Quickly following Hitsu into the building, Riyo's eyes started to wander in all directions. She took a wiff of the air and very soon realized it hadn't been a good idea. Different kinds of smoke from tobacco products filled the air. She almost choked. What... Was this place. "Nyuuuuuuuuuuuuu...." She groaned as she covered her sensitive nose.
As Hitsu looked back at her, she blinked. "F-fish?" She questioned, not exactly comprehending at first. She thought. Fish. Fish... Fish.. The image appeared in her mind as if it was a memory long forgotten. OH! That was what fish was! She licked her lips at the thought. She did indeed like fish... Though catching them was always such a difficult task. She could outrun a land creature... But fish had the advantage underwater. She had maybe caught 10 in her time of living in the forest. "Nyu!" She said with a big nod.

Poke tried not to read into his statement as hitsu took over the ordering. In all honesty the guy proably didn't notice, but it still seemed coincidental. However it seemed to work out fine anyway, as seafood was a obvious faviourite of hers. At the suggestion of waiting for kyo, poke remembered that he was the person who asked them to come here in the first place. "woops, sorry I kinda forgot about him for a second." she scratched the back of her head nervously."I haven't eaten all day, so my thoughts were on my stomach"

Kyo had just finished his cigarette when he arrived at the front of the Inn. He flicked the butt into a direction least likely to hit anyone. His shoulder had begun to ache because of the weight of his sword, when he remembered 'Rei Ichi'.
'Rei Ichi' was a kind of animal pack mule Kyo had created. Making it really wasn't a spell, even though he knew plenty of summoning spells. Rei Ichi was made by concentrating magicka into a form and giving it a pre-programmed routine that resembled a vague kind of sentience where Kyo's word was law. He concentrated, and began to focus his magicka into a vague shape. He ran the runes through his mind for form, and charged them with a modest bit of his power.
A spot in front of him wavered. Without any fanfare, not even a puff of smoke, A shimmering blue wolf appeared. It had blank white eyes that seemed to stare into eternity, and was about the size of a man. From his pocket, Kyo produced a stone that contained all of Rei Ichi's programming and placed it onto the center of the wolf's forehead. Kyo had taken to refining the command lines that he put into the stone when he got bored. The stone displayed the simple markings '0 1', or Rei Ichi.
Kyo placed his sword on Rei's back, which sprouted three small tenticals that wrapped around the blade. "Follow me, Ichi." Kyo beckoned, to which the wolf yipped in response.
Entering the Inn with Rei at his heels, Kyo immediately spotted the three young ladies he had promised a meal. "KYO!" Daelik yelled, nearly causing Kyo to jump out of his skin. "I've got a new cook! You should see her. She's got huge..." Daelik moved his hands to his chest to gesticulate, until he realized that the three young ladies that he had been ogling were Kyo's guests. "...Tracts of land."
"Yeah, I just bet she does." Kyo replied with a grin. "How about we just take that table over there?" He finished, pointing to an empty table in the corner.
"Go right on ahead, I'll be by to get your drink order shortly." Daelik said.

Just as soon as Yuki had come to the horrifying realization that the only item on the table he'd leaned against had shattered on the floor, the flame Hanse had conjured into existence was gone. Heart pounding painfully against his chest, Yuki drew in a quick breath and held it. The mixture of his intoxication, and the fact that the intense light of the flame had left a ghost of itself in Yuki's vision even after it had vanished kept his eyes from adjusting appropriately in the darkness. He'd heard the intruder move, but just barely. Yuki dared not move, though his gaze darted in vain around him as he tried to find him. He could do nothing more than wait for Hanse to make his move, and hope that he'd have a chance to defend or escape.
-----
Hitsu chuckled just lightly to Poke's apology, offering a nod. "I understand, it's okay. I'm sure he'll be along shortly, we'll just wai-." She jumped as Daelik shouted, eyes growing wide as her attention darted toward the door. Did the guy really have to shout? She stepped back a little, looking from Daelik to Kyo. She paused for a moment on Daelik, as he clearly gestured something inappropriate, though she said nothing on the subject. Hitsu took little time to react once their table had been confirmed, moving across the room and toward her seat.

“Well,” Neko seemed rather calm despite the images he just saw. “That really puts a damper on my evening.” Standing to his feet he gave his lady friends a short smile before disappearing as well. Weaving through the crowd, Neko sprinted upstairs behind Skye, keeping close to see if he could aid in helping his friend. Or at least what might be left of his friend.

Hanse continued to grin in the darkness, since Yuki had only seen him hold the flame in his hand, he could only assume that Yuki wouldn't realize he could throw the fire as well. Hanse quickly set his hand ablaze with a brilliant blue flame, hotter than before, and lobbed it into the air having it form into the relative shape of a fist. At the same moment, he directed the rest of his attention to Yuki; as the fire left his hand and began it's ascent, Hanse deftly moved aside from where it was thrown, twisting his body so his tail would gain momentum in the small room. He firmly planted his foot at a harsh angle, intending to sweep around with his tail; from this distance, the spikes on the end would cleave nicely into the table, probably even giving it a cut cleaner than the best woodsman. At this moment, the orb of fire had reached it's apex, and started it's off-centered decent in Yuki's direction.

