Alyson walked into a huge library, "I love it" she thought to herself. She ran to the shelves in the back, "No one ever takes books from the back" Alyson thought to herself as she took out dusty books one by one looking at them and looking at the summarys in the back of the books. "Oh cool!" She thought to herself as she found one book that seemed interesting, it was called 'Tales of rejected Vampires'. "Pretty corny name if you ask me" Alyson thought to herself as she started to read and walk. She soon found a table and began reading to herself. Slowley in her mind she started to remember that she really came here to find friends. "Snap out of it Aly! Your supposed to be finding friends!" As she replyed to herself, "I'm to shy when it comes to making friends as supposed to when I already have 'em". With that she got back into her book.

Niam walked into the library, looking amazedly at all the books. "Lets see Telekinesis, here it is!" He pulled down a large, leather-bound book, and began to flip through it. Then, he sat down at a desk, and looked carefuly at the complex color illustrations and diagrams. "This spell will take at least a week to learn," he thought "I had better get back to the traning hall soon!"

Ginerva followed Niam into the library, pausing now and than to tie a shoelace, roll a ball of fire, pick up the dropped spider, and some such "nonsense".

Ginerva turned. "Only a few days, actually, but the librarian is kinda picky. I wouldn't if I were you." She said to Niam, smiling a little bit. She liked it, kind of, that he thought she had been here a while....

"Oh, I'll come. I'm gonna try out that telikinisis-with-fire thingy I told you about." Ginerva said, as she checked out her fire book, thanking, and apologizing to her at the same time, the librarian, and than picking up her things, and the little spider, and following Niam out of the library, acctually kind of like a little dog.... xp .........

Rivera entered in silence, her eyes fixed upon a stack of papers, which she shuffled through, skimming the information quickly. There was an array of runes printed onto the pages, photocopied from old boots with dog eared, yellow, tattered pages. A map was on another, the edges frayed and torn, the prints and pictures dimmed. Her eyes were a shade of violet tinted gray, dark with worry, swimming with anxiety. She had been sure that this place had what it takes to give her what she needed to know.
The computers yielded to her all the information she could want, but all her sources say that the scripts she was looking for were burned, lost, thrown away or destroyed. It was all too neat, to have the last piece of information deleted off a classified filestand network a week before she entered Ria. It was just too neat... there was a conspiracy against her and Aeterranchise. There were conspiracies against almost everything though, so it wasn't such a big deal... but the fate of many oceans rested on her, she was determined to find out more.
Rivera could usually tell where everything was when she read and walked at the same time... but reading, walking and thinking about ancient incantations and ocean problems didn't quite mix. As a result, everything dropped from her hands as she crashed into a bookshelf. It would've seemed quite comical, but Rivera held no expression in her face of distress or of pain. At first, she thought someone tried to club her over the head and she had a dagger out before anyone knew it. When she saw nothing but a bookshelf and some dewey decimal numbers, she replaced the knife and began to pick up her fallen papers.

Alyson saw the girl on the floor collecting the papers and hurried over to help. "I'm so sorry about what happened" She said in a sorry form. She gathered some of the papers and handed it back. "I'm Alyson, nice to meet you." She said with a small smile. "I hope she doesnt run away from me because of my gothish image Alyson thought to herself.

Niam walked in, looking around. The library still amazed him, it was the most books he had ever seen in one place! he looked through the shelves, and found a book that looked interesting, and began to flip through it. It was amazing, the book was a book of spells that all looked amazingly hard! He decided he would have to come back here when he was a little better at magic and find that book again. Even through he knew he wouldn't be able to do any of the spells yet, it was fun to look at the illustrations and read the discriptions of each spell, each one harder then the last.

Raiya stepped in, looked around for an empty spot, then settled down in one of the corners of the library. She sighed and leaned on the table. "She asked to meet up at this place... My gosh..." Raiya mumbled and dug her face deeper into her arms, waiting for the arrival of her fellow friend.

A hand reached out and tapped Raiya on the top of her head. "Heya Rai." Rayne greeted, taking a seat across Raiya. She leaned back on the chair's hind legs and placed her hands behind the back of her head. "Why the look?"

"Libraries are meant for studying/reading!" she pouted. "Rayne-chan, I thought you were going to teach Raiya some martial arts or something! Why the library??" Raiya whispered loudly.

She leaned back a bit more, chuckling. "Martial arts? Why would you the all innocent naive Raiya want to learn the rough sport we call martial arts?" She yawned. "And the library is sorta boring but these days it's the only place where it's actually quiet...."
