"Joy?.. Uh... I don't know.." Oliver said as he looked around in the room once again, trying to recap what he said to her. For some strange reason, he feels like it was his fault that she left the room. Was it what he said to her? Saying that he'll never be like Joy, even if he is partially a sinner. He felt really bad, he should apologize to her when he see's her the next time. He knows that she has been having it all rough lately, he's sure that Sakura will probably make her smile.
Right now he could feel Makie resting on his chest, she looked happy though she was studdering alot. More than usual, this made Oliver a little suspicious. But whatever.
"No, you're not heavy. Its okay, I kind of wanted to get away from the playground, you never know if my fanclub will show up since its named after me.. Why did the school name the play ground after me? I did nothing special" he said, though, he was kind of speaking to himself than to Makie.
Swiftly, Makie slid off his lap as she started to apologize yet again. Oliver sighed as he smiled at her, a sweet smile.
"There's nothing wrong, we all have our bumps and falls in our lives, nothing to be embarresed about" he said.
((Blah... I can't think.. this post is bad... ))

"B-B-But..." Makie paused for a moment. "... I fell on you... And... And..." She didn't know what to say she was lost for words. She was unsure of what to say... He seemed to be a bit more livelier when Joy was around, maybe he wanted to go play with her. She felt slightly guilty, but tried not to show it.
"I-I... I think they named th-the playground a-after y-you because... B-Because you're nice, funny, and outgoing, a-and you're not afraid of th-the world. You a-always smile, you're talented and I think you're a v-very strong person... B-Both physically and emotionally. I-I guess I envy p-people like you... And I also think that somehow, inside, you're very sure of yourself and you're not just a child like people say... I th-think you can b-be very grown u-up at times... I-I guess th-they wanted to share all those good traits with the world." Makie got a bit lost when she was naming off the list and forgot where she was. It only took her afew moments that Oliver was standing right there listening to her. "Ahhh... I m-mean, uhhh... E-Every one kn-knows you and..."
She hung her head in defeat. Her semi-long brown hair covered her blushing face. Well that was kind of stupid of Makie, telling half of her feelings and thoughts about the person she liked who was in fact right in front of her. The brunette felt a little embarrassed of what she just did, and felt even more stupid then before. Her light pink lotus fell from her bed head onto the pure white tiles. Makie looked up slowly.
"Ummmm... I-I s-said that b-because... I-It was o-on my mind and... Y-Yeah... J-Just on my m-mind." Her tone of voice had a hint of lying in it, and her fake 'I'm covering something up' smile was placed on her face. "Y-Yup! I-It i-isn't an-anything o-out of the ordinary. I-It's not a-anything special." Her face and tone gave it away that she was lying, so once again she felt defeated and re-phrased her explination. "Y-Your m-my best friend a-and... Th-That's h-how I s-see you... I-If I s-sound like a-a fangirl, I-I'm s-sorry..." This time her face softened, and her once fake smile was replaced with a soft shy smile that you normally see.
"S-Sorry i-if I confused y-you and...Sorry..." Makie trailed off, biting her lower lip. "... For apologizing s-so m-much..." She felt, once again, unsure of what to say... It was like she wanted to say something, but just couldn't.* 'Come on Makie!! Say something! Anything!' She thought to herself, attempting to remember anything to start a conversation.
"Ahhh... So, h-have y-you heard o-of the p-potluck?" Makie asked weakly, returning to a nervous stance like usual. "A-Are y-you going...?" She tried desperatly to start a conversation, she had something on her mind. She laughed softly inside as she thought of something. Then, on the outside, she smiled a little brighter when she brought up something she found funny.
"I-I'm trying t-to g-get Misty t-to m-make something... B-But sh-she always refuses a-and says sh-she can't c-cook." She laughed silently. "Sh-She s-said she once b-burnt th-the f-food she made. Sh-She s-said that h-her parents al-almost th-thought th-there was a f-fire a-and they tried to r-rescue her. M-Misty n-never tried cooking after..."
"I-I... I kind of... L-Laughed wh-when she told m-me..." Makie said silently, a little afraid to admit she found it funny. It was her friend, so it wasn't nice to laugh... Misty did laugh though when she re-told the story to Makie, but it still wasn't nice to laugh.
( * No that was not a hint, I'm referring to her feelings. In other words, I think this was pretty bad... Oh and Sakura-chan, if Makie isn't doing anything, like just lying there, you could have Oliver thinking about something, or what not. And you could always make a paragraph or two of kinda rethinking things and thinking about what to say. Just a little tip, I think you could probably get Oliver's posts to your normal length! 6 paragraphs+ !! )

