Personally, I believe some of the most kick-arse ninja are in the Sand. I haven't seen what the Kage can do, but some of the genin and their sensei are powerful.

honestly i really wasnt bent on getting more ninja, he just had the rasengan and the only way to have it is to be Kage or be taught by a kage that knows it, and i am the only one...

well two things, one: kyle has a similar technique i haven`t used in fvrever, called the shadow ball. i know very uncreative name but basically he used his shadows to combine the sheer power of the rasengan and the piercing abilities of the chidori. it basically a a black electric version of the rasengan. two, no one called me on the shadowchain clan and i figured i wouldn`t report it since i`m a kage. but really all there is two it is the basic raiakugan. kyle is different though cause of his shadows and the experiment. his shadows actually completely altered the raiakugan because of the fact he heard how the uchiha`s sharingan could at it`s highest strength, help the user predict movements and copy techniques which his shadows adapted then they adapted the byakugans sight capabilities and without the actual ability to see through kyles opponent he memorized the average body and every inch of it, inside and out, which he adapted himself into his fighting style with the gentle fist style which he then incorporated the iron fist style with. so in a way his shadows altered his raiakugan to be a mix of the two dojutsu but mind you i didn`t completely copy cat them, just the abilities. i don`t even really know what the basic raiakugan would do or look like. when i first made it it looked exactly like what it is. now when he uses it it just turns his eyes completely black, pitch black.

i just checked all the kekkai genkai threads..i saw nothing close to kyles bloodline. and that`s mainly the raiakugan and like i said it`s been twisted around by his shadows.
