The only weapon I'm good at is my crossbow and I threw that to the ground along with my darts. But I still have my poison. He must be stupid to not have looked for it along with the rest of my weapons. I guess it's a good thing I built an immunity to it, Hiro thought.
If they hurt them, they'll pay, Mina thought.

This poison is absorbed through the skin. It doesn't have to be consumed in order to work. I can touch it without getting affected. This poison is my only chance to kill Annexus, Hiro thought, more to himself than Mimi.
After a bit of silence, Mina thought, When we activate our plan, I'm going to have to find a bow somewhere in the castle. That's the only weapon I'm good at. And maybe we can talk that girl into helping us. Did you notice the two swords she had at her sides? I don't think I'd want her as an enemy.

Annexus had finished his preparations and had taken Rina back into his throne room. "Rina, I have a deal to make with you. I will allow your sister to roam the castle free in her spare time under two conditions."
He waited for her shock to subside before continuing. "The first, is she is not allowed to leave the castle. She will continue her studies and be treated as though she were my personal guest, as she has been so far. The second is this. I need you to fight one of the Eternal Eyes, to the death." He narrowed his eyes. "So long as you can agree to these two terms, and continue to serve me, I will allow her to roam the castle, and you will be able to see her. I will even let you decide which Eternal Eyes you will fight, and I will make the arrangements as an arena match. Though I warn you, she has a magical enchantment on her. If she leaves the castle, she will be teleported back to where I am currently keeping her, and the deal is off. Do you accept?"

Rina was shocked my the proposal. She can roam the castle and I'll be able to see her? But... If I have to fight an Eternal Eyes to the death, I might die. But this is too good of an offer to turn down, she thought. "What if I were to lose the fight?" she asked. "Would she still be able to roam around freely?"

Annexus nodded, "Yes. But, since I don't want to lose any of my lieutenants, I have something in mind should that scenario occur."
Annexus smiled, "I've already considered every possible outcome. In fact, the one that I am currently aiming for results in at least 2 of the Eternal Eyes captured roaming free when all is done."
Annexus gave a gentle smile. "I'm not an evil man." His face grew serious. "Just a man with a grander perspective on things."
Annexus left to meet with Wade.

What? What is he planning? I thought his plan was to kill all of the Eternal Eyes. And what does he have in mind if I lost the fight? If I lost the fight, it'd only be fair that I died, since it is a fight to the death. Why should the Eternal Eyes have a chance of dying but I don't? None of this makes any sense, Rina thought.

Well. I'd say we arrived at the castle, wouldn't you? Hiro thought as the carts stopped moving. Now all we have to do is get into the character of a prisoner.
Hm... We're here... Annexus's castle... Now we wait for the right time. It's a good thing my mom taught me how to pick locks, Mina thought.

Okay let's hope this goes according to our plan. Mimi told them as the guards began to take her out of the cart. She hated the fact that they were touching her, but, she had to act like a prisoner right?

Sanguinius moved inside the castle, into the throne room to find his next order from his king. " These rebels.. they didn't seem to do anything. So why attack them without them provoking us first?" He asked himself.

Right. Try not to put up too much of a fight, Hiro thought, jokingly, as the soldiers pulled him out of the cart, rather roughly. He fell to the ground as the solders jerked him out of the cart. "OW! Hey! That hurt!" Grr... Stupid people.
The soldiers pulled Mina out of the cart a lot more gently. Yes. Let's hope it does go according to plan, she thought. Then she saw Hiro on the ground and wanted to help him, but her bonds were digging into her skin, not to mention all the soldiers around.

The guards also set Mimi to the ground gently, and the one guard rubbed his hand aganist her backside. She stomped on his foot when he walked by her, causing him to yell out in pain slightly. She gave him the evil eye as the other guards asked what was wrong. He simply muttered 'nothing...' She looked at Hiro, who was on the ground. You okay Hiro??
