(( they know where the warehouse is ? 0.o *locks all of the doors and windows* ))
Mark kept on walking through the empty streets, it was still early for anyone in the upper city. Mark shifted hands from his shoulder acheing from staying in the same position. Mark thought back to the robery, " What if I get ambushed ? " but then Mark laughed heartily at his thought.

Maaya nodded. "What's the battle plan, Chief?" Maaya wondered if they would be able to sneak in and out problem free. If that certain mercenary was there again, then Maaya would be toast. She knew that his swords from yesterday were ruined or stuck, but does he have more?
Maaya gulped at the thought of swords. They could be torturing Gem right now! What if they try to get her to reveal the team's secrets? Their identities and how they lied to them only the day before. Her pace picked up at the thought of poor Ruby.

Korsu walked around their base, an uneasy feeling settling over him. He settled his helmet on his head once more and also hooked his sword on his sword belt again, ready to use it. He left his bow and arrows in their hiding spot, he didn't think they would come in handy if it came down to a close fight. He checked to make sure his right shoulder armor was secure and continued pacing around.

Ferran was far off into the city, scratching his head. He needed a swordsmith! A while ago he had put Reeve's halberd where he had wanted it, then immediately left, in his normal guise: the loose white cloak. He wondered around, but every time he had stopped someone for directions to a swordsmith, he was only met with confused faces. Apparently pointing to a broken sword then raising your hands in a confused fashion didn't get people to understand you. And it didn't help that he had only come across two people since leaving the base o' operations. Ferran now just prowled the street, searching for a swordsmith on his own, completely unaware of what was currently or about to happen at the warehouse.

Mark nodded to Korsu when he stepped into the building. " Food is here " he called, mainly just to Ed since he'd attack him to get the food. Mark st the bagels and doughnuts on the table, he grabbed a bagel. He threw it in the toaster, then smearing it with butter, and then eating it.

Sakura was still fidgeting a lot but the thought of saving Gem helped her. I DON'T have time for this. Focus. Gem's life could be at risk and I'm worried about failing!?
Negative thoughts were swept from her mind and she ran to catch up with Ayame and Maaya. I hope Yami will follow suit soon she thought looking back at the warehouse. Forgetting to change and grab her weapons, she slapped her head and began to run back.
Quickly changing into a different thief outfit of hers that had a medium sized light pink shirt and shorts matching the color. She grabbed her belt with the a pocket on each side and grabbed her shurikens as well. Catching up to the rest would be hard. When she did, she was almost out of breath. " Sorry I was a bit late. Forgot to change. " she said as she giggled. It was then when she noticed the sun had come up. Morning huh....almost as beautiful as the night.

Ayame was leading them down the back streets. They were almost there. She stopped behind a house that was about three houses down and looked at Maaya. "First, we're going to find where they're hiding Gem, then we'll sneak in, grab her, and be on our way." She told her in a hushed tone.
She looked at the warehouse and wondered how and if they were torturing her ex-teammate. She saw and heard Sakura as she approached, and nodded. "Its ok, now, be on guard girls, and stay focused." She told them and she crept towards the warehouse.
{Yeah, she saw them walk off w/ Gem, so she knowzz!}

Korsu went over to the food and snagged two donuts and a bagel before Edward go tot the food. Munching on the donuts, he continued to pace like before, trying to get rid of the feeling of unease. Finishing the first donut, he continued to the next one.

Maaya double checked her weapons before going toward the warehouse. These men were tough; all weapons had to be functional and easy to shift through. Maaya tiptoed. 'So this is their headquarters, huh? Darn, they're not very far from us since Ayame saw them take Gem.'
While using the nimble and sneaky technique, Maaya adjusted her beloved eye patch. Their lives were almost always on the line now; Gem's especially. Maaya pounded the fact that Gem was captured into her head; they all had to be extra careful in order to get out alive.

Mark took a plain doughnut with icing, he carried it over to Gem. " Hey look, I'm a bit sorry " Mark handed her the food, " Consider that an apology for asking to much " Mark moved the hair from his eyes, " Enjoy " Mark left the room and entered his room. He sat down on the bed and sighed, " Next time " he whispered, vowing that he'd be a part of the battle.

Edward stared at the bakery in a state of shock. "Closed? Then how am I supposed to get donuts?! Oh, Pallas Athena, why?!" In a state of non-serious trauma, he fell to his knees with his palms and face up in despair.
"Hey, Mr. Stampede. Why're you crying?"
"Huh?" Edward looked up at the speaker, only to be kicked in the face. "What was that for?!"
"The look on your face when you were kicked in said area of important keys to your senses."
"Wolfy!" Edward stood and gave his old friend from the army a hug.
"Hey! No hugs! No hugs!"
"I have to give you a hug, because I'm in a hurry to head home, and I haven't seen you in a year or two!"
"Look, just get a phone, and call me when you have time. OK? Here's my number." The man handed Edward a slip of shiny paper. Edward looked at it for a moment.
"...It's a business card."
"Don't worry about that right now! You're in a hurry, right? Get moving!" The man gave Edward a shove, and Edward, smiling, took off running. When he got home, he opened the door in a hurry.
"Bad news, guys. No bagels. And no donuts. Because I met an old friend and totally forgot about them."

Gem smiled slightly at Mark and took the donut with her right hand. "Thanks, and don't worry about it." She said and wolfed down the treat only to cringe and tense up when she found out that swallowing hurt... a lot. It took a good five minutes before she opened her eyes again and was breathing normally. "This sucks." She complained and crossed her arms behind her head. Now it was more annoying than scary. Healing took time and she hated wasting time.

They made it to the warehouse, and Ayame began to peer through the windows of the building, looking for Gem. She made sure that no one saw her, and moved quickly. The girl was persistent, she wouldn't give up. While searching for Gem, she kept an eye on her girls, making sure they were still ok. Nothing bad was going to happened to anyone under her watch.
{Isn't Reeve inside too?}

Red Wolf was only a few feet behind from their leader. Her ponytail whipped whenever she looked into and then away from a window. There was no sign of the mercenaries and their beloved Ruby. "Oh, where's Shadow? We might need those escape tactics of hers."
After just a few windows, Maaya was starting to get discouraged. What if Ruby was in a cellar; there aren't any windows there. Maaya was itching to leave, figuratively of course. "Do you see anything, Fox?"
((Who knows? No one's been posting for more than 40 min. gonk ))
