"Brian!" Ike jumped with surprise. You'd think he'd be on his toes more, but Brian was a welcomed sight none the less. "Just in time to help us get Maddy back." he said with a grin. "Just need to find a way in the hidden lab." he finished up, looking from one empty desert horizon to the other. The lab was definitely here. Why else pave a large landing pad out in the middle of nowhere?

Ginji looks up at the ceiling of the cave he was in underneath the sand. "Hmm. How am I suppose to get out of here?" he mumbled as he looked at his Pokeball. Tossing the one that contained Haunter, the ghost roared as he grabbed Ginji and they flew above the sand. "Hey Ike, Theresa, Brian. We busting Maddy out or are we having evening Tea?"

What if we started a great wind gust... or several? *Tosses Rayquaza's PokeBall up and down*

Right as Ike was going to give the order for Lugia to whip up a whirlwind, he looked over his shoulder to hear Ginji.
"Anything's fine. I'm thirsty. You found a way?" Ike yelled back. He then turned to Cody. "Nice to have ya." he said with a chuckle. It was convenient for everyone to show up at once.

"Glad to be here, Ike." Cody replied and smiled. "What is this I hear about wind gusts?" Cody asked as he grabbed Flygon's pokeball. He knew what was in BL's pokeball had to be stronger than Flygon, but he could try and help.

Me: Rayquaza, time for a Twister! *Rayquaza comes out of its PokeBall, and causes a mini-tornado, that while not the most powerful of moves, is quite effective at moving sand*

Ginji yelled at the top of his lungs over the winds. "I found a cave, I think it may lead into the base." he said as he pointed to the spot where he popped out of the sand. Haunter marked the spot with an Ominous Wind (move tutor move in Platinum), blowing more sand out of the way.

Ike shielded his face from all the blowing sand.
"Caves are always good bets." Ike decreed. He then turned around to return Lugia to his ball, then waved everyone toward the cave Ginji had found.
Ike caught his breath as soon as he entered the cave and left the blowing winds and sand.

As she wandered the hallways, Maddy found herself getting closer to the surface. She could hear the winds not far above her. "Must be a sandstorm... We get too many of those..." She turned around to walk the other way, heading down to the labs which were concealed the farthest beneath the sand. A scientist rushed up to meet her, talking about blood samples. She shoved him out of the way, causing his sleeve to catch on fire, and she just continued walking.

"I didn't mean to get sucked up by quicksand." Ginji sighed as he walked into the cave that had kept him captive for quite some time. He scratched an itch on the back of his head as he chuckled slightly and followed behind the others.
