Chi heard a knock on the door. She stood up from her bed and opened it. She saw it was Kyuusei. "Ohh, what's the matter?" she said, still wiping away the tears. "Uhm, come in." she said, and opened the door wide.

"Um, sure ok." Mai gave a small wave as her new friends left for the dorms, wondering if Chi was ok. She'd looked upset about something, but left too hastly for Mai to be sure. Maybe she could ask later? For now, Mai dug the paper Ishio had given her out and retrieved her phone from her bag to send a text.

Going out's off for now, everyone's gone back to the dorms.

With that sent, Mai stood up from the bench and made her way to the dorms too. Reaching her room, she found her key out and unlocked the door, before walking through. Leaving the door ajar, she slung her bag over the sofa and called out a 'Hi?' to see if Lynsie was back.

Ishio smiled as Lani placed her head aginast his shoulder. He glanced down and closed his eyes for a moment, hearing the laughs of other's in the background. He opened them a bit later, smiling. He watched the movie until it ended some time later. Once Lani stood up, he did, and kissed her on the lips for a moment while smiling. He then grabbed her hand and walked side-by-side with her out of the theatre. He decided not to bring her to the dorms just yet, but to take her sightseeing. Although it was dark out, Ishio knew they'd be safe. His childhood would aid him in a fight and his ability would be enhanced with his urge to protect Lani. After a bit, led her to the river that ran through the city. He sat down on the riverbank and looked up, gesturing for Lani to sit next to him.

(Matt just sent a blood-curdling yell throughout nearly the entire school and is now acting insanely afraid and saying weird things...WOULD SOMEONE NOTICE HIM ALREADY scream ))

Balthezar finished her dinner just as someone yelled out like she used to. She got up and wondered the dorms, seeing if she could find the source. After a moment, she found it to be a boy curled up on his bed and talking to himself. Balthezar giggled like a school girl at the sight before she went in and sat near the boy. She leaned down and whispered in the boy's ear "Those were fun times, weren't they? If only you would've taken your meds, this whole thing would be less visible and slightly better. I've still got almost twice as much as needed in my luggage if you're finally ready to calm down." With that, she got up and left. At the doorway she turned around and said "My name is Balthezar. I'm on Floor 2, Room 10. Come see me if you're ready to let those voices go." before finally leaving for her room.

Matt looked at Balthezar when he walked out. "No voices...It's just frightening..." He finally calmed down and closed his door. "Where's the sun...I want the sun, I want Lindsay..." He sat there curled up on his bed with a sad look on his face. He walked towards the light and hesitated for a second but turned it off. He went back to his bed and tried to fall asleep.

As the movie ended, she stirred and clapped groggily. It was apparent that she fell asleep once more from all that has happened to her today. When she stood, Ishio rose as well. But he gave her a quick yet extremely passionate kiss when she was least expecting it. But she loved it nonetheless. When it was ended and her grabbed her hand, she walked beside him, still receiving strange stares from people who walked by. Since she was not a native, she knew that she would feel out of place, but not this bad. Here, she just felt like an outcast, which she was. But no, it was worse than that. She wasn't exactly being discriminated against, but the tension that came from it was all too much to bear. But as long as she was beside Ishio, she felt safe. She felt even loved. The bright and colorful lights of the intense skyscrapers, which Japan was mostly known for, gave her a great sense of awe, making her forget her troubles before she looked back over to Ishio. As they made their way to a river, she smiled gently, loving the flow of the current as it traveled past them, reminding her so much of the smooth current of the stream where her and her cousins would play in when it got too hot. She was soon broken out of that memory with the motion of Ishio's hand, signaling her to sit beside him. She nodded and complied with his request, resting herself next to him, making sure her dress didn't reveal anything she didn't want to be seen. She then looked up at the sky with a smile, glancing over at Ishio for a moment, kissing his jawline since he was so much taller than her.

Matt arose from his bed. "Gah I can't take it anymore! I need stars!" He opened up his room not bothering to lock it and looked for some kind of "Authorized personell only sign." Once he found one he picked the lock and climbed up a ladder. He ended up on the roof of the school. He smiled as he loked up to the stars above him. He felt much better now.

((what I do know is that Ishio and Lani are at a river bank deeply in love, Matt broke through an "Authorized personell door" to get to the roof of the school, and Balthezar offered meds to Matt to calm him down although Matt declined the offer.))

Kyuusei walked in and looked over her room. It was clean of course but with a style he could tell was hers. He looked back at her and saw the tears. "Whats wrong Chi?"

Ishio lowered his head a little once he felt her lips against his jawline, and allowed his own lips to make contact with hers. He wrapped an arm around her waist as they kissed. He figured she'd like being around the water, seeing as how much she loved the ocean. It wasn't as big, nor was it was beautiful, but the water's current was very soothing. Well, they were to Ishio, especially since this is where he had gone to get away from problems before. He stopped kissing her and smiled. "It's pretty odd how much luck I've had today. Just moved to the school and I found a girl I-" He stopped, knowing love was an incredibly powerful word. He looked towards the river and thought about it. He had only met her today and love wasn't a normal emotion to Ishio. Did he love her? The feelings he'd felt so far could only mean that... "I... uh.. love you." He felt his face get a little hot. He had never, not once, said this to another girl. He hadn't really ever told his own father those words. He looked down, thinking that 'love' was probably a little too much to Lani.

Lani smiled as she felt him move his head, letting his lips meet hers finally. She closed her eyes and placed her right hand upon his left cheek, stroking it gently with her thumb as she felt an arm wrap itself around her lipid waist. But once the kiss ended, she moved her hand from his face, but also noticed that he didn't remove his arm. She smiled, loving the feeling of herself in his arms. His arms felt so inviting for her, yet she knew that they would protect her from any kind of harm. As he sliced through the silence with his deeper yet very smooth voice, Lani smiled. She stayed silent so she would be able to listen to everything he spoke of. But there was one part of his monologue that threw her for a loop. When he spoke the three most dangerous, most powerful words in the entire dictionary, her eyes widened and her face heated up as well. She blinked. Once. Twice. Not knowing what to say. She knew she felt the same way about him, but her body seemed not to be following her mind at the moment, which was screaming the same three words over and over again in her head. "I-I...um..." She began as she stared into his eyes, searching for a moment before she found it. He was being truthful to her, he actually did love her. And she loved him, and she knew of it too. Even though they had only met today, she knew that it was destiny. Their paths crossed for a reason and she was sure that this was it. "I um...I love you too, Ishio..." She replied in a voice just above a whisper, for that was all her body could muster for the time being. But she stared into his eyes lovingly as she smiled, revealing to him that she was being truthful as well.

Ishio's mind was racing when she told him that she loved him as well. He was happy, more than happy, but his face was blank. It was still taking a while to process the fact that he'd actually confessed to someone. He hadn't expected such a thing to happen for many, many years. In the short time he'd known Lani, he'd actually fallen for her. He hadn't realized it at first, not knowing what his feelings from earlier were, for he had never felt them, but he was certain of what it was now. He finally smiled, revealing his happiness that he'd gained from her response and tightened his grip a bit more, so she was closer against him. He kissed her gently for a moment, then looked out over the river. He wondered what his father would think of this. Ishio was sure the old fart would probably laugh and think Ishio was joking around. That also made him grin and decided he'd introduce Lani to him sometime soon. He knew that his father wanted to see him in a couple days, so it would work perfectly. "It's gonna be harder for you to resist these lips now, huh?" he glanced down and grinned at her, chuckling a bit through his teeth.
