Alex jsut looked over, and sighed. "Nevermind, i'll let you all catch up." He said as he removed his hand, and he dissapeared inside wherever the tomb was.

Neptune Bride ((Sorry, guys. Our modem died on Friday and we didn't figure it out till today sweatdrop I'm sorry I missed all the fun, but what can you do?)) Aneisa and Sara were both on guard, ready to jump to the boy's defense if needed, but since Jessica seemed to have things mostly in control, she stayed back to protect her secret. She gave a sigh of relief when Demona let him go with just a snarl. Walking over, she smiled and gave the boy a pat on the shoulder. "Don't worry about her, kid. She's just a little.... psychotically bi-polar. One side of her is a real sweety, if a little dingy. The other side...... well, you just saw for yourself. But like I said, don't worry. We won't let the bad side do any serious damage." Walking over to the others, she brought him along. "So, what's your name kid? I'm Aneisa."

Aneisa smiled. "Yeah, it's fine, Baylor. Demona just has some.... anger issues at times. All in all, she's harmless. Alex and I've been with her a couple days now, and we're still alive. Alex is the guy that just disappeared, by the way. And these other ladies are Jessica and Joan." Turning to the other ladies, she motioned toward the stone. "Well, we better not Mr. Patients waiting too long, or he might rip our heads off." Sarcasm dripped from her voice during this last sentence.

As Alex looked in the dark tomb, he lit a lighter, and found a torch nearby. As it lit up, the entire tomb did the same. "Well now, isn't this exciting." He said as it revealed an enormous cavern with him standing on a platform with a flight of stairs leading to a straight pathway to a large door.

Baylor nodded, and feeling a bit more comfortable around everyone, he walked over to Demona/Serrenedy. "I'm sorry for spying on you, Demona. I hope you will forgive me..." He apologized.

Demona walked past him and went to the chamber. Serrenedy looked around. she kicked the first srair once and punched the wall-a fisure crack oppened and sent a bit of sand down.
"UM-guys-we should not be in her, we sould grab the telaprtation stone out of her superfast-deadly unstable"

Alex just placed a hand on her shoulder. "Now now, it may just be because you punched too hard." He said to her. "Besides..." He said to her. "This isn't a hallway.. it's a bridge." As he dropped a stone down into the blackness.

Anesia looked around the cave when they got there. She was able to keep herself calm until Alex dropped the stone over the side of the bridge. Then, the panic that had been nagging at the edge of her mind began to take over. She had to take long, deep breaths to keep from completely losing it.
"It's alright, Aneisa. There's nothing to fear. I'm sure we won't be down here that long. Alex seems to want to get all the skulls together as soon as possible. He won't linger unnecessarily."
'I know. It's just, I'm not too fond of bridges, especially old ones over long drops. And it doesn't help that we're inside a cave. Not that I have anything against caves, but.....'
With a small shiver, she got herself as under control as possible, then turned to Alex. "Alright, 'Fearless Leader', so where's the object of this expedition?"

Baylor watched as Alex dropped a stone over the edge of the bridge. "Yikes... That's a long drop..." Baylor said, still listening for the drop at the bottom. "Well, we aren't gonna get across by just standing here, are we?" Baylor said as he got on his staff and muttered under his breath in latin. The staff rose in the air, and Baylor along with it. "I might be able to ferry some of you guys across if you don't want to walk. Personally, I don't either..."

Serrenedy knocked her elbow into the side of it-a amll crack oppened at her feet
"I vote for the ferry that wont kill me. Serrenedy basicly gave Baylor a bear hug so he would move with her

"Everything will be kjust fine. As long as we avoid any booby traps." He told them. By the time everybody was on the bridge, there was a strong rumble. At the beginning of the bridge, 2 glowing red eyes began to glow as the statue that was hidden from sight began moving towards them, swinging 2 gigantic swords. "Ok, that was unavoidable on my account." He told them

"Oh crap..." Baylor muttered as the statue lumbered toward them. "This guy looks tough... What do you suppose we do about him?" Baylor asked.
