no you cannot have my first born ;p but would you be extremely proud if i totally knew who kannon was? go oh s**t i cant member the name for them @_@ i totally wanna say arhats, oohh bodhisattva!! i think thats how its spelt at least. i think that japan follows mahayana form of buddhism instead of the other one that i cant think of even though i think it starts with a v. and arhats are the 'lesser' forms of people striving to become buddhas. isnt kannon also like protecting the current time until miatreya or whatever comes into being?
did anyone follow what i was saying ~_^

no you cannot have my first born. but back to kannon! in actuality kannon was originally male. but once christianity, specifically catholicism, came into japan they switched kannon's sex to female. now she's prominently depicted with a baby boy in her lap. i bet you can figure out the reference for that. who would have thought my japan: religion and culture class would have been useful ~_^
what would you do for a klondike bar?

I would never have thought you would use information from a class!
I don't eat Klondike bars because when I was little a scary old man gave me one and now all I can think about is that old man.

I was trying to come up with a name for a character, or something, so I looked in a baby name book with over 30,000 names. I found Syke and I wanted the last name Saunders. Since the first name is Syke, I want to give him an O middle name for two reasons....how it sounds Syke O. and so the initials would be S.O.S. The middle name, which I found in the name book, is Orji (pronounced like orgy).

my name comes from three books by paul kidd. there's a fairy in the series and her name is escalla. her quote is 'nobody touches the fairy!!' before she proceeds to kick some a** hehe. they're neato.