Eyes squinted slightly against the new light, Yuki's attention instantly drawn to the flame as it rose. So, he was coming from above? Using little more than gravity to his advantage, Yuki leaned to one side sharply as he lowered himself closer to the floor in an attempt to bring himself out of reach. One arm raised above his head, to shield himself if not just barely should he not move out of the way in time. Free hand drew back into a fist, and as the feigned punch drew close enough he'd try to both avoid his opponent's fist and land a punch of his own.
However, this plan was quickly foiled. Barely two seconds after he'd moved to dodge he heard the loud crack of splintering wood, followed by a painful blow to his lower legs. It was like someone had just swung a club at him, and in essence, that wasn't far from the truth. Yuki cried out in discomfort and shock as both legs were roughly jerked out from under him, and even before he hit the floor the table that had lost it's front legs due to the more damaging end of Hanse's tail came crashing down on him. Bad enough? He landed on top of the remains of the oil lamp. A second cry quickly followed his first, as his skin was scraped and pierced by glass and metal, with the lovely addition of the oil to give an extra kick to the pain.
"s**t!" He barked, only able to spare a seconds' fruitless glance toward his pinned legs, and back up to the 'fist' of blue flame. It was coming toward him now, and quickly. Gritting teeth and groaning against his pain, he quickly tugged one leg free of the debris, and used it to brace himself against the obstacle to pull the other free. With aid of rushing adrenaline he wouldn't feel the full effects of his injuries until later, and once he was able to he lunged out of the way. Yuki aimed to land on the opposite side of the room that Hanse would land in. As he dodged, he felt the heat of the fireball barely miss his shoulder blade and go blasting against the wall behind him. That would have missed me by a mile... Yuki thought to himself, and then it hit him. It had been a bluff, and the guy wasn't really there. No sooner had the this crossed his mind, he drew both hands in front of him. If he was about to meet his opponent directly, he was going to do his damnedest to draw blood, one way or another.

Hanse laughed inwardly as he heard and felt his foe land on the floor of room, not only was his amusement from "winning" the first move, but because now Yuki had oil on most of his back, and shards of glass and metal to make his movements hopefully more difficult. While Yuki was on the ground, Hanse raised his tail high, hoping to catch the coward off-guard and slice into him. However, Yuki moved much quicker than he had anticipated. Yuki had already freed himself from the fallen table, and was moving towards him. Hanse's tail was already up in the air, and above Yuki's body, but his back was to him. Hanse's mind worked for barely a second, and came up with something else to do in this position with his foe behind him. He could have just continued with his original plan and strike Yuki to the ground, piercing him through the back, but Yuki would live and be able to damage Hanse greatly. Instead, Hanse's tail still continued downwards, but not to slam Yuki to the ground, he intended on grabbing Yuki with his tail.

Before Yuki could get barely a foot, something came down upon one of his shoulders. He stumbled, and brought both arms up to pry it off as he quickly discovered that it was alive and quickly binding him.

A contented noise came from Hanse as his tail gripped around the upper part of Yuki's body. He could feel his prey's heart racing and how afraid he really was. Hanse's tail was snaked around Yuki's upper body, going under one shoulder, and then sliding around his neck to keep him held fast. Hanse's grunted lightly as his tail lifted his foe a little bit higher while his body began to twist violently; he fully intended on launching Yuki through the door of the room. Even though the room had caught fire, it wasn't close enough for Yuki's body to pass through the flames, a shame that Yuki couldn't join in the flaming destruction of the room.

He tried to back away from the stranger's grasp, actually willing to risk the flames behind him before this. A constricted chest was worrisome enough but it had him by the throat as well, and Yuki clawed frantically at the tail, hoping to puncture between scales and cause the beast to release him. It was hard to breathe, and as he was lifted off his feet the pressure around his chest and throat only increased. The light of the flames passed before his closed eyes once, twice, perhaps more. He grew dizzy, but barely processed that he was being swung. Then, he was free. Just how or why didn't seem to process right away, as Yuki's first priority was to inhale deeply now that he was able. An instant after he'd taken his breath, he met with the wooden door. Upper back took most of the impact, it was a miracle that he didn't strike his head. The planks that made the door didn't stop him, he crashed straight through, sending wood splintering and flying out into the hallway with him. He landed flat on his back, skull barely avoiding crashing into the wall on the opposite side of the hallway. For a second or two, he didn't move at all. Though, when he did begin to stir, it was obvious that his violent meeting with the door had dazed him to say the least. His palms held gashes from meeting the spikes of Hanse's tail as he tried to pry himself free, and one much larger laceration from just below his elbow to the side of the wrist on one arm that had apparently gotten in the way when Hanse flung him toward the door. Luckily, though the wound was bleeding, the major vein had not been broken. He was battered, bruised and bleeding, but nothing appeared life threatening. It could have been much worse, even if Yuki himself probably didn't think so.
[Hope it makes sense, I'm half asleep at this point. >>; *goes to collapse*]

