Masae smiled at the blue lioness. "Hello. I'm Masae." She said introducing herself with a bow.

'Oh.'
She didn't know what to make of the situation. She'd never ever had anyone be mad at her for defending herself, and even if this was somewhat different, it was strange nonetheless.
She turned slightly, and caught the white cub's gaze, her worried frown suddenly shifting into a cheery smile. She said nothing, but her eyes held a clear message: We aren't out to hurt you.
Then she turned back to Rellick.
'You think your mother's alright?'

Elli glanced at Areli, turning quickly at the surprised shout. She smiled. "My my! Look at that!"
Illitashia smiled. "Well then Areli, perhaps we shall just pull this back to the lands ourself?"
She smiled and glanced around. "For I still see no sign of our lazy King."
She laughed, making light of the situation even as she wondered how badly Elli was hurt and if Rackna had been wounded in the fighting he had done.
Rellick smiled gently at Brooke and layed down for a moment, his golden and scarlet tailfeathers gently trailing over the sand. "Yeah.. Mom'll be fine.. She was kicked by an antelope when she was pregnant with us... No sweat!"
He grinned in admiration of her. "She's the best..."

'Really?' A cheeky grin spread across Brooke's face. 'And am I to assume you were the one on the outside? No wonder you grew up the way you did, Rellick!' She teased him in mock surprise, a giggle threatening to slip out.

Rellick glared at her and shook his head, chuckling softly.
"You know something you little Brat!" He grumbled, his chuckle increasing. "I think it was Brazen.. I direct blow to the head."
His chuckle was now a merry peal of laughter.
He smiled at the cub and shook his head, laughing to himself.

Areli smiled. "Alright." she said, walking to the two, feeling good that she was getting older, faster than she thought too. She looked at their catch. Looked pretty good to her. And to think that she was littler when she helped.

"Who are you calling a Lazy King?"
Rackna's deep voice boomed out, his scarlet form appearing from out fo the foliage. His front paw was nearly rubbed raw from the traveling, and he was panting lightly, a small, open-mouthed smile upon his face as he gallantly bowed before the femmes.
"My dear lionesses, please. You must not strain yourselves. 'Tis not the womanly way."
His voice was low and mocking, a daring glint in his eye as he spoke. Suddenly though, he grew quite serious, his eyes catching a glimpse of Elli's injury. His eyes caught her's, and he waited for an explination on the injury.
Solio's eyes were suddenly averted toward the two cubs, Tay-yibah and a new, sandy-hued cub with intricate blue markings. She smiled to them both, wondering if this was the Masae that Tay-yibah had been repeated.
"Hello. Masae, correct?"
Brazen smirked, cocking an eyebrow devilishly as he turned toward Rellick. He stretched calmly, his tail brushing the sand. When he was upright again, he slowly swaggered toward his younger, smaller brother, a wide, menacing smile on his face.
"What was that I heard? What did you say?"
He asked calmly, despite the fact that he had heard his brother quite clearly. In a flash, he had barreled into his brother, and made a motion to bite at his ear, an impish smile on his face.
((I tried to not godmode... sorry if it sounds that way... sweatdrop ))

Elli, pleased to see Rackna, trotted to him, all injuries forgotten. She rubbed her cheek against his, and purred, a smile on her face. 'My love.'
Illiashia gave him angelic eyes. "Sorry Red King? Who said that?"
Rellick, used to Brazen's silly ways, was unsurprised when his elder brother appeared and tackled him. Prepared, he gave a little kick with his hind legs, hoping to send the lion tumbling over his head.

Mika stepped out of the border of the Pride Lands, following the sound and scent of his mother. "Mother?" The teen stepped up, newly acquired muscles rippling under his pelt. He had been gone for a bit, securing his new home across the river.
Rose-colored eyes glanced at the King and his Queen. "I have claimed land for us. If you are ready to leave I will show you, Akitana and Amirah our new home."
The Desert Prince turned to the Scarlet King, loathe to butting into the tender moment but needing to. "Rackna, I must thank you for your hospitality of myself, my sisters and my mother. I have learned a lot from watching you rule your Pride. I can only hope to use that knowledge in my own." The teen curled one leg up against his body, lowering his head till his chin brushed the ground. "I would be most grateful if you would become my ally."

Brooke chuckled, leaping back as Brazen barreled past her collapsing to the ground as the two brothers tumbled.
'Maybe it was both of you!'

Kerai giggled at the brothers as they played around. She turned, walking next to Brook. "Well aren't they... silly." she said, her giggle begining to fade alittle.

Illitashia bowed her head slightly at her son's words, and turned to Elli and Rackna. She smiled gently at Elli, and gave her a deeper bow. "I do believe it is time we move on, so I will collect my children and we shall go to our new home."
Ellidanio pulled away from her mate and gave her friend sad eyes, loathe to see her go. "You must, I suppose..."
She sighed then stepped to her friend and they rubbed cheeks. "Come visit, often."
"As often as I can.. And you the same." Illitashia promised, eyeing Rackna. "Come get me when new cubs are to be seen.. And I imagine Akitana will return often."
"Jade will be cross to see her go, she had better." Elli laughed.

Rackna turned toward Mika, the smile on his face shrinking smaller and smaller with his words. He blinked slowly, walking over to Mika and ruffling his fur, giving him a sad smile.
"I'll be sad to see you all go, but I would never dream of keeping captive one who has been so kind to me as to bring my children home. Even if she does call me lazy."
He smiled back at Illi, and bowed to the new King.
"I would be honored to be your ally."
Brazen was just about to pounce on Rellick again, but stopped as he spotted the females standing on the sidelines. Putting his front leg around Rellick, he began to speak in a deep voice.
"Now now, we can't be fighting infront of the ladies! What will they think?"
He swooned dramatically, taking his paw off Rellick and placing it upon his forehead. His voice was high-pitched, imitating a girl's.
"Well, I declare! That Brazen is just so tough, he could take the hide off an elephant!"
He laughed, nudging Rellick playfully to join in his little game.

Kerai laughed, hard. She could've fallen over. She pawed up to Brazen, trying to keep her balence as she did. She nudged him, giggling. "You are Crazy Brazen!" she laughed.
