Mull looks around as he was sat down, realizing they were back in the bathroom. Hearing Asher's words, he nods quickly, then grabs the nearest clean towel and the first aid kit. "You wouldn't happen to know how to sew, would you, Asher? The one on the shoulder is definitely going to need stitches to close it up..."

Asher smiled faintly. "I do not sew... but I can seal up the wound." There would be no stitching, and there would be no scar, if he did this. He watched Mull carefully; he did know that vampire blood can heal wounds, did he not?

Mull blinks, raising an eyebrow curiously, then sighs. "I don't think a bandage is going to do. It might work until I can get to someone that can sew, but I doubt it." He had read of that ability, but had cast it aside as mere rumor or flights of fancy, so it never dawned on him that Asher could actually heal it.

So he did not know, or at least did not believe it was possible. Fair enough. "It will do. Sit down, Mull, and I will show you." He wondered how Mull's other half would respond, if at all, to this knowledge. The pain along with the wound, would almost magically disappear. Or, since Mull had that amazing ability to heal, perhaps it really would just disappear.

Blinking in confusion at Asher's request, Mull sits down on the edge of the bathtub, wondering just what exactly the other was planning. "Eh? Show me...what, exactly...?"

Asher watched Mull sit down with one brow arched. The coon knelt down in front of him and watched the blood ooze out of the shoulder wound.
"Surely you have heard the myth that a vampire's blood can heal a mortal's wounds. It is not a myth." As he said this, he pricked his own index finger with the sharp tip of his thumb's claw. A few drops of blood traveled down the inside of the finger's claw to gather at the end as he held it up for the hybrid to see.
He continued, to clarify: "Applying this to a surface wound like the one on your shoulder will cause it to heal with little scarring. Shallower wounds would likely have no scar at all." Glancing at Mull out of the corner of his eye he asked, "Do you want me to do this?"

Mull blinks, watching the blood for a moment, then shakes his head. "My scars are a reminder of what I am. They help keep me from becoming like my other side. Thank you for the offer, though. I know it must be a rare thing to do for any vampire, so, it's not like I don't appreciate what you're trying to do. I just... prefer to live with my pain and injuries for my own reasons."

Asher studied him for a moment, motionless, before responding. He licked his finger and its corresponding claw so that it would not fall and stain the floor. "I admit that I do not understand you at all, Mull, but I thought you might say this." He pointed to the first aid kit that Mull had retrieved a moment ago. "Does this contain a roll of bandages? I can wrap your wounds but as you say, they will require medical attention."

Mull nods, watching Asher for a moment before leaning down and opening up the First Aid Kit. "Yeah, there's bandages in here. Always have to keep some in stock. Go through em too damn fast otherwise."

Asher nodded wordlessly after ignoring the long look from the hybrid. Mull's life was rarely restful, his statement was without a doubt true. "Who normally treats your wounds when they are too deep, as this one is?"

Mull blinks, then glances up at Asher again. "Usually Zel, but he's probably with his mate right now, so probably won't be up to stitching me up tonight. The hospital might see me, although the last time I was there, I had one of my... episodes... and my darker side kinda made a mess of things there, so, I don't know whether they would take me in or not."

"It will be the hospital then." The coon nodded slightly and turned away. It was probably a good idea to clean up first. Once he had finished washing this hands and forearms, he returned to the tub upon which Mull was perched. From the open first aid kit, he pulled out the bandages and some ointment then proceeded to wrap the hybrid up. He was most certainly on his best behavior tonight.
(( .... like the mummy. seriously, how do you think a vampire would treat a wound? I had never really thought about it past "why would they even know?" ))

Mull sat still as Asher proceeded to wrap his injuries up. Once done, he slowly got to his feet and washed what blood he could reach without getting the wrappings wet, then gave Asher an unreadable look before motioning towards the door. "We should probably avoid the main roads, since I highly doubt we'd get far without being questioned by the police once we reach town." He says, chuckling slightly at the thought. The police knew him, alright, having had to also subdue his darker side on numerous occasions. A few of them most likely still held grudges from the injuries they were given and might try something.

Asher lifted a brow in response to the other's glance but said nothing as he rose to his feet. He followed Mull and barely batted an eye at the other's description of his relationship with the police. How could it be surprising with regard to the hybrid of dual, dueling personalities? "We do not need to worry about being on the street. I can fly; you simply need to direct us."
(( He gets to carry Mull to the hospital? D'aww... >>; <3 ))

Mull blinks, glancing over his shoulder at Asher, then starts thinking. "If that's the travel method you think would be best, we can do that, I guess." He says, not quite sure how it would work out, truth be told.
((XD And Mull gets to be 'damsel in distress' type person? *maimed* ))
