Meteora was probably my favorite one, but that's partially because I have it associated with such good memories with my friend. MtM isn't all bad, and sometimes I find myself liking it more than other times.

Yeah. I mean theres good songs on it, it's not like it's a pile of crap lol.
But to me it just doesn't sound like LP anymore :/
Not that I'm against bands changing, they usually need to to keep going, but I just feel they've went a tad too mainstream lol

I swear I'm the only person in the world who loves rock but hates Linkin Park. Exactly the kind of rock I hate, if you can call it rock.

They did a lot of stuff with rock and metal elements, sure, but I don't think you could call a single one of their songs "pure rock" (correct me if I'm wrong on any of the new stuff, didn't seem like it).

Which is good. I can't name a good band with as much genre versatility as Linkin Park. There's songs I love and hate in all their albums, and I'll definitely keep following.

I've only heard "The Catalyst" (the first single) off the new album, and it's like eh. I hope the rest of the album doesn't sound like that.