Oliver stared at her when she said all that about why the school would name a playground for him. He smiles, talented, strong person, sure of himself, grown up. For some reason, his reaction was a smile filled with tight sorrow. He didn't believe in what Makie said, everyone in Ria is taking him wrongly, he has commited sorrowful acts and will never go away.
He stood up and strecthed his arms about, he really needed it since he's been sitting on a chair for about three hours or so, then his crystal blue eyes looked down at Makie. They were filled with ice and snow, almost like they were crying. But his smile was still on his face.
"You're wrong Makie, i'm never ammount to anything. When i was young, I killed my parents, just in a more disturbing way than how you killed your's. I-I soon fell and let the snow bury me, i thought it was all over for me.. but-but I-I was rescued by Sakura Ai and her mother, they took me as one of their own. They let a sinner live in their house. I-I feel like i don't deserve anything!" He said as he placed his hands on his face in a sorrowful and angered way. Soon a few tear drops fell down his eyes.
"What makes me feel sick is that I never protected Sakura Ai, my sister, when I was needed the most. She was attacked and I wasn't there.. I'm sick! I'm not strong. I'm just s stupid boy who plays with a Yo-Yo." he said as he wiped away his last of his tears, he felt embaressed, crying in front of Makie.
".. I can't even prove myself to be worthy of a man" he said, barely a whisper. He took in a few moments, to let everything sink through.
Butch is right.. i'll never become a man
Thats when Makie asked him if he was to go to the potluck, he smiled as he lent down his hand towards her, so he could at least help her up.
"Oui, I'm going. I'm thinking about making Chocolate mooses, their my specialty. Oh! and Sakura Ai will be there, so will Feena, I bet she'll be happy to see you" he said respectfully.

Makie was caught off guard as Oliver began to talk. She felt she had done something worng. Her lips slightly open in shock of him suddenly speaking, and her chocolate eyes were almost filled with shock, but also in a sorrowful way. She could only stand there, her small hands by her side trembling slightly as her small legs held up her body.
Her chocolate eyes scanned Oliver's sad expression. She could almost see his deep blue eyes filling up with tears. He was crying. This was the second time she'd seen him cry. The first time was at the slumper party and now he was crying. She listened deeply to his words.
"They let a sinner live in their house. I-I feel like i don't deserve anything!"
Makie was about to yell out and oppose this statement, but she couldn't. He held his face in his hands and he was crying. makie wanted to reach out and stop him, but she couldn't. She couldn't move, she felt as though she had to listen, and listen to his words. Just listen. The girl felt a small hate for herself right now, unable to speak, unale to move. Heck, she made her friend sad! Her best friend sad! She, Makie Sasaki, made her crush sad.
Once again, some one was crying because of what Makie said. Yuki cried because of something Makie said in the past and several people cried in the schools she went to. They were either angry or upset at her, and it wasn't just because she was weak. It was because she either spoke up for herself, or said something she shouldn't have. But now, Makie made Oliver cry.
Soon Makie's soft eyes filled up with tears. She didn't want to listen, because it was sad. But she could relate to him, but he was crying! SHe was so confused, what could she do? She felt thoughts rushing through her head until Oliver finally concluded his story with a statement that made tears come harder, and she wasn't even tehre when it happenned. Suddenly, a few moments after he finished his story, she bounced off one foot and jumped into a hug. Makie cried hard into his chest.
"No, Oliver!! Don't say that! I-I... Even though y-you killed you're p-parents, I-I'm s-sure there was a reason! I'm sure it was something y-you had no control over! And, I too, am a sinner for killing my parents, but you shouldn't think of yourself that way! You deserve the world, Oliver! The world! Don't say things like that, this isn't you!" The last few statements she whispered harshly, looking up. Tears were still flowing from her hazel eyes.
"I've... I've never protected myself, I'm weak. Misty was the one always saving me! But you know what, we're friends! She doesn't mind if I'm always getting myself in trouble, so I'm... I'm p-positive that Sakura forgives you! I know it!" Makie's tgrip tightened as she continued to stare up into his ocean blue eyes. "So, we might b-be weak, but w-we'll get stronger! We'll continue to get stronger the more we grow! So please... Please don't say such things. You are not a stupid boy who plays with his yo-yo!! You are Oliver!! You are you and nothing can change that!"
"So what if some people think you aren't a man!? I care for you Oliver, I care for you! You are a man to me! You are everything in the world to me! You make me smile and laugh!!" Makie whispered to him, crying the whole way. "You are Oliver Wonderland! You have two wonderful sisters and a great brother! Just because you did things wrong in the past, it doesn't mean you cannot strive for a better future! So please Oliver, just... Be yourself! Cry when you're sad, smile and laugh when you're happy and when you have something on your mind let it out! Because when you keep everything in, the person it's hardest on is yourself!"
"So don't say such terrible things you have just said because that isn't you! I don't care if you're a demon, I don't care if you've killed the whole world, I just want you... To be you! If God forbid that, don't care! Be free, be yourself!" She paused slightly, looking up at him. "If you want to prove yourself to be a worthy man, then be yourself! Say your sins, be aware of what you have done and then finally... Be yourself and do what you think is right for you!"
Makie finally finished, tears still coming and her grip was tight. For the past moments, she didn't care how close she was to Oliver, she just wanted him to be himself and to be happy. She continued to just look up at him, into his deep blue eyes, trying to see his reaction. Her cheeks were wet from crying, and a few small clumps of hair stuck to her rosy cheeks because of the moistness from her tears. Her dark fushia tank top was also stained wet in tears.
It was then she finally noticed what she has done, but she did not break the embrace. "S-Sorry, if I make you upset, sorry... But, please... Don't be any one else besides yourself... Even if it's something bad, do the things you think you should do and act like you think you should act. To be a man is to be yourself." She paused, blushing slightly. "B-Besides, I l-l-like who you are, e-even i-if you are nothing in your eyes... Y-You are everything t-to m-me." She smiled softly burrying her face in Oliver's chest.

