Kioko who had been silent listening to others finally spoke up...
" i can help Jackie as well, i may not be super smart, but i am a mage, and a darn good one to be at that....not to mention being a metamorphagous helps get things in hard to reach places as well..."
Kioko has sat down and looked at the experiments, so many of them in one place, and yet so close to the beach where crow had recently battled...
"ummm, to get things started, can we introduce ourselves by saying our names, and what powers do we posses...i think it will help us get to kno each other better"
Kioko said standing up from her position and smiled...
"lemme start, im Kioko Mizuko, i was taken into the lab when i was only 4, my powers are that of a mage and of a metamorphagous, i was suppose to be in the group of elites, human turned into mindless workers for them, however, my older brother, Ryo, saved me and helped me escape before they could take control of my mind and body...however, onii-chan never made it out with me..."
Kioko said trying to hold back tears, she sat back down and wiped her face with her cloak...

Max started next, but didnt stand up. "im Max Tate. my powers are what you see. my dad is the reason we are the freaks that we are. he started with my mom, but she died, so i was next. i told him it was his fault she died so he threw hot grease on me." he put his hair behind his ear so everyone could see the scar. "after that, he started in on me, i escaped, he shot me, and here we are. thats pretty much my life story." he wouldnt look anybody in the face, feeling guilty for what his father did to all of them.

She went after Max, but like Max she didn't stand up. "Firefly!" She said as she pointed to herself. She didn't know how she would tell them a bit about herself. "Powers me." She still pointed to herself, but this time at her wings and her other animal features.

Jackie sighed heavily as she listened to their stories carefully. Each of them had a specific time that caused them much pain and sorrow. She didn't stand up but she began to speak anyway. "I'm Jackie and I am an experiment of genetic mutation. They mixed my genes with those of a cat, and they produced me. I have also found out that my I.Q has increased dramatically though my personality has weaned a bit..." She said softly, showing exactly what she meant. "You see. I use to be a young, free girl without a care in the world. I had a nice home with a loving family and I was going to graduate from high school as my class' valedictorian...But one day I came home to find that my family had been slaughtered by an unknown group of figures. There was graffiti all over and so was the blood. I didn't know what to do at that time. So I did the only thing I could think of doing...running away..." She stopped for a moment to catch her breath. As well as to wipe away the tears that were stinging her eyes. " So awhile later, a man called out to me and gave me hope for the future. But it was all a lie. They put me through so many tests and drills that fatigue not only nipped at my body, but on my heart as well. So anyway... they shot at me and whipped me and sent shock waves throughout my entire body to see how I could react to such terrible torture. But when a few other experiments and I planned an escape...it was the first time in a long time that I had felt hope, happiness and relief." She ended on that note as she opened her onyx eyes and gazed around the group, sighing slightly. She didn't want to go into it any more than what she had already said. Nobody else needed to know except herself.

Crow listened to their stories, they all seemed to have their personal tragedies. Despite his own past, which he could not share, their stories still caused uneasiness in him. He felt his story would have no more importance than any of the others, so he simply waited and listened to the others. Perhaps he could demostrate his abilities when the time came.

Strobe sat a little uneasily. "Um... My name is Strobe and I wish I could tell my life's story, but the fact is that I don't know it. All I have is a few flashes of memory and what I know from the lab. However, this I have peaced together: My abilities were natural, Max's dad only adjusted them. And, somewhere," His eyes were drawn to kioko now, even though he knew it wasn't her, no matter how much she seemed like her, "somewhere I think I have a sister. My powers are that of Plasmakenisis, which I am still learning to control and I was trained to be an assasin at the lab, so I think I'm an okay tactician."

Firefly sat there and listened to their stories. She wished that she could tell the others more aobut herself, but she coulnd't finds the words to tell them. Plus, she didn't know the words to tell them, since she couldn't talk that well anyways.

Lolina decided to share her story also."Hello, my name is Lolina. Wow this feels like the AA meetings when I was depressed." Lolina said as she giggled a little. "Well I grew up pretty normal until one day my mother told me she needed money or else all of my five brothers and herself would go poor. That was right after my father died so I used to drink alot. I used to drink underage and get into fights.. once I got caught so I had to go to AA..pretty sad, huh? Not my story, just how pethetic I was..So, for my family, I gave myself to the scientists for money." Lolina then stepped away and sat down to listen to others.

Crow looked around, it seemed that everyone had already put forward their stories, he waited patiently for someone to say something. He had to wonder how they would live in the city, they all had abilities and disablilities that normal people didn't, most of which would become apparent the moment they entered society.

"Okay, so the only person who hasnt said anything was crow, but thats because he cant talk" Kioko said looking at crow..
"but the problem is, crow has a seal that needs to be removed before we can find a permanent base..." Kioko said motioning for crow to show them the seal, if he wanted to...
"umm, anybody have any ideas?" Kioko asked the experiments looking around..

Crow hesitated for a moment, but figured it was essential that the group know that he likely posed a risk to them. He removed his jacket again and walked a few feet away from the group as he did, then turned and lifted his shirt away from his back. He felt something strange as he did however, the symbol was glowing with a weak red light, and the muscles it was drawn upon felt tensed. He wondered if it was from his recent encounter with Doctor K.

Lolina looked at Crow's back and asked,"What is that? Your glowing..." She then paused and asked,"Are you one of them? Are you out to get us?"

He lowered his shirt and looked back at Lolina calmly. He didn't know how to answer her, and even if he did, there was no way a simple 'yes or no' head motion would suffice.
