokes that have potential racist images...

I actually didn't know of the changes they made to Ocorina of Time. (at least from what I've read). The Mirror shield had the Muslim symbol on it and then they had it changed for America. also I hear that the Fire temple music was actually supposed to sound like a Muslim chant.
But I suppose religion is still touchy in games...I still remember that incredibly shitty fighting game Kokuto Chojin where they recalled it based on the fact that a character did the Muslim Prayer.

its like, I don't know. I could've sworn that it was on my N64 version. but it could've been one of the many changes that added to later versions, like changing Ganon's blood to green.