[Posts anyway >D]
Once to the top landing, Neko tried to remember the room number that he had seen on the tag. It hadn’t been too important at the time since it wasn’t going to be his room. Slowing down a bit he eyed each room in turn trying to decide on which one to pick first but in a second that decision was made for him. Just a few feet away Yuki crashed through the door as if thrown through it and landed in the hallway. Well, that made finding him a tad easier.
Rushing over to his fallen comrade, Neko reached down to grab hold of Yuki’s upper arm to jerk him to his feet. He didn’t look to be in the best of shape but it was nothing that couldn’t be fixed. Jerking his head toward the room he caught sight of the fire and the monster that stood amongst its flames. He would have guessed it to be a demon but the wings and tail told him otherwise. It was a dragon.
------
Further down the street Mitsu caught a whiff of something familiar. For a moment she tried to think, it was something she had been around not that long ago. Sniffing at the air more intently she tried to place it, but only came up with one thing. Feline. It took her several more minutes to remember whom she knew that was feline but when her mind drew up the recent memories a smile crossed her face and she followed the scent. The reasoning for having left the group was completely forgotten as she strolled up to the Inn and peeked in.
It took a moment for her eyes to adjust to the dim lighting but she was able to spot Hitsu and Riyo over by the bar. “Nyu!” Was the first thing out of her mouth. Hopefully that would be enough to catch their attention.

Hanse's toothy grin and the shadowy figure was all that Skye could see as he came onto the landing shortly after Neko did. He blinked a bit, looking at Hanse's destruction, and then frowned strongly. "Damnit Hanse. You agreed not to cause any excessive destruction!" Hanse only laughed deeply, breathing in the chaos he just wrought. "This isn't excessive, human." Hanse spoke with such a malice that it struck Skye to the core, but he still stood his ground. "Before this gets out of hand, you should put out these flames, Hanse." Skye stared directly into Hanse's eyes as he spoke, "Don't forget your pact." His words struck a chord in Hanse's chest, and his grin turned into a scowl. He had to obey, no matter how much he didn't want to. With his hand held aloft, the flames from the room began to wick into his palm, creating a super compressed ball of fire, glowing white with heat. The fire in his hand light up the entire room like a small sun, and it was apparent what damage he had caused, though little. Hanse's eyes glinted slightly as he gazed at the ball of fire, then to Yuki, toying with the idea of actually throwing this at him and watching him burn alive.

World blurry and slightly spinning at first, it wasn't a surprise that Yuki staggered when Neko pulled him up. He took a couple of uncoordinated steps backward, before using a hand to brace himself against the wall. The floor seemed to be the best thing to stare at right now, Yuki's eyes wide at this point as he tried to force them to focus properly. "Wh-what happened?" He murmured, likely to Neko since he was standing right next to him. One couldn't be sure if he wanted an answer for the entire ordeal, or just wondered how he had ended up in the hall.
His attention shifted to Skye as he spoke, scolding whoever was in the room as though he'd listen. Until now, he'd barely gotten glimpses of Hanse in the chaos of what felt like mere seconds ago. Now, as his eyes slowly adjusted, he could see him well enough. He'd never seen anything like Hanse, and he gave an involuntary shudder. When Hanse turned attention toward him, Yuki went tense, unsure on if he'd resist attacking just because he was relatively out in the open.

[let me know if I need to change this]
Neko judged Yuki’s question for a moment, “Well, I think that big brute of a dragon man threw you through the door like a flimsy rag doll.” Placing a hand on Yuki’s shoulder he made sure that he was steady as he looked back up at Hanse. The dragon seemed to have a mischievous look about him as he held the raging ball of fire in the palm of his hand. A little unsure on how that would end, Neko took hold of Yuki’s upper arm again and pulled him back away from the door and out of direct fire. Giving a slight bow to Skye he smiled despite himself. “If you will excuse us. I need to tend to my friend’s injuries. I’ll leave you to handle your…” Neko considered his words for a moment. What would the dragon be to this man? “Pet?” As it left his mouth the word seemed a little wrong. Perhaps slave? No, that sounded worse. He tried to think for a moment longer but quickly gave up on the matter and shrugged. “Or whatever he is to you.”
Turning to Yuki he gestured with his head for him to follow him, tugging him along by the arm. His hope was to get out of there as soon as possible and disappear. No need to add to the trouble they already had. Leaving Yuki to follow, hoping he had found his footing by now, Neko dared a glance back to see what the other two were doing as he reached the stairs. It was in times like this that he was painfully reminded that his friends didn’t heal as easily as he did. He often forgot.
