((I know that line is hilarious. XD ))

"Of course!" Tokaru smiled and held out on of the plates to Katsuya. "Now you have to tell me how it tastes." She said happily. "Tora and I were up almost all night." She exaggerated and made exaggerated hand gestures to emphaize how long it took and how hard they worked to bake the cake, making the story sound much more interesting than it really was.

Taiyo was motionless and quiet as he normally was when he tried to make himself invisible, it was also jusy how he stood when he thought. He sighed and took another sip of coffee. "Now of course, I wouldn't leave her at least not of my own free-will." he paused knowing this was true. He didn't even like going to work or school knowing that no one was looking after her. The problem was, was that he was to trusting of everyone. He trusted that his father would one day come to his senses, he trusted that one day that mad woman would finally accept her own children, and he trusted himself to always be there to take care of his little sister. Trusting himself, though, was what he found to be his biggest let down of all. "And if given the chance and the right circumstances I might just kill whoever tries to hurt her, no matter who it is." His voice was dark and cold and he knew he had come close to snapping before, it was only a matter of time before he actually did. He glanced up once more in a lighter tone "Anyway, taking us in would be more trouble than it's worth, you should know that." he finished, Turning he placed his now empty coffee cup into the sink and rinsed it out.

"Katakura-san!" Chris said in panic as the girl jumped about the kitchen but shut himself up as she picked up her phone. "Hmm? Yes, we probably should," he replied to Suzu. "Are you okay, Katakura-san?" Chris asked as he walked up behind her. "How are your hands?" the blue-haired boy inquired taking her hands.

"Chris, go get the First-Aid kit," Satoshi ordered standing up. His cousin rushed off to carry out his "orders". Originally Satoshi's practices were limited to members of the Sohma family, especially the zodiac members and Hikaru. So why was he helping this girl?

"Here," Chris said handing the plastic box to Satoshi. "I can't remember the last time I saw you so busy," he said plainly. Usually the only times when Satoshi ever needed to even raise a finger was when Hikaru was running another fever or when the stupid cat decided to show up.

Katsu grinned and ruffled Tokaru's hair with her free hand before taking the plate. As she watched the pigtailed-girl explain, with such enthusiasm, what had happened, she laughed quietly and nodded.
"Hmph, I see. I'm sure all that work was worth it. Let me see..." she said thoughtfully as she poked at the piece with her fork. It sure looked good, that's for sure. She glanced back at Tokaru's eager face and smiled before taking a bite.
"Mmm!" she hummed, the fork still in her mouth. She made sure to exaggerate her reaction before swallowing.
"It's pretty good..." she said with a smirk. When it came to entertaining Tokaru, she couldn't help but be sincere. The girl was just about the only other member of the zodiac that didn't bother Katsu. Honestly, Katsu could never dream of hurting Tokaru, not with all the pain her mother had already given. She'd much rather watch her smile, and hope that she would always be able to do so.

Once the stove was sparkling and the pot had cooled, Suzu stepped back and admired the kitchen. It had just occurred to her that the last time she had been here, she could have passed by this very room and never recognize it as a kitchen. There had been piles and piles of trash all over the place. This new girl must really know how to tidy up. Impressed, Suzu looked around and spotted Satoshi and Chris examining Yuzuyu's hands.
'Good.' she thought.
Now to attend to the two who had gone missing.
She was releived to see that Katsu was behaving, so no trouble there. She could only hope the peace would last. With this in mind she started towards the door, but hesitated in mid turn.
She looked back at Akio and grinned, wondering why she felt like she shouldn't leave.
"I think I'll go look for Hiro and Kaname."

((Im back... again....))

Hame smiled, and began to walk in adirection. Suddenly, he stopped, and turned around. "Which way was it again?" he asked, confused. "I forget where I am."

(yay!)

Tora laughed and grabbed him by the hand leading him to the deep forest where Akio's house was located.
"This way silly. Don't worry, you won't get lost with me!"

