At Olivia's words, Elon took on a grim smile. "What if they don't come back? What if they've been eaten by a monster and this is actually a haunted house?! What if we're next?!" he screamed, flailing his arms in the air. A moment later he seemed calm again. "Well, I might be right," he said chuckling.

"And what's wrong with running away?" He asked. He kept his voice as calm and level as possible, but it wasn't done without some effort. "Of course I'm not a prince of some sort, real sorry to disappoint you. And- never mind."

Finally shoving the wallet back into his pocket, Ignis stood up and quickly walked over to the door leading back to the hall. As if having a small second thought, he stopped for a moment before leaving the room completely. Without turning around, he reached into his pocket and took his wallet out. "You're not the only one that regrets having met me. Well what can you do? I hate my existence too." He took out the photograph and after crumpling it in his hand, he shoved it into his back pocket. Dropping the wallet on the floor, he walked over to the stairs and went down.

She was slightly shocked at his words. "I'd run away again if I could." She whispered as he walked out the door. She started to softly cry to herself. Fate wanted to go home already and it was only the second day. She had broken herself. Broken the little bubble that surrounded her with fake happiness.

She hugged her knee's to her chest looking up as the tears continued to roll down. The shadows in the room twitched and spazzed. After a few minutes, they finally took shapes. They looked like evil little monsters. All walking in a circle silently. Their feet or paws or what not never touching to floor.

Opening the front door and exiting the manor, Ignis breathed in the outdoor air and looked up at the sky. The sun was beginnig to set, dying the sky in shades of red and orange. It was one of his favorite times of the day, everything seemed to start settling down by sunset and peace filled the air. He wasn't going to linger on his negative thoughts, but he wasn't going to go back and try to fix things, he'd just leave it all behind him. He wasn't supposed to have any connections anyway, he'd just been hopeful; a false desire for friends after meeting others with 'powers'.

He decided to take a walk to calm himself down and walked into the forest. After going quite a distance from the manor, he dug a small hole in the dirt and made sure there were no plants around it. "I should've done this a long time ago." He muttered. He took out a box of matches and the crumpled photograph. Striking a single match, he placed the burning tip to the edge of the photograph and watched it catch on fire. He let it drop down into the small hole he'd made and stared as he saw his parents and his younger self get engulphed in flames.

"It's just you and me." She whispered in a hoarse voice. "The only one's that know my true nature." The little creatures were tackling each other and rolling around the floor. The three stopped and looked up at her as if confused.

Then, when they noticed the sun going down, they leaped over each other. The little monster like creatures would push another just to get to the window. They found a way onto the windowsill and stood there watching the sky. As if they were a team, they opened the window and climbed out.

"And now your leaving too." She wanted to cry but wouldn't. Standing up wearily, she stumbled to the window and climbed out beside her three new friends. Sitting down on the roof, she watched them run around then leap off the roof and disappear. She stared at the sky.

This will be a new start... I won't let anything or one hold me back. I won't let my true nature get to me. I want a new life with friends. REAL friends. I will accomplish that. I will get home... So long as I'm here I'll practice with my shadows. I won't let anything happen again...

"I should probably apologize. Again." She mumbled with a sigh.

Craig was rested up, somewhat. It was getting darker out, as he could see, and he wanted to go out into the calm of the night. Forgoing any kind of light, he just walked out the front door. He noticed that it was darker than before, much more so, which was the only reason he knew it was nighttime. So, with that in mind, he walked into the forest again.

The noises all around him, the darkness assaulting his senses, the thoughts of crazy stuff running throughout his head. All of it led to an interesting time that only he would know about. This was the only time that he had ever felt at peace: alone in the dark, nobody around him.

Coaxing a squirrel, or what he thought was a squirrel, to him, he started to pet the creature. He was always a sucker for small furry animals, and he knew that him being exceptionally calm and happy always brought them out to him. Even the more vicious ones, like stray dogs, couldn't stay vicious around him long. He loved it out here. Those Gov people made the greatest wish he had come true.

Giggling, Olivia covered her mouth with her hands out of habit. She was glad that the atmosphere was so light, it seemed to be such an uplifting day compared to yesterday.

