((Yay! Intermediate. biggrin . WE OWN.))
Charlie had no idea how she ended up back in her room. She faintly remembered walking down the hall and shoving some weird concoction into her mouth...but that was it. Next time she'll remember not to randomly accept food from strangers.
She heaved a yawn and threw her legs onto the floor. She dragged herself to the bathroom and cleaned herself up. She wasn't really a morning person. But give her a cup of coffee and she'll be alert enough to even catch a mouse on the run.
Charlie stooped down to her bag and examined what to wear. First day of class, she had to make a nice impression. She smile, Charlie wasn't vain. But she was a girl.
But not wanting to go over the top, she stepped into a pair of black leggings, a brown cardigan, a tight long white shirt that ended mid-thigh, and fuzzy tan boots. She smiled at herself in the mirror and loosely finished her appearance, pigtails on either side. They were definitely not childish, at least not really. It enhanced her features, her red hair framed her small oval shaped face, the color made her blue-gray eyes bigger, lips seem small and pouty.
She brushed the bangs away from her face, grabbed a single pen and bounced out of her room slamming the door shut behind her.

Shock and... release. Nathan opened his eyes. For once, he rose up without his usual morning grogginess, and swung his legs off from the bed. For a moment he stayed in this position, sitting down on the side of this new bed, in this new residence, looking down a carpet that, ironically enough he could not recall being as his own. It hit him again, as he remembered that he was at... school. He sighed in the lonely room, hoping that it really would go by as a blur. He caretaker was kind, and gentle, and forgiving... and... not a faceless control figure.
He stood, and stripped down, folding and setting his worn clothes in a folded pattern next to the already set out folded clothing, from which he pulled a new set of clothing for the upcoming day. He put on a button-up, white, with a brown and olive grid pattern across it, along with a pair of jeans. He left the bed un-made as he slipped his socks, then his shoes, on. He grabbed a different, smaller bag from larger one he had brought his belongings in, and opened it up to run a mental checklist of all that was in there. Two notebooks, and three pencils. An eraser. A ruler. Was it enough?
He took the key the receptionist gave him into his pocket, and thought backwards. He was on the... third, floor... in the ninth room. He stepped back as far as the room would let him, and ran towards the door. He jumped, and watch slowly as his figure moved through the door. It was wood, so it didn't slow him down too terribly. His hands passed, his arms, his legs, when his ears passed, he could hear thousands of tiny vibrations as things touch and scraped the building, until finally he forced himself to end his phase through power, and hit the hallway floor outside. Good. It was still working. He walked his way through the floors, until finding the door that would lead him back outside, and sat down at the ground of a fountain, staring at the sky.

Ryuk yawned as he watched the news, he caught something about the weather being quite nice for the rest of the week. he wondered if they would let them go into the town. He finished his cereal and went back to the kitchen and put it in the sink, he would wash it later. He went back into the bathroom and brushed his teeth and made sure his hair was ok, when he went into the bedroom he got his glasses of the side table and put them on before going to the dresser in his room. He stooped sown and picked up his backback and threw it on the bed. He rummaged through one of the dresser drawrs where all his school stuff was and took out a couple of notebooks, a binder, some pens and pencils, and the book he was soon to read, Tale Of Two Cities by Charles Dickens. He put all of them in his backback. "Perfect." He said to himself as he took it and put it on the kitchen counter before sitting on the couch again. "I wonder if i should have a little bit of a walk." he thought out loud to himself. He decided to and grabed his key, wallet, phone and watch off the kitchen counter, slipping his wallet in his backpocket and his key and phone in his front two, he put on his watch, grabbed his backpack and slung it over his shoulder. He walked to the door, unlocked it, and stepped outside. He locked the door back up and headed down the hall, when he got to the exit and opened the door he saw a figure walking towards the cafeteria. Oh, a possible new friend. he thought and ran to catch up to the boy, "Hey, im Ryuk, i dont think we have met." He said with a smile.

