Rolling her eyes as Junichiro stood and stared at Kex, Michiko grabbed the back of his shinigami's uniform at the base of the neck, and yanked him back a bit, at least to stop him from invading the other shinigami's personal space. "Its up to vice-captains to keep an eye out for new recruits with potential, so random sparring works well," She told her squad member offhandedly, wishing he'd sober up a bit.

"Intent to kill isn't the only indicator," Michiko said, shrugging his comment off. As he took her wrist and spoke, pulling her hand free she answered, "It's alright by me as long as you clean up your act. No messing around, okay Junichiro?" Giving a look in warning, Michiko sheathed her katana taking a step back, to observe.

''Awwww, Michiko chan dont be so harsh with your words.'' Junichiro for a second looked back and winked with a strange grin on his face, a mix of joy, and slightly murderous. As he then turned to face Kex with his hand still out awaiting a reply to his gesture, he said rather happily,''Well for the time being im going to be your sparring partner''.

Envy walked into the training grounds for the first time since she achieved her shikai long ago. She wanted to help someone so she looked around and saw a large person standing and waiting for something. She smiled and skipped over to him and looked up at him. "Hiya there. Do you need any help of some kind?" She asked the man.

Nodding to Envy as she showed up as well, Michiko turned to the new recruit, "Well I can help you train your zanpaktou, unless Envy-fukutaichou here would like to?" She smiled, glancing momentarily back towards the two she left alone.

Benvolio looked at Envy "My name is Benvolio. Currently, I am alone. I have no squad...no friends...just myself." He hated admitting that, but the sad truth was that Benvolio was alone. He didn't have anyone around to help him when he was alive, so nothing unusual for him.

Surprised by the hug, Benvolio smiled slightly. When she told the instruction, all he gave was a simple nod to show he understood. "I will try ma'am." He placed both hands in front of him and closed his eyes. All trailing thoughts were ignored and all he was thinking was the image of a orb of reiatsu. Seconds later, reiatsu began to spur out of his palm, then it began taking the orb form. His eyelids tightened as he began to focus even harder to make it the size she requested. Finally, he opened his eyes to a basketball sized reiatsu orb. The red and green colors swirled furiously around inside it.

Kex just stared at the two argueing shinigami and couldnt help but question what he had gotten himself into. As he saw the hand come in for a handshake he strared directly at the shinigami's eyes however it was masked due to the hat and kept his hand at his side with the other resting sluggishly on his hilt. He raised his hand to adjust his hat then finally spoke.

"In my eyes you havent earned a hand shake. I am Kizen Kexsu, you may call me kex. As for muderous intent you have yet to see me on the battle field so lets keep the half minded remarks to yourself. If murderous intent is what you desire then let the match begin..." He softly said as he took off his hat and tossed onto the rock he was sitting on.

Slowly he drew his long, sleek zanpakuto from his sheathe in a reverse fasion but corrected it by twirling the hilt on his fingers to where he held it standarly with his thumb touching the guard. Slowly he opend his eyes however these were no ordinary eyes. They were a jewl like shade of blue and were always moving, shifting, examining.