Cynthia removes the bandage from her arm. "Thanks doctor but I dont need it." She places her hand over the cut and a soft glow emerges from her hand. Seconds later the cutt is gone, however she is unable to replace the blood she lost and is still somewhat lightheaded. Cynthia falls into a chair and feels herself passing out.

Kira softly groaned. She opened her eyes and found Nemia laying by her sleeping. There was also another girl in the room. She groaned softly, which instantly woke Nemia. "Kira... You're awake!" Nemia gently licked Kira's cheek in excitement. Kira chuckled softly. "I assume the girl gave me the blood." Nemia nodded. Kira rose and stood slowly. SHe stumbled slightly but remained stnding. She then moved to the girl and placed her hands on the girl's arms. She began to glow silver. It soon covered the girl, replenishing what had been lost. Kira gave a sigh and leaned against the wall for support. "There. She should be alright.."

Cynthia looked at Kira and smiled at her. She wondered if this girl would be ok with her secret, but remembering what happened at her last school when people found out prevented her from saying anything. "Im glad I was able to help you, and thanks for helping me in return. Im new here and am trying to find a place to stay or something. I need a dorm but I need to talk to the people in charge first."

"I don't want to be a mother of a piece of s**t!" cried the mother of Oliver as she glared at his father. She slammed her fists the ground, making a few cracks in the process as well as hurting her hands, but she doesn't care.
Oliver stood by the door, his cold pale hands clutching the hedges of the door as his large crystal blue eyes examined the sight. He couldn't feel anything moving in his body, he suddenly felt numb. No tears, no feelings, no sorrow or anger. He felt like nothing. He felt like he didn't belong anywhere.
"I can't believe that THING came out of my body!" she yelled once again and got up and ran out the door. She didn't even cared if Oliver was listening. Oliver stood there as his father stared at him, like it was Oliver's fault.
A few days later. Oliver killed his parents in mistake, but Oliver thinks there is something inside him that makes him do evil stuff. But as long as he is in Sakura's care, nothing will happen. Or will something happen? He doesn't know.
He let his thoughts seep in, deep ones, some were nightmares of his past and some were precious memories he wanted to hold onto. As that process went through his mind, Makie came crashing into his chest, she was crying, maybe she was touched by his past or something? This brought him back to reality, though, he was shocked that Makie would do this and what she was saying. He never really heard Makie say whats on her mind besides when she told him her past.
"Makie.. " he said softly as he placed one of his pale hands on the back of her head, her silky hair was already wet from her sudden high fever. Though, it wasn't the best idea for her to cry right now, but what was he to do? She continued to pour words out of her mouth, though they were more than just words, they ment alot to him. Makie is his best friend
"Just Be yourself.. Oliver.. Yourself" said a soft loving voice of Sakura Ai as she smiled at Oliver, the sun glowing down at her face and hair, making it look like she was a saint. It was a sunny day at Ria, and Oliver and Sakura were out on a walk in the woods.
"You should believe in yourself, even if something you want can't be attainable. You should just take in what you have than what you don't have" she said, amost sounding like a riddle.
Makie was right, what she was trying to say was for him to be himself and let the past behind him, and things would get better. Though, he already has a fanclub. But what do they know? All they know is his birthday, family, gender, name, and all that documental stuff. Makie was a person he could go to and tell her what is on his mind and she won't think he is wierd.
"Thank you, Makie! You're totally right!" he said with a large smile with a meaning, as he tightly hugged Makie like she was his sister. Though, he couldn't help the thought that he was kind of... tall. He grew a few inches, last time he was Makie's hieght, not he is a little bit tall.

