It isn't harsh, its like...we are voting on who we want out of the crew. I think that every month the crew member with the less points gets demoted unless he or she can provide a good enough reason.
Anyways -1 to Istian for not being in Oto
and -1 to Shou for leaving for two months

It's not harsh, I'm sick of people not doing anything.
Although I feel like a hypocrite now.. << -hasn't been doing anything-
But the point is, we have like 8 or 9 around that number anyway Crew members, I see 1/2 of them active, and 1/3 of that in the Crew discussion. Not good..

GOD! what happened to all the crew members in this guild!? Kira disapeared Shou left for two months, reachel disapeared (Atlist I havent seen her) and a bunsh of other people disapeared...
-2 Kira for atlist not telling us she wasnt gona be on much.