Hame looked around, curious to his surrounding. At first, he was kind of surprised that Tora had grabbed his hand, and it made him him feel like he was being led around by his mom, but he got over the feeling. Hame finally realized, that he hadn't gone to Akio's house this way before, infact, he didn't really visit him very much, but he put it aside.

As they grew closer to Akio's house, Tora finally let go of Hame's hand and began to swing her arms a little. The movement hurt her arms a little, due to teh beatings her parents had given her last night, but thankfully everything was covered up, including her black hair, hidden by her bangs.
"So Hame, do you still live at the main house or what?"she asked, trying to break the silence.

Hame looked down at his feet, frowning lightly. "Yeah, but I get out a lot." he said, almost sadly. "My parents don't really like me being home too much, and don't realy notice me compared to my two little sisters." He looked up at the dapple light. "They dote on my sisters." He stopped in his tracks beifly, then continued, his hands in his pants pocket. "Oh well!" he said cheerfully, smiling. "I have a place to eat and sleep, so I'm just fine!" He smiled a confident smile. It looked real. Hame was not going to let it show that he felt no happiness at all right now.

"I bet she loved you a lot...because seriously. Who thinks cows are cute?"
He laughed but it was cut off from hearing voices coming closer.
"Name, we have visiters..."
Hiro couldn't heolp but not be serious, even if the other Zodiac Members frowned on him for it. He held onto Kanames sholder just in case and moved his front foot foward, ready to pounce if someone tried to harm them.

Akio glared at Suzu.
"No."
He said firmly. He patted Taiyo's head.
"We'll continue this later..."
He said in a much softer tone.
"Kaname and Hiro will come when they want to."
He smiled playfully.
"No reason to be in a hurry to fill this house up. What about our alone time?"
He stroked her cheek playfully and then turned to the normal girl.
"Chris, what did you to do to her?"
He murmered looking at her hands.
"I told you not to play with fire...no one ever listens to me!"
He sighed.
"Satoshi! Lecture the boy!"
He grinned and slowly made his way to the living room leaving his slice of cake on the counter. He sat down on a pillow and gazed out a nearby window. Slowly his thoughts drifted to Hiro and he hung his head.

Tora looked back at he cousin, feeling sorry for him. A lot of the zodiac members were unloved by their parents, hers for example, but others were greatly loved. Smiling as he smiled though, she nodded gave him a thumbs up.
"That's the spirit! Look on the bright side of things I say!" And saying that, they both cleared the dense trees to come across Akio's house. It was fairly large in size, but a n immense amount of noise was coming from it. Tora took an unsure step back, and then caught sight of two figures standing not too far away from them.

Kaname glared at Hiro and was ready to punch his annoying cousin for the little cow comment, but Hiro's sudden announcement, made him stop. He turned, hearing the voices also, and soon saw two people emerge from the trees. He frowned a little, wondering why strangers were this so far out, but then relaxed when he noticed the bright yellow hair of his cousin Tora. Putting on a dry smile, he brushed Hiro's hand off his shoulder and began to walk forward.
"Ah! Tora! There's my slave!"

Tora turned as one of the figures began walking forward. When she heard the word slave and saw the black and white hair of Kaname, she cringed and his behind Hame.
"Eeek! Don't let him get me!" she pleaded.

Tokaru's face brightened and her smile grew, "Oh that's so wonderful!!" She spun around so the her long sleeves spun around like a pinwheel with her. "Oh I can't wait til I see Tora, she'll be so happy to hear that the cake turned out alright!" She cheered.

Taiyo silently agreed and smoothed out his hair, although he really didn't have any intention of continuing the conversation, he didn't act it too much but he was opposed to living with so many people, he preffered being alone plus, living in one space surrounded by so many relatives, would probably drive him insane. "It's a mad house." he gave a very subtle chuckle under his breath before. He glanced at the clean coffe cup now wishing he hadn't drunk it so fast. He needed something to make it look like he was doing something, he found that it often kept people from talking to him when he didn't want them to. Slowly he made his way silently through the crowd until he was a few feet from his sister. His hands were still pushed deeply in his pockets and some of his hair had found it's way to the front of his face but his depressing unapproachable demeanor dissapeared almost instantly upon walking up to Tokaru. "You did save me a piece, now didn't you?" His tone was more vibrant than the polite monotone in which he spoke.

