Smirking in amusement at the play of 'power' between the two muses and seeing Phi clearly come out the victor, Leaya said teasingly to Erys so only she could hear, "Better luck next time"
"I would like a caeser salad to start out the meal, and fish fillet marinated will in lemon juice" Leaya said finally giving her order to the waiter before she turned her attention again to Alex.
"I must apologise, with all the 'excitement' I neglected our conversation" at the word 'excitement' Leaya gave a sly look between the two muses, " You have a passion for music, I can really understand that its something that I love myself."

"Phisarious said that you play the french horn. I love how that instrument sounds." Alex said in a low whisper back to the girl. "Did you ever try to transpose the E flat saxophone music to the f scale for the horn? It's makes Jazz music sound really neat..."

Fairy Alchemist 96 I glanced out the window,letting the inspiration flow through my head.I played about the grass,the smell,the blue skies and fluffy clouds,most of all,I played about a Aston Martin DB9 I spotted parked in the car park,it was my favourite car after all.

"Merci" Phisarious smiled at the waiter, and then looked over at Erys...the biggest grin on his face. I TOLD YOU he mouthed to her. "Very well," the waiter said to the table, "I shall see that this gets in." Phisarious leaned over to Erys. "I always win."

"Phi was correct, I do play the french horn. It was one of the first instuments I learned to play and the one that I love the most" Leaya said with a quiet pride that could be heard in her voice, " I have to agree! It adds a twist of flavor to jazz, But I have to admit that the almost out of tune harmonies was something that I had to aquire a taste for"

[Okay, now that I've calmed down (kinda) and eaten, maybe I can remember most of what I wanted to post.]
"Oh, I understand... the angry chords took me a while to get used to as well... I don't play jazz often... I like ballads, myself..." Alexandra whispered to Leaya, starting to relax and come out of her shell a little bit. "I hope Phisarious doesn't mind if I don't go with you guys after dinner. I have classes in the morning..."
Her father looked over at Phisarious. "I want to talk about her contract." he said, getting down to business. "I want to make sure that my daughter gets a fair deal out of whatever money she earns from this deal."
Erys wrinkled up her nose at Phi. "Oh yeah?" she whispered back to him. "If you always win, then why was the waiter flirting with Alex?" she asked him before watching the two girls whisper to each other. "Well, it looks like out artists are getting along quite well. I can't wait to see what they make together!" she told him with a small giggle.

"He wasn't" Phisarious argued back, " He was just being nice because he's a sweet guy. Anyways, I'm sure they be truly perfect together." He said, looking at Alex.
"Oh," Phisarious started with Alex's father, "She keeps everything. I'm not in it for the money. I just want people to know the brilliance that is Alex. I think they deserve that much." He said, smiling at Alex.

Her father didn't look like he really believed Phisarious. Alex looked at the Muse and then to her father. "He's... independantly wealthy daddy, he doesn't need any more money..." she explained.
Alex just grinned at Phi. "Yeah, sure." she replied jokingly.

"Well, if you rather I take money then, I think 5% is adequate." He laughed. "After all, with all the money they'll be making together, 5% will be a lot. And the 95% that I get will be almost un-spendable." He giggled his oh so common childish giggle. "So, would you rather it be that?"
"I'll prove it to you" he wispered back to Erys, "when he comes back."

Alexandra's father /glared/ at Phisarious, and Alex suddenly felt very nervous. Was Phisarious serious?? Her father started to slide his chair back. "Alexandra, it's late. You have school in the morning. We should go."
Alex look at her father and then at Phisarious, lookign uncertain as to what she should do. "Daddy... I th-think..."
He said nothing, just looked at her with a raised eyebrow. "I am not going to let someone make a mockery of your gift."
Alex nodded and slowly got up from the table, slouching and hanging her head.

The smile never left Phisarious' face. "Actually we were going to go out after dinner. I have some things to discuss with her. But I can assure you that she will be at class tomorrow. It really was a pleasure meeting you. I'm sure the food will be out shortly, but if you would like to leave, then so be it. I am not making a mockery of her gift, I am giving her a once in a lifetime chance." he said. He then turned to Alex, "But if you decide to leave tonight, then you will not see me ever again. This I can promise."

Alex felt positively torn, and it showed her face. "Daddy... he was nice enough to pay for dinner... and he was just kidding about the money... right Phisarious...?" she said, looking at her father and then at Phisarious with a pleading look on her face.

Erys looked at Leaya and shook her head, as if to indicate that they should stay out of it.
Alex's father looked at Leaya. "I am just a father concerned about his daughter..." he reminded them as he slowly sat back down. "But Alexandra is right, it would be rude to leave now that the meals are paid for."
Alex slowly and meekly returned to her seat, staring at the cloth napkin that sat on the table before her.
