That guy who thinks he is the hero/chosen one/son of the prince when really he is the only one with that presumption. He also thinks he has this power that if he says "What if" and then something then it happens. Like "What if the house blows up" just before the house does blow up because a crazy ninja guy has started the gas on an oven and lit a large candle a bit of a way from it so that it would do such a thing.
