Oriana smiled and snuggled close to him, "Hmmmm..." she pondered as she kissed him and nuzzled his nose, "Well, In that case... I think we should for sure go upstairs somewhere, and see where it takes us."

Auren smiled lightly and led her upstairs where a few things were learned. Namely, Auren was very good with his hands, and Einherjar were definitely built for endurance in all things.

Curled up with her in the dying sunlight of the evening, he stroked her hair lightly while examining his scarred chest. While Einherjars bounced back from injuries in literally minutes or less, it was not a pretty repair job.
Examining her, he shook his head lightly with a grin "A flawless queen with a scarred warrior. Interesting contrast, no?"

 Oriana smiled, "A beautiful one." She looked up at Auren and kissed him softly, "You're not cold are you? I've been trying to get my color back... It's probably pretty cold laying next to me right now."

He returned the kiss lightly and shook his head. "Nope. Pretty comfortable, to be honest." He nuzzled her cheek gently and smiled lightly.
"I suppose you are hungry? That was pretty taxing I would think for you." he said while starting to get up.

"To my surprise, I'm not feeling too bad right now..." she sat up, holding the sheets to her chest, "Though i do need a shower..." She gout out of bed and scurried to the bathroom.

Auren smiled, looking at her body as she slipped into the bathroom. The one he ravished and made her squirm to ways that he liked. He chuckled lightly to himself.
"So, think we'll make a cute couple at Hali's dance?" he called out.

"We'll dazzle them!" she shouted over the sound of the falling water. She washed up quick and came out wrapped in a towel, "Showers suck... The water's always too warm, and it gets so steamy in there so i can barely breathe." she grabbed some clothes and flung them over her dressing curtain. stepping behind it she got dressed, and brushed her hair. "Do you want anything to eat... I know you're probably not too hungry, but you haven't eaten all day..."

"Nah, I'm good. Already had a bit to eat today, remember?" he said while stretching out then reaching over to get his clothing and put it on lazily. "Though, if you really want me to eat something, I will." he said, lazily like a cat.
He rolled out of the bed, cursing the fact that he left their warmth. He could feel the cold but it didn't bother him whatsoever. Finishing putting on his clothing, he checked his feathers to look for ruffled feathers.
Stretching out again he stood up. "So what's on the menu for tonight, my love?"

"I didn't really plan, so I guess whatever you'd like." She smiled while slipping her slippers on and shuffled to the door. right when she opened the door the dog came running in, and ran in circles around the room. she giggled, "Silly puppy..." then walked out the door. Downstairs in the kitchen she put some water in a pot for tea, and sat at the table with some iced tea and waited for Auren to come downstairs and pick out supper.

Auren looked out the window and spotted a... small castle? He frowned and got his act together, his armor flowing across him, embracing him in its protection. Thumping down the stairs, he entered the kitchen.
"So, love. When did that other castle get within a few miles of here?" he said while stealing a sip from her ice tea.

She stopped fiddling with her hair and stared at off into space, "what... small castle...?" she mumbled as she shifted her gaze up to him. "There's usually no life on this side of the mountains, because it's so cold. most places can't keep up with the maintenance needed thanks to my temper tantrums..."

He dragged her upstairs again and pointed it out in the distance. "See what I mean? I only noticed it just now since the weather got better. So... any idea who lives there?"

She shrugged, "No clue... Though i do remember a huge snow drift being there... It must have been buried at one point and uncovered from recent events... Want to go check it out?"

"Sure." he said and headed down the stairs. He was curious to what his new home would have around it.
Getting his cloak into place, he took a breath and prepared himself. It may be his new home but like all the Realms, it had it fair share of danger.