((@kitengrl: Yep! Of course there'll be NPCs for students, teachers, etc.; I don't trust a bunch of kids in a classroom by themselves, RP or IRL. Besides, if I wanted everyone to die from lack of getting along, I would've thrown them all in a ring and said to fight to the death.
Which would be interesting, now that I think about it.... @v@
But yeah, I'll keep the NPC thing going. <.<))
"Morning Sam!~" Kit replied cheerfully as she stood up and stretched, her ears wiggling. Kit was a fairly good morning person, unless she's pulled an all nighter or something. "Yep, passed out and slept like a log!"
As the girl was leaving, Kit nodded. "Alrighty; see you in a bit! I still gotta finish making sure I have everything." she added, as she went back to the room and began to get stuff together. Not much, but merely her shoulder bag with a notebook in it and a few pencils. Her bag was a cacky color with little buttons and stuff sewn onto it, and she then started searching for her misplaced watch.
"Right! Now to get me some fresh blood....I hope they dont serve the purified kind here; they make it taste as tasteless as normal food when they do that." she grumbled, before grabbing her purse, taking a double check of ehr outfit, and was out the door and heading towards hte cafeteria. She wore a dark blue spagetti strap dress, a bit short on the bottom, her traditional black boots, her usual spikey and dangling jewelry, a black belt, and some bright red lipstick and black leggings.

The woman whistled a tuneless tune and sauntered down the hall swinging her arms back and forth. The Wolf yipped about happily and Sam knew this was going to be a good day; her thoughts suddenly drifted to the balled up clothes that she had left on her bed.
Since she only had two outfits and her sparing clothes Sam wondered if they had a washer and dryer here. If not she would gladly use the lake; continuing her whistling she hopped down each step and landed on the ground floor with a thump and long whistle that cut off.
Sam lifted her head and sniffed the air, she was hungry and the Wolf bouncing around in her head made the headache throb painfully. She hushed the hyper animal and followed her nose down the hall and hopefully to a source of food.
Ignoring the pain that stabbed in her head she whistled once more; a new scent tickled her nose and she picked up the faint smell of Reven and some other kid.

"Ha! Found yooooou!" Kit replied cheerfully. "Don't go disappearing on me like that; you know I need you to keep the time!" she said to it in a kind chide, as she put the watch on her wrist. Grabbing her shoulderbag and throwing her purse and a book to read into it (incase she got bored, of coruse), she went to hte mirror and decided to apply some lipstick. Using a nice non-popout color of a pretty pink, she covered whatever acne she had and gave herself one last lookover: flipflops? check. Red dress that was a tank top like top this time? Check. Short-sleeved blue jacket? Check. Stuff? As vague as that is, check.
Looking to herself in the mirror with satisfaction and a rumbling stomach, she made her way out the door (locking it behind her, and went out into hte fresh air.
"Ahhh! What a lovely day out!~" she said happily and made her way to the cafeteria for food.

((I just thought of something that would be very ironic: a Christian vampire.))
Saki checked her bag. There were two notebooks, some pens and pencils, a pack of paper, and erasers. Hm... I don't think I'm missing anything, she thought. She then put her room key in on of the pockets in her bag, slung the bag over her shoulder, and left the room, locking her door. She walked down the stairs to the first floor and left the building. I wonder what everyone else is doing, she thought.

Reven heard the boy talking to him. "Oh hey, my name is Reven." He replied turning around to face the boy, then saw a crowd of people, most of which he recognized, at least partially. First was Silvia, she wasn't too far behind, then later on was a woman he thought was Sam, and behind her a little further was...Kit? "See you around." Reven said then turned to walk over to Sam.
"Good Morning." Reven said to Sam smiling, obviously happy to see her. "How did you sleep?" He asked cheerily, still surprised that he himself had slept well, and still very glad that he ran so long and made the distance so quickly. He now had a goal to increase his running speed, or to increase sprint length/speed.