Tokaru quickly spun around to her brother, "Of course I did." She smiled and she passed one of the plates she had lined up on her arm and a fork.

Taiyo reached with just his fingers showing and the rest of his hand covered carefully by his sleeve as he took the plate. He didn't wait to take a quick bite, "Perfect." he said after he swallowed the piece of cake. "Spontaneous cakes seem to be your and Tora's specialty." he said encouragingly but quietly.

"Yeah! I think we should open a bakery, then everyone could have cake anytime and as much as they wanted!" Tokaru chimed.

Taiyo took another bite and nodded, "Sounds wonderful. They'd be crazy not to come." he smirked but barely enough for anyone to see.

Tokaru grinned and spun around on her toes, [b]"What do you think Katsuya? Should Tora and I open a bakery? Would you come?!" She asked still having managed to balance and hold onto multiple plates with cake even through all her spiining and jumps.

Suzu was surprised, to say the least, at Akio's abrupt answer. It was certainly not what she had expected to hear, nor was she prepared for the harsh glare in his eyes. She couldn't help but wonder why it would matter so much to him.
She was about to protest, or at least ask for the real reason why when his last statement haulted all rational thought. Her face flushed with color beneath his hand and for a moment, she had to admit that her heart had started to race in her chest.
Why did she always have do this to herself? She was such an idiot. How could she let it get this far? She had known all along that if he ever came at her like the previous day, that there would be no hope for her. She was already falling, and she knew it well.
At least she could curse him for being so darn flirtatious.
He couldn't mean it, though. Not what he had said the other night, nor what he said now. She couldn't get herself to believe it, yet couldn't think too long and what she was to do with herself if he didn't.

She stood there for a long moment, glanced at the door, then moved silently away from it. He had been right. The longer the house was less crowded, the more likely it was to keep the chaos to a minimum.
Un sure of what to do, Suzu fixed herself a slice of cake and made her way back to the living room as well.
She decided to remain silent as she sat down next to Akio. She could see he was deep in thought, and she didn't want to bother him. Plus, she was well occupied enough with nibbling on her piece of cake.
Hers was blank, of course. No animal to represent her.
That was what kept her from him, wasn't it?
Or vice versa.
The fact that he would never be able to truly hold her.
"Akio... are you sure you're alright?" she asked softly, between bites.
((Pshah... so dramatic...))

Katsu had noticed the sudden change in Taiyo as he made his way towards her and his sister. It was quite a sight to behold, really. He always seemed so shut off. But there was no way to tell if that was just towards her, or to everyone. Katsu was used to being the one that people rejected. This was not the outstanding factor here.
It was obvious in his mannerisms, he would do anything for his sister's smile.
She had been absent mindedly devouring her piece of cake when Tokaru suddenly turned back to her.
She grinned and nodded, watching Tokaru spin about. She could see the two girls now, cheerfully standing behind a counter of sweets.
Her question had caught her with a rather large bite of cake in her mouth, but after a moment of rushed chewing, she swallowed.
"Yes, of course! You'd be great at it! As long as you had milk, too..." she said, now picturing herself with a large glass of milk and chocolate cakes spread before her.

Hame smiled again when Tora gave him a thumbs up. "Yup!" he chirped happily, meaning it. A moment later, Tora hid behind him when a Surprised, Hame looked up at the guy. He realized then that he was actually a lot shorter than he thought. Wow I'm short... he thought. "Ah, hi."

Kaname stopped when he was a few feet from the two and frowned at teh green haired boy. Looking him over, he crossed his arms over his chest and asked in a cocky, teenage voice, "Who the heck are you?"
