Toole abandoned the ground search and took to the skies. Ailes would be easy enough to spot. Expanding his search outward along the river, and even around the edge of town to the fields. He was moving quickly, and he passed over Ailes the first time. On his next round back he caught her blond hair standing out from the grass.

He came around to land at a distance. Toole put his amulet back on, and walked right up to Ailes. His shadow covering most her body. He unrolled the contract, and signed his name before rolling it up and sliding it under her arm.

He sat down crossing his legs and watched her.

Toole figured he watched enough he took his hands and spread them apart, and bringing them together palm to palm quite hard it made a loud clap. "Ailes...time to wake up......they don't need anything from you."

(i don't see how he was towering over her, if he was wearing his amulet and sitting crosslegged at a distance from her if anything he would be same height or shorter then her at this point.)

Toole sighed; "Listen, i went ahead and transcribed the document, and chased everyone down to get the signatures you got yesterday. It's right there beside you, just as legal in my book as the one i tore up, and all it needs is your signature and delivered to Jezabelle. What i thought was wrong, and paid for it then and still paying for it now. I got to report here soon and help people remove rubble to search for survivors, but i wanted to at least go to work knowing that i've at least achived some sort of amends for ruining what you did."

Toole was talking to her feet, not wanting to give eye contact.

Toole hugged her back; "I love you too, but you should really give this to her Ailes. I ruined any chance of it having any meaning coming from me. I need to get to work though, there is still people alive trapped under rubble, and I'm missing my turn at it to not see this day end so badly. I won't be getting in till really late, and i won't want to disturb you then. I feel a bit better that you gave me forgiveness , but there is no need to finish my leg. It will serve as a reminder so i don't do something like this again."

Toole sighd feeling bad again; "I guess we need to head back then so you have what you need to finish it off, i guess i can make up my hours tomorrow, but i really need to just do something other then make stupid mistakes."

Toole laid back the rest of the way to stare at the sky while she worked. (at a loss for more)

Toole stood up and walked around a bit, and then came back to kneel down. He gave her a hug and planted two well deserved kisses on each cheek. Then a nice long head tilting kiss as his arms crept up her back and into her hair. "I must go help the others now, i will try to be home at a decent hour, but don't wait up on my account."

The house was ghostly quiet when Ailes entered. Then from around the corner came Lisa, and she stopped seeing Ailes. "Jezabelle wouldn't have happened to slip by here while you were standing here would she? I can't seem to find her anywhere, I've chcked all the rooms upstairs, and all her normal hiding spots. If she has found a new one I dumbfounded as to where."
