Oh! That's a tough one! whee But I'd have to say the Weasley twins, because the Marauders would probably just relax and enjoy, "to the victors go the spoils", and all that. Except Peter might constantly be asking about the cheese, and I'm sure Remus would order his steak VERY rare. But, the Weasley twins have them beat with fireworks, Extendable Ears, and their ability to somewhat control Peeves' antics to their own needs! whee But that was a very tough question.......
Who could eat more Every-Flavor-Beans? Ron or Ginny?

Ginny, most likely. Ron won't eat half of them, because he doesn't like the look of them.
Who would be more likely to prank Percy or Hermione? Peeves, or the Weasley twins?

The twins prank Percy frequently, but they don't prank Hermione, so it depends on which one. Peeves will prank ANYONE except the Bloody Baron.
Which object would win: Lucius' snake-headed pimp cane or Hagrid's umbrella?

Haha, that Molly is pretty scary, but I still have to go with Voldemort being scarier because I doubt Molly would murder people needlessly. "Kill the spare." *shudders*