( Awwwe! That bit is from Momiji's past... I'm so sensitive, I cried when his story was told... crying sweatdrop )
Makie continued to look up until a the large normal grin appeared on his face. He was himself again. She smiled sincerely, just looking up. The brunette felt a little small, but then again, she never really grew up anyways. She listened to his happy, child-like voice. She felt she finally did something right for a change, that was until Oliver hugged her. Makie blushed as her hands slowly released their grip on shirt. But then, she returned the hug, still blushing.
"Y-Y-Your welcome..." Makie said slowly and shyly. She was glad she made him smile, because now she got a nice hug from him! No, Makie was just glad she cheered him up, it made her feel happy to hear his voice. Whenever she heard it, she would always blush, and would studder when she talked. But inside, she was happy and wouldn't care if Makie died the next day.
Her arms, was obviously under Oliver's, since he was taller, and they held on loosly around his body. He still had a small frame, but he was taller. He was growing, and was becoming a man, Makie still had the appearance of a middle schooler. But if Oliver got taller, maybe she would! Then maybe she wouldn't be so easily manipulated by her size. But then again, she'd never be as tall as Misty, Sakura or Feena.
"Ahh..." The soft sigh of embarrasment escaped her lips. Her face was as red as a cherry, but yet she didn't want to let go. 'Too close... Too close... Eep!' Makie thought to herself, loosening her grip even more. She didn't want to break away from the hug because it felt so warm and cozy. Like when you're tucked in tightly for bed and then kissed goodnight.
Although, in a few more moments, she couldn't take it, Makie had to let go. She took a deep breath and let her arms fall lifelessly at her side. She smiled softly, placing one hand over her other elbow that was covered with a dark fushia velvet arm cover. She looked down at the snow white floor blushing. A soft, shy smile was placed on her face.
"You've... G-Grown..." She said softly, still blushing. "I-I'm so... So small c-c-compared to you n-now..." A faint laugh escaped her glossy lips. She then remembered Oliver saying something a few moments ago... No, a while ago, saying something about the potluck...
"I'm thinking about making Chocolate mooses, their my specialty. Oh! and Sakura Ai will be there, so will Feena, I bet she'll be happy to see you."
"A-A-About the p-potluck... W-Will Sakura be th-there... Y-You mentioned sh-she l-left... I h-hope she c-comes back... I-I miss her...." Then she looked up, a hint of redness in her cheeks, smiling a little brighter. "I-I-I th-think I might t-try m-my mom's a-and gr-grandma's f-famous ice cream cake!"
Makie smiled a little more dimly at the thought of her grandmother and her mother. Both of her parents dead by her hands, her grandmother dying leaving her and grandpa alone. Her grandfather eventually sent her away to Ria High school. Makie wondered how he was doing...
He sent her a gift for Christmas... It was one of grandma's bracelets. It was a simple bracelet, silver and wavy. That was it though, just a plain wavy, silver bracelet that went around Makie's small wrist. It was covered up by the velvet arm cover though... It was then she reminded herself that Oliver was standing in front of her. The more she thought about the pot luck, she eventually realized she'd be competing against Oliver. Her hazel eyes widened slightly before returning to normal, a hint of discouragement in them. Makie mentally slapped herself. She could never bring herself to compete against him. Never!
"Oh... Th-That means..." Makie said, her chocolate eyes looking up to meet his blue eyes. "W-We'll b-be competing a-ag-against eachother..."
( Almost forgot... Yayy!! This is the longest post with Oliver yet, and it's really long to boot! ^.^ )

