Trina had never heard the terms 'dog person and cat person' so she just blinked. "...Oh..." She was looking at his ears breifly, wondering why he had told her he was a not dog person when she could clearly see he had cat ears. Odd. Then she forgot that line of thought, smiling. "Thank you!" She said happily, head turning to Ukaia, lifting her hand in a wave.

Tomo smiled, "No problem, Trina." He said, then glanced up at Ukaia. He hadn't heard her come in. "Evening, sweetie. You look beat. Want me get you a drink to relax you?" He asked, swaying his tail a little more.

She'd been thinking nobdy had noticed her and was about to repeat herself after she hung up her coat.
"yes Please Oniisan" she said. She pulled the toy fox out of the coat pocket and held it gently to her chest with a little sigh.
"How are you Onii san.. Trina?" she asked moving closer to them. the dress making a faint swish swish sound as she walked. the clicking sound of heals could be heard. Though seen since ukaia kicked them off after a second with a happy sigh.

Tomo slipped down from the bar, "I'm not too bad, Uka." he replied, giving her a gentle hug before fixing her up a cup of chamomile tea. "You still enjoying your new job?" He asked, walking back over and handing the mug to the neko.

"Very much Onii san" she said smiling after the hug. Ukaia picked up the tea and sipped it with a fiant purr
"It's fun getting to do all these things" she added to him soflty. She still hadennt taken him. One day mabye.. one day..

Tomo refilled his tea mug and nodded, taking a long sip. "I'm glad you still enjoy it. I was making sure since you've been looking a little tired, lately." he said, ruffling her hair affectionately. "Maybe you should take a break."

Ukaia closed her eyes and nuzzled his hand a bit as he ruffled her hair
"Why.. If i take a break alli'll do is dwell on Vincent and how i almsot never see him, Kaden who perfers River as his mother. .and all those other things I told you about" she said quietly looking at him then sighed
"It's better to work and keep myself from getting depressed. Thank you for looking out for me onii san though." she added

Tomo's ears relaxed as he gazed at her sympathetically. "I'm sorry. I shouldn'tve brought it up." He murmured, kissing her forehead. "Poor little sister... At least you still have me!" He said with one of his usual grins. Being a goof ball was the best way he knew how to cheer people up.

Tomo smiled apreciatively and glanced to the stairs. "I think some rest will do us both some good." He said, finishing up his tea and setting it in the sink. "We're both quite tired. Let's go to bed, okay?" He suggested.

"She seems to have fallen asleep" she added indicating her over there. Ukaia smiled fiantly. She did need rest. but the nightmears were back with a vengence.. and she coudlnt' ask anyone..

"If you don't mind, Uka. Thank you." Tomo said, washing up a few dishes. He dried his hands and walked back out. "Do you still have trouble with nightmares? Cass is out for the weekend, so my bed has room, tonight." He said, smiling. Just like old times.

Ukaia picked up the sleeping woman and then looked at him. Oh it was tempting. so very very tempting.. her tail holding oneaka shivered a bit as if encouraging her to say yes she needed and wanted it. But insted her mouth said
"it's ok Onii san. I know you have a little kid. You must not get any rest. Besides. I don't really have nightmers. Just the occasionall bad dream" she grinned at him
"I'lm fine Oniis an. jsut a bit stressed is wwhy i look tired" she said.

Tomo frowned a little and hugged her gently, "Liam's no trouble at all. Even if he wakes up, it doesn't take much to get him to sleep." He shrugged, "You probably wouldn't want him to wake you, anyway." he murmured, scratching the back of his head. "Well, I'll see you in the morning, Uka." He said, smiling again. "Feel free to join me if you change your mind." He added before walking up.

Trina stepped inside kind of cautiously, ensuring no one was around. She had a hand to her shoulder, which was seeping the silvery substance that ran through her veins. She'd ran into more demons...the woods just weren't safe too far from the muffin. Trina went behind the bar, filling a glass with water as she softly bit her lip, her shoulder hurting her. They had used demonic weapons, and demonic weapons hurt.
