*They're hiding somthing...and the stress of the mystery is making me want a cigarette..
"Ok..you dont wanna talk about it...By the way...do they allow those that are old enough to smoke here?"

Star stared at everyone. This is very awkward...Star thought to herself. "They don't but, it's not tight security." Star said, quietly.

"Alright then, i suppose i'll go for a walk. I guess I'll see you around here"
* gets up from the table gives the group a bow of grattitude and goes to his room to put his bass up. Zephyr then heads outside to find a quiet, safe place to smoke. He pulls out a cigarette, lights it, and sits down by a tree to smoke as well as think about the days events. Suddenly he hears a meow and looks around. He finds a stray kitten who looks slightly weak from hunger. Zephyr pulls out a little of the food he had brought with him and gives it to the cat who graciously accepts. After finishing his cigarette he pats the cat goodbye and starts to head back towards the building.

* he turns around to see the cat following him*
"Ok little one, you dont seem to have anyone to take care of you, and ive seen some of the other students with pets. There seems to be somthing special about you as well. Don't worry, I'll take care of you."
* Zephyr then bends down and picks the kitten up, who immediatly starts purring*
"What am i going to call you though"
* he takes a closer look at the cat, which is pitch black*
"Hmm...your as dark as the night sky! That's what I'll name you then, but spelled a little differently, your name is now Nyte! spelled N-Y-T-E, Ok?"
* the kitten mews happily and falls asleep in Zephyr's arms. Zephyr then decides to turn in for the evening and brings the kitten to the dorm stopping by the cafe to show his new aquaintences what he has found*

Maverick walked over to the kitten and begun to rub it's head gently "Whoever does is a very lucky person. This cat's just adorable."

"well...there was no collar or anything...he was alone outside and was starving. so i guess he's mine now...or am i his?...never can tell with cats... anyone have any scraps left that i could give him?"

Maverick looked on his plate, and saw there was a small piece of beef left. "I wonder if he likes meat." He said, bringing it over to the kitten. He then started talking to the kitten in a baby voice. 'Does the little kitten like beef?"

* The kitten eagerly eats the beef then starts licking Mavericks hand trying to get the flavor of the beef all the way off*
"I've named him Nyte becuase his coat is so dark"

Kay-dash smacked his hand against his forehead watching Maverick pamper the cat.
"I can't believe i got you as a dorm mate." he said sarcasticly

*Zephyr laughs and the kitten gives Kay a look as if to say " Well, how about you? You gonna pet me?" and mews questioningly*

as he grabbed his half full water bottle and finished drinking it.

* Nyte squints his eyes at Kay and meows indignantly*
"Well, i'd better turn in for the night, nice meeting you again. See you tommorow"
*Zephyr bows and heads off to his dorm, changes into his bed clothes and crawls into bed. The kitten curls up on top of Zephyr, gives a halfmew, half purr sigh and both of them fall asleep*
(( 'night guys, i got a "fun-filled" day of school tomorrow, TTY tomorrow))
