Lynn put her left hand to her head, pointer and ring finger on her forehead, thumb on her lower cheek, shaking her head. She sighed and stood, repeating her earlier question, "What time is it?"

"Five of the clock!" Sally chimed, looking at Lynn. She was still hugging Kyfen, and was prepared to kiss Kyfen's cheek again if she didn't get a reaction from Matt.

"What an interesting way of saying it, Sally" Lynn said, a small smile showing on her lips, "the festival starts at nine... Matt, do you have any decent food, or do I need to go home to eat?"

Matt nodded, "I should have some of that...Go ahead and check.." He was getting jelous of Kyfen, Sally seemed to be having more fun with the kid. He put his glum expression back on and sat down on the couch. Folding his arms distastefuly.

Sally giggled, going over to Matt. "Aw, jealous?" she asked, smiling. "C'mon, he's over 9000 years younger than me." she sat down beside Matt.

"Of course I am!" He glared at Sally, "So, I'm 4000 years younger then you...Does that mean you'll never go out with me or like me either! Waite, I look older then you though!"

"Four thousand is significantly less than nine thousand kid." she smiled. "And you still have to court me before you can date me!" she chimed. She still had some oldfashioned ideas from her childhood (before she knew of her immortality)

She patted his head laughing. "You really need to pay attention in history class Matt, cause I'm not explaining it to you!" she hopped up, and began to go to the kitchen.

he stiffiled a luagh then said, "I agree with her you need to pay more attention to your history. And kyfen, thats what i mean all of the twenty are diffrent, lynn hates kids. Almost as much as she hates me when i still act childish. on top of that we havn't spoke to each other in centuarys." walking in front of kyfen he kneeld down then said, "This is your call. I can adopt you and let you stay with these nut jobs for a while, or you can sugest an alternitive. It's completly your choice."

"Hey Yata you old fart I herd that!" Matt pointed a finger at Yata, with a joking smile on his face. he ran after Sally. "Please Sally please!!" he got down on his knees and begged her to tell him. ((Uhm, I have no clue what court menas either!! gonk ))

((Oh...Yeah uhm...I don't pay atteion in history class either.. But that's in my notes!!))
Matt ran up stairs and grabbe dhis history notes, he came back down and stated the defnition.. "Wooing a girl and winnign her parents over..Pretty much. But both of our parents are dead and uhm...You'd probably hit me.."

standing up he walked to matt and sally, then said, "Meet her parents, and try to act your best, while proveing you can and Will treat and take care of sally with respect. Your 5000 years old and you can't even court a girl or her parents, much less know what it means. I wonder what they put you kids through these days."
