In all honesty, she still did not understand how straight out lying would help comfort Sonny. As things were, the chances of any of them having a normal life were totally diminished. "Y-Yeah, it's fine. I-I still have a bit to learn about sensitivity." Claira sighed with a bit of a steely tone, accepting his hand briefly before drawing away again as she stood up. "S-Sorry if I scared you S-Sonny. T-Truth be told, as long as you don't want him to hurt anyone, h-he probably can't." She added in, glancing at her friend briefly before her eyes trailed over to the books that Raiden had laid out. "I-It wouldn't hurt...To read about them." She mused, deciding to shy away from the slight amount of drama to examine her own ancestor's background.

Leyton smiled as he hugged her back, giving her a quick squeeze and then letting go. "Just think positive, it's easy!" ^^
Ian wasn't as emotional as his twin, so instead of 'getting caught up in the moment', he perused the stack of books and pulled out a heavy leather volume with a golden ribbon for a bookmark in it. It was labeled Gemini

Sonny nodded, thinking was hard though. She was grateful for Leyton's support, when she thought about it she would have expected him to push her away.
She sighed. "So studying time now?" She asked as she noticed everyone moving towards the books Raiden brought out.

 ◘ Raiden • Waters ◘ Raiden felt the Pisces presence creeping upon his mind and shivered a bit, letting his eyes fall shut for a moment. Raiden, don't let them read the books, they'll gain knowledge of their full strength and what they can really do, the ancestor whispered with fear. I know, but sometimes you have to take a risk, and if they do turn on one another, atleast I know I tried to stop this. He responded.

Ian hesitated before opening the book, settled on the floor a little ways off.
Leyton groaned, he hated studying. He glanced over at Ian and bit his lip. Did he really have to?....Nope. ^^ "Well, not for me,"he said, turning to Sonny again, "I'll learn whatever Ian's reading through here," he tapped his head. "You don't seem very enthusiastic about it."

Sonny rubbed her arm. "I don't want to find out if I can do anything else" She admitted, but curiosity made her walk over and get her book. Scorpio.
The book stayed closed in her hands and she and chewed her tongue. "Raiden...is there more to us? Do we have more powers?" She asked, worried. She already knew she could shape shift and use poison.

Sonny shrugged. "Well if we know what we're going to be up against we might be able to get through this...might." She said, trying her best to look at a brighter side.

Claira scanned through the contents of the book, quickly looking over what her own capabilities were as well as the biggest mistakes that Virgo made throughout her existence. She found herself slowly getting absorbed in the fascinating read and eagerly flipped through the text for more information. This described anything she would need to know about Virgo, including the own strengths that she possessed currently. The slight reference to said ancestor caused a faint tugging in her mind, but nothing that would force her to stop.

As Ian opened the book and started to read the first page, two voices--the Gemini ancestors--yelled, Close the book! Nothing good will come out of it! Ian winced, since double voices were worse than just one.
Leyton winced as well when he got the same message as Ian did, but instead of running away from the situation, he sat down by Ian and flipped the page.

(( Like My new username?))  Lady Moon felt no need to open the book. What would her ancestor do to harm anyone here? She certainly had no need to learn about her ancestor. Her ancestor would probably feel the same. Knowing that her ancestor doesn't even bother to talk to her.

Sonny looked over at Lady moon. "Aren't you going to read?" She asked, everyone else had their books. She shrugged and moved sat on the floor, equal distance from Claira and the twins. She happily turned the cover page and looked at the pictures. Hmmm, little missy gonna read now? Trying to study me? The scorpio asked.
"Yeah. I'mma beat you." She replied to him aloud.
Ahem, beat me? You said beat me, cutie?
"Yup. It'll be hard, but I'll win." She said, quite confidently.
He appeared again, more transparent. He leaned over her. "Excuse me, cutie, but no. No you're not going to win. Stop trying to act so confident in front of your litte..errr, friends. I'm going to make you kill every single one of them. Even that one" He said to her and pointed to Claira.
Sonny turned her head to look at him. "No." She said simply.
"Yes. I'll make you kill your teammates, I'll make you kill everyone, just to make you pay for ever trying to rebel." He said, getting impatient. He leaned closer and whispered something into her ear, which seemed to have great affect.
Her eyes were wide, but she said nothing and he was, once more, gone. She looked down at the book and glanced around at everyone, her eyes lay on someone longer than the rest, but not long enough for anyone to notice. She decided to finally start reading.
OOC: Si, it's better than my own xD
Hey, any ideas what knowledge she should gain from the book? I'm kinda out of ideas lately...too worried about getting grounded. I think I might be able to get my grades up though.
Also, sorry for writing nonsense, just really really bored...

Claira read over what she needed or wanted to know, falling on the exact page she wanted almost on instinct. It was like Virgo was trying to help her figure out what to look for. 'Just wait a bit longer...It's not time yet but action must be taken soon.' She reminded the normally silent ancestor, zoning out slightly as she did so. Virgo was starting to grow restless and slightly concerned. Scorpio was soon becoming too much of a wild card to be of any use to them now. Although this did not stop Claira's wish to keep Sonny out of harm's way, mainly as she had promised to help her. As for the others, it was becoming a rather daunting idea to follow through with the collaborated effort she had set up with Virgo a while ago. Even if it was anticipated, it was by far more terrifying than she had thought it would be in its own way. Snapping out of her negative thoughts, she focused back on the text.
((Yeah, it's a good username ^^ I don't really know what exactly we should be learning from these books, so I can't really help there.))

Just then, after it had been a while of just silence, the twins both exclaimed, "NO WAY!!!" They were now glued to the book after finding out that little piece of information. As they read on, their faces slowly got closer to the page until their heads touched, both of their eyes only inches away from the page.
