"Um... I might have an idea... No... Nevermind. That only works on Celebi..." Cody thought out loud. If only he could think of something to save them. Cody heard Brian's comment and chuckled. "But if you use a Luxury Masterball, she will become friendly."

"Pfft whatever." She suddenly flicked a ball of searing hot fire at Brian.
Theresa's mind was racing. If they didn't capture Maddy, they would surely die. "I think if you were to knock her out it would solve our issue."

MaddyMage "Pfft whatever." She suddenly flicked a ball of searing hot fire at Brian.Theresa's mind was racing. If they didn't capture Maddy, they would surely die. "I think if you were to knock her out it would solve our issue."

Maddy smirked and suddenly disappeared in a puff of black smoke, dodging Brian's attack. She suddenly appeared behind him, and took a swipe at him with her left hand, claws flashing dangerously and on fire.

MaddyMage Maddy smirked and suddenly disappeared in a puff of black smoke, dodging Brian's attack. She suddenly appeared behind him, and took a swipe at him with her left hand, claws flashing dangerously and on fire.

Maddy braced herself as Brian slammed into her. The moment he made contact, she burst into flames. The flames didn't hurt her at all anymore. She snapped her fingers and reversed the pull of gravity on Brian so he was pulled up towards the ceiling.

MaddyMage Maddy braced herself as Brian slammed into her. The moment he made contact, she burst into flames. The flames didn't hurt her at all anymore. She snapped her fingers and reversed the pull of gravity on Brian so he was pulled up towards the ceiling.
Me: Come on Maddy, there's no need to drag this out, just come with us.

"What the--?!" She was cut off as the torrent of water slammed her into the floor. She panicked for a couple seconds, her hydrophobia kicking in, but then she quickly teleported and appeared as far away from Brian as she could in this hallway. She shook her wet hair from her face. "Aqua will only drag me down. I can accomplish more with Shadow! They gave me the solution to finally controlling my powers!" She conjured up a massive fire ball and sent the purple flame flying at Brian.

*With the sudden burst of flames heating things very quickly, my first reaction is to summon a great wave of water to cool me down... and by the size of, everyone else in the room as well.*

Maddy, who wasn't expecting more water, fell backwards coughing as the water rushed over. She just lay on the floor for a couple seconds, unsure of what happened. She then jumped to her feet just to suddenly roll out of the way as a pipe flew overhead. "?!" She looked over her shoulder to see Theresa standing there.
Theresa gripped the pipe firmly, ready to swing again if Maddy should attack her. "We're trying to save you, child! So just give up!"

Maddy was about to attack Theresa when she found she couldn't move. The electrical current limited her movement greatly. She turned her head, with some difficulty, to look at Brian over her shoulder. "Why do you people care?!"
Theresa backed up a few steps. This was a Team Aqua problem, so she'd leave it to someone from Aqua to deal with it. She could only watch the two auras that pulsated before her.
