Des, I'm not going to degrade myself by attempting to speak Engrish, but what you 'seem' to be asking me is if my character, the already established leader of an anarchy focused terrorist organization would be comparable to Arsne Lupin III, master thief and gentleman criminal.
Now, normally one would assume that the answer is self explanatory. This is clearly not the case, however, and I am forced to explain this to you in a simplistic manner so as best not to further confuse you.

Inspector is just a rank, and because there is virtually no info about the ranks and hierarchy of the Rangers, I'm having a field day doing it myself. I'll summit an entry for the Outlaws Guide after.