"You guys seem so carefree. It almost makes me feel like home, like, hot coffee with whipped cream on top. You know, I really don't think there really is anything wrong here. Not like we were injected with stuff before we were dump in this place." Olivia was smiling but her eyes scanned the room, while her hands rubbed her neck nervously, hoping no one really did inject something in her.

"So," she said with a sideways grin, "anyone up for cooking dinner?" All Olivia really ever cooked was Ramen, but she could try. You know who'd probably be a great cook, she thought to herself, Fate. Definitely. Well ... maybe.

Elon shrugged, leaning against the wall and taking a huge bite out of his apple. "Well, I could make us all some peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. Or I could make fruit salad. Anything easy," he said grinning. His apple was now reduced to nearly nothing but the core, however he continued taking tiny bites here and there where he could do so without swallowing a seed.

Opening his eyes all of a sudden, Ignis realized that he must've fallen asleep somehow. Huh, I must've gotten really worn out. He decided that although leaning against and a tree and sleeping wasn't exactly the best, it was more comfortable than what he'd expected. Looking into the small hole, it seemed that most of the ashes were already blown away by the wind. It felt like a small hole had formed inside of him, but he didn't pay any attention to it. He'd experienced enough 'extreme emotions' for a full 24-hours and wasn't about to start again, it felt unpleasant and he decided that just ignoring everything that went on in the world unless it directly involved him, was definately a better choice.

Walking into the kitchen he saw Olivia and Elon there. If his facial muscles weren't as lazy as he felt right now, he would've grinned. The mood of the room always felt lighter when Elon was around, and he could just be his usual lazy, bored self. "Hey, any of you got an idea of the time?"

"Well, I don't think I've seen any clocks in this place. And my watch might be broken or something because it says 10:00, but it might just be because I'm too far away from home," Olivia frowned at her silver watch, "well, it's probably the end of Fall, so night would be coming earlier. I'd say it could be around 6 PM right now."

6PM. That was the time she used to eat dinner at. Knowing that back home it could be ten at night Olivia felt very hungry, despite the lack of moving she did in one day. With thoughts returning to dinner-making she couldn't help but ask, "Ignis, you've been out right? Have you seen Fate? She looks like the cooking type, or sounds like it. OR maybe you know how to cook. That'd be nice too."

Craig was content, but his stomach started to rumble. He grinned to himself, and thought back to the meal he had. It was good, but only lasted so long. So, with that in mind, he made his way back to the mansion. He actually entered to hear Olivia mention someone needing to cook.

"I can cook for everyone. Just need to know everyone's preferences. Who's a vegetarian, who hates vegetables. Who's allergic to what. That kind of thing."

"Stupid... Everyone left you." The girl kept repeating to herself as she climbed through the window. Stumbling down the stairs, she had a blank expression on her face. "Just a bunch of broken promises is all." Walking into the kitchen, she continued to mumble to herself. The once happy go lucky girl displayed the littlest emotion possible as she walked pass the few people in there.

Grabbing a glass, she filled it up slightly with water. So far, she had gone all day without food. At this point though, she didn't care. It was only their second day there and she wanted to kill herself. Emptying the glass from the little water that was in it, she washed it and put it back. "I think I'll be going off to sleep..." Her voice trailed off as she gave everyone a small wave and headed for the door.

"Well, You've just seen her, so that's one question down." Ignis said. "And yeah, I can cook but looks like he'll be happy to oblige. Speaking of which, don't think I've seen you around."

He thought a bit on the matter of watches. He never bothered to get one since it would've been a waste of what little money he could earn, but it made him think about something and he voiced it aloud. "Kinda funny though, we're all teenagers here as far as I've met anyway, and not one of us seems to have a cell phone." In his school, everyone else seemed to have a cell phone and people were constantly chatting on it in the halls and sending text messages to each other beneath their desks.

"Well, what use is a cellphone when people think you're crazy and violent? Which I technically am." With that said, Craig started looking at what was in the fridge and cupboards. Not much. Oh, well. Plenty of vegetation around, and he might be able to start growing vegetables, providing they have some already. "So, again, what does everyone prefer?"

"I don't eat." She stated at the doorway and turned to look at Ignis. The girl sighed feeling like a moron. It had been such an eventful day and she just wanted it to be over with already. "I'm sorry... Again... You were right, and I was wrong. If you continue to hate me or want to be mad at me I won't stop you. Your probably have every right to be."