To tell the truth, Oliver doesn't like getting tall, he wants to stay small, almost like Sakura. Ha. He remembered when the doctor told Sakura she'll stay small and never really grow, she grew a fit and started beating the doctor up. But that was back then when Oliver took her to the hospital when she was attacked.
Oliver hasn't seen Feena lately, which is kind of good news for him, Feena always hated him but he doesn't know why. She's always mysterious, one time when Sakura was at a dojo for a while, Feena attempted to kill Sakura and her friends, but that was when Feena was mad at Sakura for bringing her back to life. She's wierd. Thats all.
It seems like Oliver was spacing out when he was holding Makie from hugging her, like she was a teddy bear or something. He then looked down at Makie and smiled, she reminded him of Sakura alot. Except Makie's hair and eyes were like chocolate and Sakura's hair and eyes are like soft lavender.
"Heh. I guess I've grown, I never really paid attention to my hieght" he said as he rubbed the back of his head when Makie pulled away from him.
"Oh! She'll be there, yup. Ooo, Icecream cake!" he said suddenly excited, he waved his arms about in the air. He loves Icecream cake, especially the middle part with the crunches. He would always pick through the icecream for the crunches, though everyone does that.
"Oh! Competing against each other? That sounds like fun, Makie! Maybe i can have some little revenge from when he beat me, remember climbing the tree?" he said as he playfully poked Makie.

Makie gasped slightly under her brreath. Was he still mad about the tree climbing race? She hoped not, it made her sad to make Oliver sad. Then the fangirls came and ruined it all. The brunette cringed inside remembering that moment. They always stalked Oliver like he was the ultimate prize to be won at an arcade, so they went around looking for him to get tokens to buy him. Okay, maybe that was a bit lame, but still, those fan girls scared Makie.
"B-B-But... But..." Makie looked down slightly on an angle. "I don't wanna compete against you... You're m-my friend." Her soft voice came, as she looked back up from Oliver's playful poke in the stomach. She jumped slightly, before pausing. She clenched her fists together then relaxed them. In a matter of moments, she reached andpoked Oliver softly in the stomach as well. Makie smiled softly.
She hadn't actually had a poke fight in such a long while, actually Makie almost never had a poke fight. Misty would sometimes play along, but after a while Misty would always tell the brunette to stop. When she was younger, Yuki was the only one she ever had a poke fight with, so it's been several years since Makie actually had a good little game with a friend.
It seemed just now, Makie had opened up a little more to Oliver. She still studdered and blushed, but she felt a little more comfortable around him. It was like she could finally come out of her shell. He knows about her past, they talk together and he still played with her despite all the studdering and blushing. He was one of Makie's best friends in the whole world. A sigh of content escaped her lips, before she remembered where she was.
"I-I-I guess, w-we'll have t-to see wh-who h-has the b-better dessert th-then..." Makie said, crossing one foot behind the other in shyness. "M-May th-the best d-dessert m-maker w-win."
It was decided then, Makie would try her best to win and Oliver would also try his best to win. So in the end, it'll all be a fun memory. She looked forward to the potluck for a few reasons. 1. Finally meeting up with Sakura and Feena and 2. Having a friendly competition with her best friend. Ria High school was certainly filled with a lot of events, the potluck, the Boo Bash, the Star Tests and the Summer Festival.
That was a lot of events for Makie as she never participated in any festivals or field trips. Back when she was in Elementary school and the beginning of middle school, the dances were mandatory and free, so she went. But when Makie had to pay to go to the dances, she never went, she'd spend all of her time practicing gymnastics or working at the family shrine.

His eyes move from the sky to Evil. He looks at him with a calm, sober expression. He is getting slightly annoyed by Evil's persistance. "I choose neither. I have not yet fought since I arrived here, and I intend to keep it that way for as long as possible." He sits up and leans against the tree, facing Evil. "Do as you wish though. Stay out of my way and I'll leave you alone too." He closes his eyes again and puts his hand into his pocket. He whistles along with the tune of the music in his head, ignoring Evil and Pallas.

"If you aren't with me or against me, I have no reason to fight you," Evil says. He picks up Pallas by the collar, "This fool, however, has become quite the nuisance."
Pallas is now too scared to cringe, lightning still strikes the ground randomly.
Evil tosses Pallas up and kicks him in the stomach, knocking his backward. Evil then flys behind Pallas and kicks him to the ground.

He stares at Evil assaulting Pallas. His eyes do not change in tone. He stares at the one-sided fight as if it were an animal walking through the forest looking for food. He shrugs and yawns out loud before he lays down on the ground again, tired as usual. He speaks to Evil before he closes his eyes to rest. "Well, if that's what you want to do, go ahead. It's not my problem." With that, he closes his eyes and relaxes. He listens to everything but the beating. He can hear the wind, the leaves, and the birds.
