Well, considering that more shows are being broadcast on the internet via the actual companies, I'd say, yes, it was a necessary strike for the writers. 3nodding The studios are getting paid for the programs being aired on there, it's not fair to leave the writers out of it, given that the internet is becoming a very popular place for TV shows. Sort of a watch when you want to deal. 3nodding I'd want to get paid for people watching my work, wouldn't you?

I'm just glad that the strike is over. I think it came to a compromise. Something both sides can agree on. Probably. Gaaa, I should just look it up. gonk

I thought they were on strike for internet sales likes itunes and what not and they wanted a cut of that.