Charlie was fiddling with the ballpoint pen in her hand when she happened to spot a fat tabby cat to her left, licking himself thoroughly. He must have been someone's pet, though he was quite huge for some reason. Charlie would have dismissed it without a second thought if she hadn't noticed something sparkling on its body. She took another glance and her eyes widened, her rusty yet precious chain was wrapped around the tabby's orange body.
"Come here, kitty-kitty," Charlie cooed with a very bright smile, her voice dripping with sweetness. She tiptoed over to the cat. "Come here, you adorable, lovable, huggable-HEY!"
The cat had sensed Charlie's approach and shot down the hall. The wereling narrowed her eyes and raced after it, screaming hysterically down the door, "You get back here you dumb fur-ball! Don't make me bite you!"
The tabby, despite its size, raced down the stairs with the chain coiled tightly around it and its owner right at his heels. Charlie may be a wolf but didn't mean as a human she had insane speed. And besides, she wasn't much of a stairs person.
She hit the bottom of the stairs with a thud, stumbling on her boots. The cat darted through the open staircase door and onto the first floor. It raced, right to where Reven and Sam were approximately standing.
"Sam! Reven! Cat!" Charlie cried out her words jumbled together yet hoping that the cat would be cornered and stopped.

Ryuk turned to see three more people coming out of the dorms, Even more people. he thought and walked closer to them, "Hello everyone, my names Ryuk, nice to meet you all." He said with a smile. and waited for their responses. (Edit smile but then saw a cat run out and yet another girl, he smiled and used his power to cast a shodow and pick up the cat, he brought it to his arms and held it. He then noticed the chain, "Ah." He took the chain off the cat and said to the girl, "this must be yours." He handed it out to her with a smile.

Sam stopped her whistling and clasped her hands behind her back as Reven strode towards her; the headache eased back when she stopped the tune but composed herself. Looking weak was not good.
"Alright I guess. Didn't get a chance to spar, so my muscles are still sore from changing yesterday." The woman reached up and pulled the chain around so that it fell to the middle of her chest, all the jumping had flipped it back and the cold metal sent goosebumps down her spine. "Maybe after class today I'll devote some time to it."
Unclasping her arms she pulled the sleeves down and crossed her arms as she kept pace with Reven. "Oh, I forgot about your shirt." She hunched sheepishly and mutterd, "Sorry..."

Saki looked around and saw Reven and Sam. She walked up to them. "Good morning," Saki said as she smiled. Good morning? Yeah right! No morning is good! she thought. "Did you two sleep well?"

"Hey Charlie, Ryuk has your cat." Reven yelled out to Charlie waving, deciding to let her and Ryuk talk alone. "Oh hey Saki, good morning, if you're thirsting for blood the forest is filled with living animals, I would offer some of mine, but I still need it." Reven joked to Saki, then turned back to Sam, his eyes gleamed for a moment. "It's fine, it was my dad's shirt anyways, I hate that guy." Reven said smiling, looking at her eyes, then examining her for a moment. "How do you look so good in the mornings?" He asked and complimented at the same time.

Silvia ignored all conversation and people as she entered the cafeteria; a very spacious area with lots of tables and chairs, as well as a cafeteria-like place for food, minus the grueling cafeteria ladies. There lay out lots of food for all sorts of creatures and types: humans, vegeterians, vampire, you name it, it fit certain allergies and tastes to other creatures. ANd best of all for Silvia, no price tag.
"YESSSS! Free stuffs! That would explain why the tuition was a pain in the neck to pay..." she mumbled the last bit to herself before going over and looking through waht selection they had for her picky vampire tastes.
Kit saw pepole up ahead, and waved cheerfullly as she ran to catch up to them. A good thing about her skills, is that one of htem is running fast, so she caught up to them rather quick.
"Good morning!" she said to them cheerfully.

Ryuk petted the cat as it purred contently in his arms, he looked at all the new faces, im gonna have alot of new friends he thought, as he looked and the chain in his hand. he looked at the smallish cat girl and smiled at her. "Hello." He said, petting the cat again.
