Weeew.. Just mowed the lawn. I had a farmer's tan and I hated it, so I took my shirt off.. So now I have a pretty even torso tan ^~^
Maybe even.. Picture worthy?

But in all seriousness, any type of exercise is good for you. Just find any excuse to do active things and you will notice a difference in no time!
