Ashori frowned, growling quietly in her throat. What the hell was he talking about? Of course he needed to live! Things never became bad enough that it was worth killing yourself. Especially not in such a painful way. At least, that's what she blelieved. "You're an idiot," she said bluntly. "We're going. Now." She grabbed his arm carefully, trying not to grip it too tightly as she tried pulling him upwards. She was definitely strong enough to do so, unless maybe he resisted badly, but she didn't want to hurt him more. But a sudden thought occured to her and her hand that was holding his arm began to glow faintly. This lift drifted like a fog to the male's arm, healing the portion that she was holding. This way she could pull and not do much harm as she did.

Loki passed out from the pain but his body stood up in movement. It could be manipulated to move now but he was unconscious to everything else, vision and mental wise. He was easily dragged up and pulled, his flesh still burning but where she had his arm remained unharmed. His heart still was becoming ash steadily, his only weakness revealed and his only time, he was vulnerable. Such times were a rarity to him.

Ashori blinked, realizing after a moment he seemed to have passed out. She bit her lip, fangs revealed, and shook her head slowly as she carefully pulled his arm around her shoulders. Then she quickly made her way out of the church, finally stopping almost thirty feet from the entrance. Then she set him down in the grass, his back to a tree. Her eyes scanned along him as she checked on the damage that'd been done.
Her eyes suddenly shut tightly though, as her hands clenched by her sides and she bowed her head. She gritted her teeth as she kept herself rooted to one spot, backing up several feet from the male. Her demon side was sensing his current weakness, and was longing to come out and.. play with him a little. But she was trying to keep it inside, biting her tongue hard as she focused. Her mismatched wings, one black and leather, the right angelic, folded around her body, hiding her inside for a moment.

Loki's eyes opened slowly and his first vision was a blur of black and white wings. They were covering something, he knew not what. He sat still, his wounds all healed but the pain remained and he looked like he could kill over, but he knew that wasnt going to happen anytime soon. "Why..." he asked soflty as he placed his hand on his heart to try and heal it. "I...dont know you...an..d you don't know me either," he said catching his breath. Others trying to kill themselves would just yell at their hero, so to speak, and cuss them for saving their life but he was different.

Ashori winced slightly as she heard him speak and shortly after her winds withdrew slightly, flipping back around to tuck against her back. For a split second, one could see the black patch of hair had shifted out of the way, to reveal the right side of her face. On the pale cheek was a black marking that somewhat resembled a jagged question mark. Above it, her eye was bright red with a black slit down the center. For a split second, her expression was wide eyed insane, with obvious intent to kill.
But she slammed both eyes shut and tilted her head, the black hair falling to cover the red eye. Then she reopened both, the left blue one holding a gentle look. She tried to act as if nothing had just happened, but kept her distance since she knew it was strange. "I can't just sit by and watch as someone tries to kill themself," she said quietly, her voice holding a strangely light and musical tone. "I trust you have a good reason for attempting?"

Loki sat up properly and now his eyes openned to a crimson red color. "I am tormented by my loss, I didnt make it in time to save my girlfriend and she was killed for all I know," he said trying to fix his hair back, "I am alone and my master would want me back if I had no one else here," he finished and sighed. Standing up as if nothing had happened and his pain ceased altoghether, he took a good look at his hero, "and you are?" he asked with his regular soft and gentle voice.

Ashori stared at him for a moment, her wings tucking more firmly against her back as she scooted a bit closer to him and then settled down on her knees. She absently smoothed her dress with pale, clawed hands as her expression hardened slightly. "No one person is worth killing yourself over," she hissed suddenly, her calmness momentarily discarded. But then she took a deep breath to regain herself and looked back at him. "I am Ashori.. I'm afraid I do not know my last name. And you are?" Her light tone was back, accompanied by a soft smile as she extended her hand in greeting. "And are you alright now?"

Loki sat back down and shook her hand gently. "I think that if you care for them enough then maybe it is, I don't know, I've lived a very long time and being trapped in this nineteen year old body hasnt been to bad. I guess I wanted freedom more than anything,' he said almost laughing, "freedom through death and a slave through life." He released her shake and said, "I'm Loki yushimata," he flipped his hair and his fangs finaly became visible. "A pleasure to meet you I guess," he said kind of akwardly. "Why do you get worked up on suicides, I have seen dozens and never acted in such a way," confusingly he asked.

Ashori frowned slightly, but kept herself silent. She had certainly cared quite a bit about someone... but she didn't wish to think about that right now, so she shoved the thoughts out of her mind. She tilted her head slightly at the mention of being a slave and bit her lower lip with a fang for a moment, at the same time noting he had some as well. "It's nice to meet you," she said quietly with a small bow her head. Then she blinked, and looked to be thinking to herself for a moment. "No one should ever purposely end their own life. If they try, they can get over whatever happened and learn to move on. I know this from experience." Her smile saddened slightly as she glanced at the ground.

Loki looked into the girls eyes, "how long havve you been living?" he asked curiously as he remembered his first breath comming into the world were romans were ruled under Ceasar. He had been living a long time, shadowing through the ages and still remainning in his youth, thus his curse. "I'm alright now I guess, but one thing I have learned, life is not worth living forever if loneliness is all that follows," he said not meanning to laugh but slightly halfsighing and laughing.

Ashori stared back, shifting a little uneasily. "Living...?" she repeated quietly, and then shrugged her shoulders slightly. "I have no idea. Honestly, my memory was erased. I don't remember further back than... one year." She blinked and averted her gaze at his last words, giving an awkward laugh of her own. "Y-yeah..." Loneliness seemed to be another thing she just couldn't seem to escape. Everytime she met some one, they abandonded her later. She folded her arms across her stomach, which was strangely thin, and stared thoughtfully at the grass.

Loki looked to the sky, "I'm sorry, I dont mean to sound cold or just factful if I do, you wanna do something?" he asked looking from the sky to Ashori again. He had nothing to do and knew this girls feelings well, they were very similar to his own. "I'm sorry you cant remember your past but I wish that were the case for me," he sat on his knees as he finished. "Here, for saving me," he said as he extended a hand and fires formed a ball in his hand. It took the shape of a stem then sprouted into a rose. It came to life and he placed it to her hands.

Ashori glanced back to him, blinking as he apologized and frowning slightly when he mentioned wishing he had forgotten as well. She slowly shook her head. "No... you shouldn't wish for that," she said softly. Everyday she had to deal with the fact she knew practically nothing about herself, nor how to return home to her parents. She wasn't even sure if she could. She'd seen them only in dreams, so there was a chance they weren't even alive. She sighed quietly as she looked back at him, eyes widening for a moment as he created, then offered the rose. She accepted it slowly and stared, turning it around in her hand a few times. "...thank you," she breathed. How had he done that?

Loki watched her expression as she replied to him, "you're very welcome. I supposed you're right, without my memories, I would be vulnerable, if you want advice, sometimes it's better not to know your past and just prepare for the future," he finished. He laid his head against the tree lightly and closed his eyes, "I hope you find what you seek then," he said raising his head up and openning his eyes once more.

Ashori gave a small nod and then pushed herself up to her feet, dress swilring around her before settling again. Now her tail was more obvious, snaking its way around her waist and curling there, the triangular tip flicking slightly side to side. Her wings were almost as tall as she was, both currently tucked against her back, and she was extremely pale and thin. But she smiled gently and then repeated something he'd said a moment before. "Do you want to do something?" She was curious if he actually had anything in mind, or was just saying it. She wanted to ask what had happened as well, that'd made him try killing himself, but couldn't bring herself to do so.
